Counseling here was pretty good and Dr. Pooler is super nice. But you better make sure you are being billed correctly and timely. She told me my insurance was covering everything and all I was paying was a copay each visit. I then recieve a 500 dollar plus surprise bill 7 months into counseling, in the middle of Covid-19 that said it was past due. How is a bill past due when I just received it and didnt have any clue about? Then she repeatedly sent messages,emails and even called my job demanding immediate payment. She really needs to find someone else to handle billing in a timely, professional manner. The way she handled the situation really eradicated the 7 months of counseling I received. I didnt have an issue paying my bills I just dont like surprises or the harrassment..
