I don’t suggest coming here. They have professional services and staff. However they are not organized. Expect to be in the waiting room for 30minutes even if you come early to your appointment. There are many other great options in Dublin that know how to keep a schedule. As you can see in the picture, an unattended reception desk.

They were absolutely amazing. Thorough, quick and made sure I was taken care of. Nelo or “knee low” as she described her name was awesome!

Gingivitis? State of the art U/S treatments (not the old scraping with cave-age tartar scraping hooks) has seen a reversal in pocket depths.An upper jaw extraction, bone graft and implant? Had the implant and abutment placement surgery. Never had to take a pain pill (!)Had a couple of CEREC same day crowns done. Serious technology, much more convenient, Really cool stuff!So, there you have it: 21st Century dentistry, these guys and gals are highly evolved, top[ professionals. Consider this an endorsement!

There are warm & friendly staff at Fallon Dental! I love it because it’s makes a difference in my day how they treat you. It was an easy check in and check out. I look forward to my next visit because I know I’m going to be taken care of by Shweta Parulekar and her team.

I would avoid these guys at all cost. I had visited them for a tooth extraction couple of years back and that was not a bad experience. I have my regular dentistry (Dublin Family Dentistry) whom I go for my regular dentist needs like cleaning and 6 month checkup/cleaning/x-ray. I was referred for Wisdom tooth extraction, and Fallon demanded that I have to get a regular checkup and deep cleaning done, before they can even talk to me. I told them, I do regular checkup and cleaning at Dublin family dentistry, but wanted me to get the deep cleaning done, if I wanted extraction to be done and asked me to pay 600$ out of pocket for the same. According my dentist I did not need deep cleaning and 600$ for that out of pocket? I plainly refused and left. Dont even consider coming to this dental office is my sincere suggestion.

This is an extremely clean modern efficient dental practice with top quality equipment and very professional dentists and hygienists. Although like any dental office they are “selling“ dental care and you have to decide to what degree you desire additional treatments and how they fit your budget — the whole experience is comfortable and the quality of the work is what keeps me coming back.

Please look at your BILL! 10 times we received a bill, and 10 times it was over-charged!!! Thank God my dad has a good memory and challenged them. The person who does the billing is always “Medina” and her excuse “the system didn’t pick up the insurance”. Not once not twice but 100% of the bills! If you don’t double check, they will happily take your money!!!! We are never returning

Fallon Dental Group have been taking astounding care of my teeth for almost 4 years now. They are just the best! They comply and adjust with your availability to deliver great service. They are super friendly, honest, and reliable. From regular cleanings, extractions, and treatments, I wouldnt choose any other dental clinic! Hats off to Dr. Karleen Boparai and her amazing staff! Theyre the reason why I cant showing off my beautiful teeth :D

Second time I have had a tooth removed. Gentle treatment and listens to you about any pain. Different Dr. each time. Both times I needed more anesthetic and they had no problem with providing it. Very good service.

Dr. Philips is wonderful! The dental assistants and office staff are pleasant and courteous. He was gentle, made me feel at ease, and told me what was going on every step of the way. He was polite and respectful to the assistants. I am so impressed by this office, affordable and modern. My new crown looks great, they did it all right there in 1 visit (again, wow). I am actually looking forward to my next visit for a bridge.

In search of a new dentist, I called Fallon Dental office and Shannon answered the telephone with enthusiasm and felt very welcoming. The dentist was very thorough and explained things very well. Nilofar was very gentle and deep cleaned my teeth very thoroughly without any pain. She was so friendly and assured me every step of the way. My teeth were so clean and there was no pain after the shot wore off. I highly recommend this group from the bubbly Shannon to Nolofar!! Great find!!

Just had a crown replaced today, what a great experience! Had zero issues, they worked with my schedule, and explained what they were doing as they did it. I felt they did a great job making sure I was comfortable and made sure I didnt have any pain. Would recommend Dr. Phillips to anyone :)

I usually don’t write any reviews, but this one is well deserved.Let’s start by saying that Dr Karleen Boparai is the reason I stayed in Fallon dentist dental group and here is why.I had a root canal issue which cases me a lot of pain. she was able to clean and prepare my tooth for the root canal specialist. I know this is what dentists do, but here is why she is special.She was very thoughtful about the whole process and most importantly very gentle. My aunt is a dentist overseas and she really reminded me of her. Dr Boparai made me feel like my aunt did, she is very gentle, professional as knows exactly what she is doing and sure treated me like a family member.I am have asked for her to be my permanent Dentist going forward. She truly is the best dentist that have worked on my teeth.If you are reading this Dr Boparai, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

I started taking my kids here after a bad experience with another dentist. Dr. Boparai showed us what a good dentist is all about. Her office is run well, everyone takes the time to explain procedures and explain treatment plans. If you are a mom with kids, reliability, quality and a pleasant experience is all you care about, and this is one place you can count on!!!

I hadnt been to my previous dentist in a while (let just say, a WHILE) due to a scheduling issue. So, when I moved to the Pleasanton area, I started looking for a new dentist in my area. The Fallon Crossing business area was new, and I saw a dentist there and figured Id try them out. Ive never regretted that decision. The people there, from the front counter people to the hygienists to the dentists have all been consummate professionals. They helped me get my teeth and gums back to a great place! They always call AND email me to be sure I remember my appointments and they are always friendly and personable. Ive refereed several other people there since I started going shortly after they opened and have only heard good things. Love these guys, keep up the good work.

Sometimes when I call a remote person answers, not a person at the office. Made an urgent apt for my daughter and let them know my sister would take her. I confirmed If this was acceptable. When they showed up they were turned away because of a missing waiver which was not properly coordinated beforehand.Secondly, I had a cracked filling that was poorly placed. They did not provide enough room around the repaired tooth and it cracked, leaving them with no choice but to do a crown. This was costly and painful had it been done correctly.The filling they did on my daughter also cracked. They did not for whatever reason perform X-rays at her regular exam and only did 2 fillings based on a visual Exam. When I finally switched dental offices, I was so upset to find out my six year old actually has eight cavities that went untreated from them. Had an X-ray been performed at her last exam, this would have prevented further unseen decay.

They’re great here they really take care of their patients. They also do a great job on my teeth cleanings.

Would not provide a basic cleaning. Insisted on excessive x -rays, full examination, and only after would they do a cleaning. Crazy...I thought a cleaning would be good for my dental care?? Off to find a new dentist.

I had a horrifying experience at Fallon Dental Group. They are so incompetent and unprofessional - from the front office to the doctor. Thankfully, I only had 2 visits with them before I fled the office. I had a David fellow as my dentist - I am trying to erase the terrifying incident from my memory, including his name. The dentist when asked about my dental issue just shrugged looking like a high school boy who didnt want to do school work. He said he would contact me later but never did. I question the 3 assistants dental prowess whom I dealt with. Oh and the front office, well, they take the price for being the worst reception I have ever encountered. Just walk, well, no, run past this place!!(For your information, I just looked up the dentists name and it is David Sanchez. Beware of him!)

Horrible horrible. Especially that manager (sabrina or something)there is so not customer friendly. I would never ever go there just because of her. They charge you even before the actual procedure is done. I had to pay several hundreds of dollars just because they could handle my schedules properly according to my insurance changes. I clearly explained my situation but they initially said they would take care of it and then when The bills came through they werent ready to help. So unprofessional The doc lee was ok. I would never ever go there and I would strongly urge others not to have any checkups there. That manager is so rude. I hope the doctors over there realize this. I am strongly urging my friends to not even go to this office. Bad horrible and what not.

I had a very bad experience at Fallon Dental Group.front office incompetent and unprofessional. Doctor and front office made me feel like i am their office for no reason, They said there is cavity even x-rays was not taken for that particular tooth. Doctor did cleaning of all teeth in 5 min and when i asked why their is yellow and black stain they said need filling for stain (what??) , so i decided to go other other doctor and then in order to get x-rays I made 10 -15 calls. these people just need your insurance money.

Troy is great! He is very gentle so Im not concerned about painful cleanings due to teeth sensitivity. Dr. Boparai didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need, she answered all of my questions and gave me a great sense I was in good hands. It was evident the focus was on my interest, not her pocket as most important, unlike some dental groups. Its nice when looking out for the patients long term care is the bigger vision so I can feel good about six month visits and maintaining my oral health with practitioners I can trust.

Went in for a checkup, cleaning, and to repair a filling. Four days later the new filling fell out. Will go back to replace the filling but wont go back after that.

Let me start with: Im definitely not an easy patient. I have a lot of dental stuff going on and I have uber anxiety when it comes to drilling. Its the worst! I used to go in highly drugged every time in order to get anything done. However, Dr Boparai and her team have always been super patient and theyve been working with me for the last three years. Theyre amazing and very accommodating! Im still anxious and a pain everytime I go in, but Im doing it without meds now. Thats HUGE! I fully trust her and her team. Also, if thats important to you, too shes not an overly sales-y person. Shell look at you and tell you what needs done. In the exact order it should be taken care of. Never has she tried to talk me into anything unlike other places. I would recommend Fallon to everybody! Thank you for being patient with me, Ill be sad to move ❤️

Garbage! Someone change my schedule from 2pm to 1pm and when i couldnt make 1pm appointment they want me to pay 100 dollars for cancelling... i didnt even sign anything that i have to pay 100 for cancelling fee... that reseptionist Medina os very rude.. its you guys fault for changing my schedule without knowledge... complete scammers

I wish I could give Dr. Boparai and her assistants 10 stars! I am a retired RN and researched the web looking for a great dentist. Dr. Boparai had excellent reviews so I thought I would instead of calling, do a walk in and get their advice on how to handle my multiple dental problems that I have been putting of and somewhat emergent. I was nicely greeted by reception (Madia?) who patiently listened to all my problems and told me the Dr would see me in a few minutes. Long story short, full x-rays, consult, and work was begun and an appt with a gum specialist in the same office!!! Palao the assistant was very friendly and extremely organized and knowledgeable, Stephanie made things happen for me in a very caring empathetic manner. I am very picky about quality of care and feel very fortunate that I found this place. They all seemed very happy and so accomodating, I really was in SHOCK for a few hours after leaving the office because of the amazing service I got as a walk-in. They all stayed and worked during their lunch breaks, who does that? They said oh dont worry we will eat. Run to this office dont walk-they are awesome!!!!!!!!!Big thanks to Fallon Dental Group, you have restored my faith in the medical/dental profession!
