I have been going to the Dublin office for a couple months now and I love going here! They are quick to take care of you, very friendly, and patient people. They listen to your concerns and help anyway they can. I’ve been going to various chiropractors regularly and irregularly for over 10+yrs and this is easily the BEST office/chiropractors I’ve been to. I started with going once every month (due to past experiences with scheduling and such at other offices) but they make it super easy to fit your availability to their schedule and weekly and biweekly appointments are very doable! Would recommend!

Ive been dealing with lower back pain for years. Doctors have always just given me pain pills and muscle relaxers. I finally decided to try a chiropractor and I am so profoundly lucky to have found Inner Health and specifically Dr. Rockwood. He is a magical person with amazing bedside manner and his adjustments are heavenly! I look forward to the day that I am pain free but Ill be sad because it means I wont get to see the doc and his staff on such a delightfully regular basis!

Inner Health Chiropractic has continually helped me improve after my work-related back injury. The staff, and doctors here are very nice and welcoming. I worked with Dr. Atkinson first and Dr. Rockwood now, and both are great at what they do and are able to improve movement and lessen pain by pinpointing the correct areas. I also have received massage therapy from several of the staff members and they are all great. I recommend this location to anyone as they hear you out and work with you on your needs.

I love this office! The staff (Cameron & Ben) are wonderful and Dr Rockwood is great. He is so kind, very transparent and can give you a treatment plan that really makes sense. I have been thinking my pain is in my head, or just something Id have to live with. Dr Rockwood educated me on what has been happening with me, with which he showed an abundance of patience. I thank him dearly for that. I also love that they can do xrays in office (call your insurance to make sure they cover it under your chiro benefit before you go in), my benefit covers it, as well as massage therapy. They have a masseuse in office whom I heard is great. I came into contact with her (Natasha, I believe is her name) & she is so friendly and polite. I have my first massage (1st ever in my life) scheduled next week. Im excited to start this journey & so grateful I found them. ** UPDATE ** Had my massage & she is wonderful. She builds on knowledge you need, as well as communicates in regards to the amount of pressure she provides. We even had a few laughs, because I have control issues. You need to be a ragdoll, so she can do her best work to help you. I am a little sore, but thats to be expected & its getting better every day.

Dr. Rockwood and the staff at this location are absolutely wonderful. The front desk was very friendly and made the process easy for me. Dr. Rockwood was extremely knowledgeable, and got right to the source of the problem for me. He took x-rays and we were able to see that my hips are not even due to one leg being longer than the other. Being that I have a desk job, I sit a lot, and I’m constantly putting pressure on my low back and hips. Finally feeling relief from that pain is amazing. He’s adjusted me and shown me stretches I can do at home. This staff is great, and I highly recommend Dr. Rockwood!

They were able to get me in same day, called me an Uber because my car wasn’t able to be driven (car accident) and also sent me home with an awesome support pillow, hot/cold pack, and some roll on pain reliever. Everyone was so friendly from start to finish and they’ve been just as amazing every visit since!

I went to Inner Health Chiropractic in Dublin yesterday and it was wonderful! The whole staff was so friendly from the moment I walked in! Laura was so nice for setting me up with my paperwork and the doctors were very personable. What really impressed me the most though was the massage therapist Haley!!! She relaxed my neck, shoulders and back while also working out my problem areas around my knees. By far the best massage I’ve ever had! Thank you all again and I will be back!

Dr. Katie at Inner Health Chiropractic in Dublin, is by far the most talented and in depth Chiropractor I have ever seen. She takes her time to hear her patients concerns then works to see in what ways she can help. Then she helps...sounds funny I know, but I have been to other places where I did not get the help I needed.Its not just a pop, pop here and there. She focuses on the areas of pain, finds the problem, feels the area, then she adjusts it accordingly. I have never seen such detailed care before. I cant tell you how many times I have seen other Chiropractors for them to do the same exact adjustments every single appointment. Dr. Katie is like a breath of fresh air.She truly cares and it shows and in this world, that in itself is golden. She pays attention to detail and doesnt only adjust my problem areas, but also educates me why they are my problem areas and gives me solutions to work on at home to become my healthiest me...and as I get older, believe me...any help I can get with having happy, healthy bones is a plus.I never knew there was much of a difference in the Chiropractic community, but through circumstance of being in an accident and meeting Dr. Katie, I learned there definitely is a difference.The standard of care given at this practice is golden. Dr. Catelyn is great at what she does! She is very personable and easy to talk to. My two year old and one month old see Dr. Catelyn as well. My two year old absolutely loves her! I used to be a regular patient here, until March 2020. Due to the pandemic I took a few months away but in August scheduled my first appointment in months. The first red flag is that they “strongly encourage” masks rather than requiring them in accordance with the law. I should have turned around then, but I went inside anyway, only to find out that the doctor has been replaced and the patients were not notified (which is a legal requirement for medical doctors, not sure about chiropractors though). On top of which, due to it being 5 months since my last appointment, I was told I am considered a “new patient” and will have to purchase another new patient exam. No, thank you. I will find another chiropractic office that cares more about their patients’ health and continuity of care.

Staff was very welcoming and efficient. I didnt feel like a patient but someone they truly cared about. Dr. Catelyn was very mindful of all treatments. In the past when I have been to a chiro they just did adjustments and sent me on my way. She took time to get xrays to ensure that adjustments wont be damaging and wanting to fully address my issues. She also took time to help me understand my pain and what muscles and parts worked together. I have found a chiropractor that I will be going to for the foreseeable future.

My 13 year old son had a concussion earlier this year. He recently started to complain of neck/back pain and had problems sleeping. We started seeing Dr. Caitlin in the Dublin office and she’s been wonderful to him. She spoke to him at his level so he can understand what she was doing and why. He looks forward to going and says it’s giving him a lot of relief. The ladies at the front desk are also very kind and helpful. Going to Inner Health Chiropractic has been a very positive experience for us!

AVOID THIS PLACE. Doctor spent about 2 mins adjusting me each visit. And then went onto treating another patient in the same room. Its very weird when you have multiple patients in the same room and the doctor just hops from one patient to another. Its really setup like a McDonalds drive-through. I stopped going after a few visits because I believed I could get better care elsewhere, and my adjustments werent making me feel any better. My personal recommendation would be to avoid this place.

I first came to visit not being able to walk from sciatic pain. After a few weeks I was able to make major progress on my pain due to my treatment with Inner Health Chiropractic. The staff from the second day I went in already knew my name and had everything ready! They had an attorney waiting there to meet me about my accident when I asked. They even let my therapy dog come in so I didn’t have to keep him in the car when I came straight from work. Flexible hours and always approachable!

My girlfriend and I enjoy these guys. She went first back in January for a car wreck through Kevin kurges and went for 2 or 3 months. Then this past month I was in an accident and since Im a handy man I rely on my body the first thing she said was come here! I love the staff there so nice and the Dr does a great job. Now she fell down then stairs on her tail bone while pregnant and she is back seeing the Dr and we look forward to it everyday.

This place is great! You come in with back discomfort, and leave knowing youre on your way to a pain free future. At Inner Health you are always greeted with a smile, and treated with care and respect. The office is always clean, and offers the perfect balance of comfort and privacy during consultations and adjustments. Dr. Sloan really knows what he’s doing. He really listens to you about your pain, and does a great job applying that information towards creating a treatment plan. When he does the adjustments, its almost as if he can see through to your spin! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, and shares that knowledge with you freely, giving you the tools you need to heal and strengthen. Sessions are generally short and to the point with little to no wait, and the therapy tables afterwards are a little slice of calm to relax your body and mind before you head back out into the world. I personally have seen great improvement since I started treatment only 2 months ago, and have since sent everyone I care about to Inner Health. I have been going to Inner Health Chiropractic’s for about 4 years. I initially went because I had 24/7 back pain which an MD with an MRI could not diagnose- the chiropractor fixed my back with minimal adjustments snd gave me a diagnosis. Since then I have been extremely satisfied with the chiropractor, the massage therapist and the office staff. It is a very comfortable office and despite COVID- I feel safe. I highly recommend them!

Inner Health staff do a great job, scheduling is very flexible, no pun intended ;) I work as a videographer at a local tv station and carry heavy gear every day and started getting severe back pain. After one visit, I started feeling so much better. Now I’m on an every two week schedule just to keep my back from falling back into pain. Everyone at Inner Health Chiropractor Dublin is the best! Very convenient too.

I absolutely love going in for my appointments at Dr. Jody’s office. Usually, Doctor office visits are the last thing you want to go to starting off/ending your week - this location is the exact opposite. From the moment I walk into the building, I instantly start to feel relief. From the front desk, to the massage therapy room, all the way back and around the open adjustments areas, I am greeted with a friendly face and quirky welcome by all. I personally worked in healthcare, had a car accident and now work with toddlers and infants all day everyday. Dr. Jody and Greg are not only prepared to remind me and educate me on remembering to give myself some care too, but also quite honestly therapists at time! While I go to keep up in comfort and flexibility, my husband wears 40lbs of gear in his line of duty every single day so just take a moment to imagine how the massage therapy and chiropractic care pay off for him! Shaniqua thoroughly enjoys when I come in ranting about our latest marital experiences (my husband and I are polar opposite personalities so I think she enjoys the show, ha!) and is always willing to listen about my own career and look at the latest photos I’ve taken. How often do you feel that ease with a receptionist? I will continue to praise Innerhealth and more specifically this office for their teamwork, accessibility, friendliness and feedback in ALL areas. I had been in a fairly bad accident accident this past December and was left in a state of constant pain as a result. The damage to my back and knees had me to the point I rarely could do anything if it involved walking at all and the issues with my back had even sitting at work horrible beyond words.After my time with IHC, I can comfortably say (get it? comfortably??) that my back is 99.9% back to where it was with my knees at 100% again.The doctors on sight are fantastic and are more than accommodating to your needs and scheduled, while the front desk staff are beyond helpful and are always a pleasant way to kick off any day.Frankly speaking IHC is the was to go for any Chiropractic needs.
