I had severe lower back pain. To the point in the morning and getting up from my desk I couldnt stand up straight. I am a 41 year old active woman. I went to my PCP after about 3 days of suffering and he told me to take ibuprofen around the clock, gave me a muscle relaxer Rx and told me it would probably take 2-3 weeks to feel better. I was pretty discouraged. My husband had taken our son to Dr. Izor after he complained of neck pain which we attributed to football. He has great results. I made an appointment with Dr. Izor. He did a few simple tests and told me that in fact, it wasnt my back at all but my pelvis was tilted and causing my problems. He did a quick painless adjustment. The next day I was sore, like the day after a good workout, but not too painful and the day after that I had NO PAIN and was walking like a normal person. I followed up with him based on his guidance, did my exercises and was able to go 1 week, 2 weeks and now a month between appts. He doesnt prescribe any sort of timeline from the jump because he wants to see how your body progresses first. The office is super friendly! I would highly recommend Dr Izor (and have to my sister, husband and brother in law).
