I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Hopebridge in Dublin. For the past 2 years, they have been a 2nd family for our daughter. Always willing to hear our ideas and address our concerns, and always willing to cooperate with other members of our daughter’s support team. We have loved every minute of the 2 years we’ve sent our daughter to the Dublin center. We will miss all of the staff greatly!

Just avoid this three ring circus! I came here out of desperation to have my child evaluated for autism. After their several month long intake process you get to see an extremely hasty Dr. Hetzel for an autism evaluation. Not only will she give you the evaluation she will give you other recommendations of services but no referrals for them. And God forbid your child get off track or not want to cooperate during their session. She will let you know what kind of inconvenience you are in her snide comments. I learned this with child number 2.After your evaluation you then go through months of back and forth for insurance coverage and they forget to mention that they are placing you on a waiting list since they have limited staff. After you realize youre on waiting list and try to get a referral to somewhere else they wont do it! You have to go to another one of your childs doctors to get a referral and do the evaluations all over again!This is a HUGE waste of time & they truly do not have your childs best interest at heart. My child is suffering and there is nothing I can do but start this process over again for a referral and cause my child more anxiety and meltdowns.Update: Since hopebridge replied... I have called the compliance line multiple times, it goes to the voicemail of Mrs. Stephanie Ratliff. She doesnt answer her phone or return calls either. So this line is pointless.Update 5/26/21: I still havent heard back from the compliance line, Stephanie Ratliff, but the center manager, Brittney, did call me after my childs o.t contacted her. They wanted to put my child ahead of everyone else on the wait list & then bounce my child from speech therapist to speech therapist. Another fine example of how they do not have your childs best interest at heart. We declined this offer because it is not healthy to bounce a child from therapist to therapist. It is also not ok to jump in front of others who have been potentially waiting a year for services.

This place is wonderful! My son loves it here and he is always so happy. Just in a short time he is making progress. Everyone here is very kind and caring and you can tell they love the kids here.
