If you have a toddler I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EARL, he did a fantastic job! My son did absolutely horrible and I had to really hold him even with him moving and screaming earl was able to keep going without stopping and trying to get at angles which was amazing since that would prolong my appointment , he interacted w my little guy the whole time and sometimes it helped. Even with a moving screaming kid he was still able to perfect the haircut which was on 14 bucks TOTALLY WORTH IT!! Thanks again Earl you are our new stylist from here on out.

Met with Rhonda and loved the way she styled my hair. I was nervous going somewhere new since I had been seeing the same person for 13 years. So glad Robin at the front desk was able to squeeze me in and Rhonda was willing to meet on such short notice. I love the way she has done my hair and was able to work so easily with my thick Spanish hair.

I have been trying to reach the small electric housewares department about the Cooks Single Serve coffee maker. Today , it went through the entire water tank forcing me to grab several tall coffee cups. This is a malfunction of this new product less than one month old.

I made a last minute appointment and was able to get in quickly. My stylist was very good and personable. I was a little surprised by the cost of my hair cut and style - it felt a little like I was nickel and dimed for services that I didn’t realize weren’t part of a wash and cut, like letting conditioner sit on my hair for 5 mins. Even with that, I still had a good experience and will return in the future!

Top notch customer service and the staff is so cool

They were looking to charge me at least 190$ for a quick weave. (I have long natural hair, but wanted to try a short cut before I cut it). Most salons charge around 75$ for the same procedure. This place is OVER PRICED if you are black.

Lisa did a great job on my hair today! I have a ton of hair and we did a heavy highlight on the whole thing. It took all day, but she never complained! 😂 I enjoyed the experience and Im definitely going here from now on!

Older women with black hair named Carmen, from New York, should never touch another persons hair! A simple root touch up, ended in a 5 hour procedure that made my hair translucent, and brittle. Im contemplating a trip to the hospital!. Please, if you see this women run away!

Penny, who works there, does an excellent job

Very frustrating to shop for womens clothing. Many of the fitting rooms are closed and there were lines of people waiting at the fitting rooms which were open. Tuttle Mall is circling the drain, and experiences like this remind me of why its a waste of time to try and shop there.

Do NOT go here to get your hair done, I went to get my hair cut and colored and got serious chemical damage to my hair, my hair will never be the same, I am so upset, I never do anything for myself and when I finally do I end up looking like a scarecrow
