I have been coming to this salon for quite some time now as I love to get my eyebrows threaded here! The staff always does a great job with doing my brows the way I like. I would definitely recommend for threading :)

The lady who did my upper lip was rough, and she cut my upper lip. I’ve never had such a bad experience with threading before. I’ve got threading done here before, but had a good experience. They should train the lady and tell her to be more gentle like the others while doing it. I got waxing done as well, which was good. I didn’t get a chance to tell the staff there as I was ticked off and just wanted to get out.

Perfect Threading Salon is the only place my better half will go. Luckily for me they offer gift certificates sooo I’ve always got a perfect gift option in my back pocket. The few times I’ve had to go with her she’s usually in and out in 15-20 minutes, with an appointment that is.Tip for the fellas... if it’s gonna be longer ask to be dropped off at Best Buy, or your store of choice, this is a relationship saver... you’re welcome. 😉👍

The currently have three locations, Dublin, Pleasanton and Castro Valley and all three are amazing. The staff is super friendly and their salons always clean. Best of all they stay open until 7pm. Been there for threading and the lady who helped me was very rough and was doing it really really slow making it even more painful. She also went ahead and trimmed my eyebrows saying that they were long and finally made my eyebrows look awkward.A very very bad experience. I would not recommend going to this Salon.

I stopped in this afternoon to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted.Let me preface this by saying Im SO picky about my eyebrows. I havent had them touched in over a month so they were big and bushy, and I was nervous about having someone new thread them, I like them full and precise.

Not happy at all...never going back told her to keep it thick and just clean up and seems like my half eyebrows are gone...do you have experience!!! So mad very very very mad for ruining my day and the special event..sucks cant express more frustration

I went to get my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. A lot of new people were hired and the lady who helped me did a terrible job. I believe the lady that helped me was Sharmila who threaded my eyebrows way too slowly like a turtle so it hurt even more. A tip I would give to the threading ladies is to thread a bit faster because it decreases the amount of pain. When she was done waxing my upper lip, she put some lavender scented oil that I told her I didnt want but she still put it anyways. Then, she put aloe vera afterwards which I didnt understand when I had only asked for aloe vera. I have bad acne so the oil they use makes me break out badly. Its as if she didnt understand a word I was saying to her. She didnt respect what I had wanted. If people arent going to listen to you, why pay them money? Its crazy! After waxing my upper lip, she started threading my upper lip even though I made it clear I didnt want my upper lip threaded because I get pimples in that area. She overdid it with the threading on my upper lip because I got a few cuts in that area that became really red. I felt a really bad burning sensation. I was not happy! It wasnt worth paying the money for!

I read all of the Yelp reviews and decided to get my eyebrows done. She is amazing! My eyebrows look great. While there, I tried the Brazilian Sugar wax. I was a bit scared because I heard how painful it is. ALL LIES!!! It did not hurt ... maybe just a tiny bit. I am never getting waxed again, and I am now going to be a regular customer!!
