Showed them a picture of how exactly I want my hair to be. I ended up with a horrific, short and a very expensive haircut.And it is funny how they expect us to show content and satisfaction with our amazing new haircut after what they have done!Dont waste your money on this salon, please go elsewhere.Very disappointed!

Like any hair stylist you have to get to know the one that cuts your hair. Loan is great. She is Professional, personable and always tries to go the extra mile for her customers. Gives a great shoulder massage :) DONT cancel an appointment with her and think you will get another right away. She books up fast.

Had a great experience there with haircut...Tina was my stylist and she has done a great job.. she listened to all my needs before cutting my hair. Happy customer!!!

Alisha is awesome! She’s attentive and so good at what she does. I’ve gotten cuts and colors with her and have been more than happy each time. So glad I found her! Book ahead of time because she books up fast :)

Had an appointment 4:15 yesterday I got there 4:10 and waited till 4:30 the hair dresser came and asked me to wait for another 30 minutes. Time is very important for me I am sure it is for everyone so I left the place and will never go again it might be good for women but for men, I don’t recommend this place at all 👎

I showed them a picture as reference for what I wanted my hair to look like and explained how i wanted it to be cut. The woman who cut my hair took a quick glance, said how she was going to cut it, gave me a scalp massage, and led me to the hair washing area. She washed my hair and instantly began cutting it. First of all, cutting wet hair can be very damaging to the hair because wet hair is very fragile so this instantly made me feel hesitant. Secondly, I don’t understand how they are able to tell how the finished look will be by cutting wet hair. It seemed to me as if she was cutting aimlessly and repetitively using the same techniques around my head. The result of my hair didn’t look anything like the picture I showed her. The bottom layer was curved while the top layer was straight and seemed extremely blunt. The layers didn’t blend well. It wasn’t even at all. $50 down the drain. AVOID THIS PLACE. Let your hair grow out if you have to!

I have been going to Alisha at this salon for years. Lately it has been harder to get an appt. I was happy to hear she started working a couple of days at 3sixty in Fremont.

Often difficult to get an Appointment, and not everyone of same caliber...generally clean, capable, and friendly staff and use of Aveda products help ensure a relatively pleasant experience.

DO NOT GET Mimi for haircuts is AWFUL. Worst hair cut I’ve every had in my entire life. Your head like it’s being processed in a factory.If I were the owner of this store I would FIRE Mimi immediately.1) uncomfortable “massage” including a weird ear related pull. Just awful2) nails kept scratching skin3) rough use of trimmers and everything4) hair wash was terrible, extremely rough and scratches behind my ears. Vigorous washing and wiping that was just painful.

I made an appointment here after seeing decent reviews about the stylists and the reasonable pricing on yelp and google and because it was very close to my workplace. I had my appointment here today and was greeted at the counter when I walked in. The woman who greeted me happened to be Tina, my stylist. I was asking for a very simple cut to just trim off the dead and dry ends of my hair and maybe take another 2-3 inches from there (just a blunt cut-no layers or crazy style). Tina washed my hair and then began cutting. During the consultation portion of the appointment I had requested that she check the length with me after the initial cut because sometimes once the hair is trimmed and I can see the length, I still want to take off another few inches. Tina cut, dried, and styled my hair (I was facing away from the mirror, so I couldnt see the length) and then without giving me more than a moment to look at my hair, she said I gave you some beach waves so you wouldnt have to wash it or style it tomorrow then promptly walked to the front of the salon. I had wanted a shorter cut and felt that even my dead and dry ends hadnt even been completely cut off and my hair still felt rough (usually after a fresh cut my hair is smoother and lighter- it did NOT feel this way). I felt rushed and flustered so I went to the front and paid (the haircut was $50 plus a tip- almost $60) and left, feeling uncomfortable and unhappy. I recognize that I should have asked Tina to recut my hair, but having felt rushed by her, I was uncomfortable with that.The bottom line:- I felt very rushed- I felt like what I had requested was ignored- I can get a much better haircut, and a much better experience without spending $60 (I usually dont have to spend more than $40-50 including tip), and I think you can too- I know that every salon uses different products and everyones hair is different, but Ive never had an experience where my hair felt this unhealthy AFTER a visit to a salon- I will not be returning to the salon

I had a very horrific experience, i happend to walk in to the salon without any appointment, the stylist Tina was available and without hesitation took me in, we discussed the style that would work well for me. ..i clearly told her that i wanted to the same length but a better style . Without checking with me she chopped my shoulder length hair to a lob,,, it ook me a while tpo grow that length ,,,I regret every bit going there

They do an excellent job, a bit pricey though!
