Very professional! Doctor is very educated, very knowledgeable of the marijuana industry. To be honest, I was skeptical at first, but after consulting with the doctor, he answered all my questions, and I feel that I came to the right place. If I knew about this a few years ago, I would definitely get my card. I’m glad that the staff was very welcoming, very patience with me filling out paperwork. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in my shoes. This place is not a rip off. I actually checked out the doctor’s license with the medical board while waiting for the doctor. Indeed, I’m very happy with the visit. 100% satisfaction! Check them out for yourself!

Weird. I was given an appointment. Got there and it was closed. While sitting outside, I called two times did not get an answer. I called the alternative phone number given and again no answer. It’s unfortunate because I chose this place for its 5 star rating. Guess it’s not 5 star after all.

I needed to renew my card but didnt want to drive very far. So I decided to try this place since it was close to home. Normal looking office like some of the others I have been to. Woman working there was very nice and the whole process only took 20 minutes at the most. Definitely recommend this place, especially if you live in the tri valley.

Came with my boyfriend who made an appointment at 11:30 and they were closed. Their hours are apparently 11:00am-6:00pm Mon-Fri. We waited an hour and still no one showed up. Very disappointed.

I was thinking of getting my card online with 420 Evaluations Online in Livermore or Hayward. After seeing all those reviews and warnings about those 420 evaluation online scheme, I rather go somewhere else where I can trust. My friend recently had her card from here, consultation center and recommend I go check this place. I called and made an appointment the same day. When I arrive at my appointment, they staff greeted me with a smile, ask for my ID and medical records and handed me some forms to fill out. The doctor took the time to go over my medical and conditions, listens and consult with me. The doctor is very educated and knowledgeable about medical mj. He introduce himself and I confirm to make sure he is the same I saw his license from the medical board posted in the room I was with hime and one in the waiting area. The price is right. I received a discount even though I didnt ask for it and a free photo ID card along with a folder which has informations on laws, etc. The price is right. Staff is very professional, office is clean, plenty of parking. Doc is excellent. Cant beat that. In case you get lost, they are behind Hooters! Recommend this place to anyone who wants a trusted doctor. This is the place to go to. Definitely come back :)
