Do yourself a favor ladies, steer clear of this practice. The hospital is a joke and so is their secure patient portal. I cant even get on it to pay my outstanding bills. Last year I experienced a loss during which I was bleeding and received a transvaginal ultrasound. It took the doctor over a week to sign off on my medical report in order for me to get a copy. I very recently found out I am pregnant again and called about some extreme cramping to which they had me come in for a visit at 7 weeks 1 day. Dr. Reynolds did a transabdominal ultrasound and the baby looked fine but they couldnt hear a heartbeat on their very old ultrasound equipment. I asked about the cramping and she said it could be due to constipation but provided no recommendations for remedies. She wanted me to get scheduled for another transvaginal ultrasound to check viability before my first prenatal appt. at 10 weeks and of course there were no appts available in the hospital within that window of time. I did my own research and found an elective ultrasound facility in Malvern Pa which was fantastic (InnerView Ultrasound, check it out). I had an appt the next day and didnt even need a transvaginal ultrasound. They had no issues in finding the babys heartbeat and bc it was elective it wasnt billed back to insurance. The entire visit only cost me $225 which is a fraction of the price it would have cost me with the alternative. The next day I woke up in horrible pain and went to UPenn hospital to find that due to my constipation I had to have an emergency appendectomy. Since the surgery Ive made the decision to leave Womens Health of Drexel Hill behind for more competent care. I suggest you do the same.

Quality of service has declined in all areas from front desk, to nurses and the providers. As a person who works in the medical field it is very disheartening. The MAs in the lab are usually the highlight of my appointments. If you have other options please utilize them, if you dont, prepare to advocate for yourself tooth and nail and please read and review all of your patient rights prior to appts.

Ive been here already over an hour ..at 11:27 spent over an hour just for the nurse to send this lady to me and tell me its not going to be seen for another half an hour ..unprofessional

While the physicians are friendly, I am beyond fed up with the receptionist staff. They dont pass messages along to the physicians (whether via the secure patient portal or via phone message). No one answers the phone, and when they finally do, you are put on hold for more than 10 minutes. Then when you finally get to speak to someone, you are hurried or told you have to come in to be seen before the doctor will answer your question (a question about something that was discussed at a prior visit, and the doctors suggestion was to call in). But then the earliest appointment is 6 months out.

I hardly write reviews but this office really is a mess. I see now why the reviews are horrible. It will take them months to even see you. Then they will schedule your appointment and cancel and reschedule without even a phone call. This is the worst OB doctors office I have ever been to I had a schedule appointment on 1/30 at 8:00a.m. waited a month to even be seen my appointment been booked since December and when I showed up to my appointment was rescheduled for 1/31 at 8:00a.m. without notice the receptionist was a b**tch yes I said it because she was old and miserable af. The next day on 1/31 at 8:00a.m. again I showed up to my appointment and my doctor wasn’t even there she called out sick and they wanted to shove me off to another doctor Dr.Reynolds. Patients wait months to see doctor Dr. Sisco because her knowledge and skills, “GOGGLE HER YOU WILL SEE HER REVIEWS ALMOST 5.0” she most likely the only one that really cares about her patients. I asked why I didn’t received a courtesy call or email if I couldn’t see my OB doctor Dr.Sisco they just look at me as if they didn’t know. There was paperwork that was post to be sent to me and never was prior to my appointment. Now I have to wait another month to even be seen by my OB doctor Dr. Sisco I’ll be 4/5 months pregnant by then before I could get any prenatal care. I haven’t seen a doctor yet since I been pregnant, now my appointment is not till February 28th. They better hope nothing happens or a lawsuit will be made. As they were rescheduling my appointment the office manger just stands there looking dumbfounded when she ask me was I ok, I said no this office is run unprofessionally it will be 2 months before I see my doctor all she could say is “WOW” it really sad how this office is run. If it wasn’t for Dr. Sisco I would really move forward and fine a different OB doctor office she is the only good thing this office has. She needs to start her own practice/office she is the only caring doctor in this office. I asked for patience complaints number they all act as if they don’t know nothing about it even the so call office manger. After making a few phone calls myself I learned Troy is the head of this office. Don’t let the so called office manger or the staff tell you different. They won’t tell you that there tho because they don’t want you going straight to him. I will follow-up with him on Monday morning the 3rd to have all these issues resolved.UPDATE: Looks like I didn’t have to even go as far as Troy “Yet”. On 1/31 at 4:57p.m. Ms. Vivian from patients complaints reach out to me she was soooooo nice and professional. I told her my issues, she informed me she will email the higher up and make sure I get to see my doctor a lot sooner then February 28th.

I love these doctors so much! They made my labor and delivery so much easier. I was so scared an my l&d nurse was amazing, so nice and gentle but gave me tough love when I needed it. I wish I had her name because she was the absolute best!

Really had the worst experience of my life...they confirmed the appointment for 10 am and while we call them on our way they said that the appointment is at 1.... we waited for 3-4 hrs in the mid way...and again reached there at 1.10..and they so straight forwardly refused to c the doc...so easy and convenient for them...and reschedule the appointment after 45 days...such a cold response..Very disheartening....never ever wanted to go there again...

Absolutely terrible. One receptionist hung up on me after she jumped down my throat. Had to call back and another receptionist answered, she was very friendly and passed me along to the nurse who was nasty and rude. Ill be looking elsewhere. Someone needs to come re train their staff.

Absolutely love these doctors! they make me feel so comfortable.

They will bill like anything. We went for annual and they billed like problem visit.
