Weve seen Dr. Pollock since my son was born and hes wonderful. The office is always on time, I have never waited more than 5 min in the waiting room. The nurses are friendly and quick. Im always in and out in about 30 min.

The ladies at the reception desk are the worst , they barely want to speak to the parents . It really sad for a parenting bringing in her child when the peoplein the front are nasty . There need to be a proper etiquette training ! !!!

Not the cleanest place . I ended up leaving with my baby when he was 6 months old bc he ended up getting a bad viral cold because they don’t separate the sick and the well visits.

The best! We have 4 children who have received excellent care from this practice. The admin staff, nurses, and doctors are phenomenal. Friendly, caring, and competent are words the describe the entire practice. We are moving and sadly have to leave the practice. We are very grateful for the care our children have received. Keep up the good work!

Both of my kids go here and they are spectacular. They always listen to our concerns and never brush something off if were worried about it. We are always able to get in the same day for sick appointments. My youngest was hospitalized recently, and the office called periodically to check in during that time, as well as after discharge to make sure that all of our needs were completely met. These are wonderful people who truly care about their young patients.

Love this place took all my children here never had problems here no long waits very friendly staff and awesome doctors love Dr. Pollack n Dr kaolin they great and have many years of experience I wont take my kids any where else I just LOVE THIS PLACE!! I would recommend anyone with children to go here!!

I have been visiting CHOP since I was a kid, I now take my daughter there and refuse to take her anywhere else. Excellent place!

I saw a post from another parent about never being able to get through, I never seem to have a problem getting through, staff here are always pleasant, i always get seen the same day for a sick visit, but I always call early in the morning. I transferred to this office well over 6 years ago from the Karobots center and I havent had a problem since. Keep up the good work. The office is kind of small but other than that excellent place and excellent service.

Drexel Hill is the worst office ever. You can never get through to a nurse or Dr., office is always extremely over crowded, and over booked. I called because my 1 yo daughter was running a 103 fever, and waited over an hour for a return call, I had to call back my self to see why I hadnt gotten a call back yet and was told We are busy. That was it, I was done with them, i called the Springfield office, who IMMEDIATELY put me on with a nurse, and was seen in the office within 30 minutes. That day I transferred my daughter to the Springfield office and I am so glad I made that move. The have an option to speak to a nurse, and you are automatically transferred, no waiting! Office staff is much more pleasant, havent had an issues since I transferred her!

We love the doctors and their staff at CHOP, formerly Kids First of Delaware County in Drexel Hill. All 3 of my children ages 23, 21, and 16 have been treated from infancy to adolescence by Dr. Pollack, Dr. Miller, Dr. Kaplan, Dr. Teachey and others at this wonderful practice. They are the kindest, most professional, best managed medical practice I have ever known. Our only regret is that they treat children only, and not adults. They grow up quickly. Thank you CHOP for many years of TLC of my kids.

The nurses, doctors, and staff are SO good here! Im not sure her name, but the phlebotomist there was so sweet!!

I love this doctors office. My 2 grown kids went there, now Im upset my youngest is 17 and Im so sad that our time is almost up.

They did not know how to deal with our VA insurance, although its not the first time that the VA deals with CHOP and pays 100% of the visits, they made us pay up front and get reinbursed by the insurance later, $280 because billing department couldnt figure out how our VA insurance worked. Not coming back, not worth the trouble. Their facilities are average. They made a big deal out of it and the ignorance of the person at the cashier is unbelievable. The doctor was nice, but paying $280 just to get the baby weight is not worth it. There are nicer places with more competent people for the same high prices. IF THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH INSURANCE PAYMENTS THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY UP FRONT, and then you have to waste time and money trying to do their job, DUMB people at the billing department.

Horrrrrrible. Never ever go here. Any other CHOP BUT NO...DREXEL HILL.
