This is such a terrible doctors office. The receptionists are rude and don’t do their jobs and the doctors are no better. They do not pick up the phone, and just allow it to keep ringing. I was told by “someone” , no one know who called me and asked me to come in for an appointment. I go in and the test they told me to come in for, they didn’t even have. Poor poor poor office. Don’t put your health into their hand because they are very incompetent

It is a terrible place, if I could give zero star I would have. My doctors name is Erica Sturdivant, they keep losing my lab results, I have to keep calling them so they go and find it. It never happened to me so they get the results in the first place. They lost my blood test twice. It is even hard to talk to someone over the phone to follow up sh*t. It is a terrible place, find another place please!!!

I have a primary care provider here and have only seen them once. Now I have covid and Cannot set up an appointment to go back to work after my quarantine. Needless to say the will not fill my prescriptions for my asthma medication either. This office is full of unresponsive and irresponsible employees

I have been going to this office for the past 7 years and they are so terrible and backwards. The receptionists doesn’t even know their job and their uninformed and the doctors are so useless. Please stay away from this office and find a better office visit that will safe your lives.

I like my doctor, but the staff not so much, I have very little success getting through on the phone, I had to drive up there to make a request for a script, and have not gotten it yet, that was 2 weeks ago, today is 4/29/2021, and I’m going to drive up there again today to follow up on my request 😞

Took my mom to see Dr. Sturdivant for the first time on 2/27/19. The office was clean, the wait time was short, the receptionist was pleasant and the nurse that brought us back to start the exam (Nancy) was super sweet and caring. That’s where the positive experience of this visit ended. The doctor came in and had a condescending, rushed, dismissive demeanor. My mom had been losing weight rapidly (21 lbs in two months) and weighed in at 96lbs at this visit. My mom has a history of some mental health issues, she’s soft spoken and forgetful and I went along to try and help her present her various symptoms and ask for some help in identifying what may be causing them. Dr. Erica was cocky and didn’t do well even pretending to care. She reluctantly ordered some tests that I mentioned a doctor at the Springfield ER recommended a week prior and she had a rude comment about each one. Maybe with a little more experience under her belt she will learn the gentleness and thoroughness that’s required to instill confidence in her patients. I know it’s a difficult field. I know patients and their family members often expect too much and it’s draining at times but this experience was extremely unacceptable. I called my mom’s insurance company and switched her primary care physician from the parking lot. We want a doctor that cares to order the appropriate tests and reading through the results until we can help my mom feel better. My advice is to steer clear of this doctor.

Ive been going there for about 10 years they are Great. From my fabulous Nurse Practitioner Cathie to my Super Duper Dr sturdivant. Dr Sturdivant is like a connecting Dot; shell refer you to a specialist right away according to the symptoms or needs ... Im a non compliant patient because Im morbidly obese cant follow the doctors advice neither want to go for bariatric surgery. But Hey if you are willing to they geared you into a health path.❤❤❤

Only been here in PA, about a eight months now and I love the staff they are very nice, and my Dr. Birardi is nice too.

My dad had a very bad upper respiratory infection, and couldnt be seen by his PCP. We went yesterday (Saturday) afternoon, and everyone was so nice and professional. We had a minmimal wait time, and my dad got great care.

All staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Saw Dr. Megan Madsen about a month ago.. she was rude, unprofessional, and condescending. Not too mention it took a month for me to receive my results from bloodwork. I called today to change doctors but decided to just go to a different practice because the receptionist was nasty too.

Disgraceful. If it were possible to give negative stars I would. It has just taken me weeks to get a prescription refill that my life literally depends upon. It got to the point where the pharmacy had to give me a small number of pills because I was completely out. No sense of concern or urgency on the part of this office. Apparently they are doing patients a favor by responding to messages and getting prescriptions filled. I had to leave numerous messages following up on refill orders that were supposedly sent to my pharmacy but never were or were wrong. Each time, instead of listening to my message before calling me, I got a call with a clearly exasperated What can I help you with? You can help me with all of the things I left in my message. All different people so its not even one employee. I was actually told that my pharmacy was lying. Sure. Apart from the fact that this is ridiculous to begin with, I know its not true because I also had a specialist trying to get a script who had the same issues. In this case I was told that maybe the code was missing so it was just ignored rather than followed up on. I wont be returning here and will advise anyone to go elsewhere.
