I had a room breaker go out and needed a fixture switched from gcfi to a regular outlet. The fix was pushing the breaker button and then switching out the outlet. I had a few concerns post install but had a lightening fast follow up after I filled out my survey and they quickly resolved my issues above my expectations.

Everything went very well. As this was not an emergency situation, the electrician arrived two days after my call. The first visit was for a consultation and explanation of suggested options - repair or replace. As the fan was 25 years old I decided to replace it. I purchased the fan. A visit was scheduled to install the fan. This appointment needed to be changed because of the electricians schedule. The scheduling team was very pleasant and sensitive to my schedule. They always kept me informed. The electrician and his assistant were very professional, friendly, and competent. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job. They left the area clean and no plants were harmed by their visit.

The company was very responsive each time I called. Since I was calling for an emergency appointment after regular business hours, the number I called was to a call center (like a Dr. on call). I got a call back within minutes and had an electrician at the door within an hour. I had to do some follow up with the company after the service and Scott was very helpful in making sure that the job got completed and in following up with me to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my experience.
