They scheduled me for an appointment today (7/21) at this location. They are no longer here. The building is out of service. This is my first time visiting them. The receptionist who confirmed my appointment last week made no mention of possible new location, never shared the address with me and never called me to follow up about my visit. I called them twice and spent 15 mins on hold no one picked up. How can they not share an address at time of booking knowing that google will bring me here. Terrible

I have been seeing DR Namir Kosa for my years. He is an excellent physician, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. His staff is excellent, respectful and courteous. I would recommend this practice to every body.

Hi i want to complain about my PCP, his name is Dr. Namir Kosa, MD at state road medical associates. He was so rude. He did not tell me that there is a time limit for his service. He saw me at best 30 minutes. But at the last moment he said twice very very loudly that he can not see a patient like me for 2 hours. Even as a new patient i needed to explain all my problems but he was so rude to me and denied the service saying no time today. On my prescription it showing i had three problems to be prescribed on that day. He only listened to one problem then denied other two. I have serious heart and stroke related problem but he did not give/do any test for heart issue. So my question and complain is why he said twice very loudly that he can not see for two hours(he assumed two hours) but he saw me only 20/30 minutes maximum. A nurse took 20/30 minutes, another intern took more than 45/55 minutes to record all my problems and the doctor only saw me 20/30 minutes. And still i have chest pain continuously that he did not give me any medication or test. So in this regard, how can i sue him? I need your assistance to bring this matter in a broader perspective so that he can realize that he is malpracticing or abusing patient with intolerance. What will happen if i get another stroke with this severe chest pain? I can not believe a doctor can behave like him in USA. Any suggestion guys?

Dr.jesse coale is the best listens to you and treats you the patient and symptoms.He is not condescending like other doctors in that office.
