My husband and I toured this facility for our 16 month old daughter a few months ago. It was awful. First off, they had the tour spot double booked, which honestly isnt a big deal, except for the fact that no one was aware there was one booking to begin with. The girl was running around scrambling to get us in and start the tour. My husband and I are truly pretty relaxed indivduals, but when it comes to my child, Im a bit more protective, and this was not a good start.While she was running around, she had us wait in a secluded, and hot, area of the facility. They turned a fan on for us, but it made me wonder why they didnt have the fan running the entire time if there were kids moving in and out of this hallway between classrooms on a daily basis.After she finally was able to get everything together, she took us to the classroom where our daughter would be and it was extremely underwhelming. It was messy and dark, and was anything but academically inspiring. The teachers were lack luster if best and were not handling the children well, in the sense they were allowing kids to linger in the hallways and were not paying 100% attention to them. I understand that we were distracting with the tour, but distractions happen and I was not impressed with how they handled it. It also seemed like they were understaffed. For reference, we were interested in the young toddler room.Needless to say we did not end up picking this location for all of the reasons above. If youre interested in this facility, I would absolutely do a tour with lots of questions to make sure its a good fit. I would not recommend based on the 30 minutes we were there.

My child went to this daycare for about 4 months. It is a poorly managed business. The workers are unprofessional (for the exception of a few) as well as the owner. During our time here it was nothing but problems. I could write a book of all my experiences. I would NEVER refer anyone to go here. Glad we are no longer there.
