We have been a host home for about 7 years now and have been blessed over and over again with wonderful young people leaving polygamy and coming into our family. I have been a volunteer for Holding Out HELP for over 8 years. I have seen first hand how many people they have helped. So many have received an education, got jobs, found housing and have been provided basic needs. The work they do is awesome! I left a polygamist community nearly 3 years ago. Holding Out Help assisted me in finding a place to live , tutors to get my GED (I passed!), through a donor I was gifted a vehicle, a lawyer. Not to mention outings with the women who have also left a polygamist background. Love Holding Out Help! Thanks guys!

Such a powerful resource for me when I had no where else to turn. I needed basic essentials in the worst way but much deeper than that, I needed counseling and guidance for navigating a world I knew almost nothing about. If you have ever been stranded in a foriegn country, you would know how much it would mean to find not only help, but someone who understood your native tongue.

These guys rock, and (quite literally) are life savers. Theyve helped me out of a really rough patch, and gave the support I needed to get to living life. I am so grateful something like this exists!!
