I had to make arrangements for my dog for the three days! At 22.00 a day. Then they never showed up or called. So now Im in limbo to get my yard done. I called and all they said is that they can put in a second request! Why arent the utilities held accountable!

I had issues with some of the companies who marked up my sidewalk after I contacted Blue Stakes. I reached out to Blue Stakes with my concerns and Spence responded immediately! He contacted the companies and asked them to make it right by coming back out to my property to clean up the excessive spray paint. Thanks for taking care of the issue that really wasn’t Blue Stakes’ fault.

Had Blue stakes done through Dominion Gas due to digging in the front yard to replace the sewer line to our house. It took us extra unnecessary hours due to the incorrect locate of our gas line. After we dug out our entire sewer line the gas line was nowhere, where blue stakes located it. Be careful with this company. I would hate to see someone hit their gas line due to incorrect marking.

Friendly and Professional. I always appreciate the time and effort they take to ensure the information Im providing them is accurate. Once the locating company comes onsite, theyre easily able to provide the markings necessary thanks to the work performed by Blue Stakes. Keep up the great work!

Had some issues, getting phone lines marked, took a while to resolve. Got a call back and issues have been resolved in a positive way. Overall there was some stress, but it all worked out.

These guys are so great! Their service is so accommodating and easy to communicate. I love it.

This group is a joke. Do not rely on them. IF you can get them to show up, they do not mark properly if at all. Two years now with terrible results. Do not put the safety of your contractors or employees at the hands of these people. They do not care...

Years ago these folks painted all over my xeriscape rock garden in South Jordan. When I called to complain and ask for reimbursement I was told that the city was responsible. I’d rate them a zero if it was an option.

Very friendly service and easily helped me access and update my ticket.
