Providers themselves are fine, I’ve not had issues once I get ahold of them. The office staff and system however is a joke. The office where the provider works doesn’t take phone calls, instead you are routed to a call center that sends the office an IM and waits for a response. Needing to ask a question or reschedule an appointment is a no-go. I’ve literally been told by the call center to go over to the office to talk to them when they won’t respond. I am already looking for a new provider with a different system due to the level of non-service through Revere Health.

No Can Help Attitude. I showed up tardy for my appointment. Front desk did not care why. Asked to speak with the MA the reply was no. I was then asked to sign up for their electronic system. I said thanks for asking I have been sick for weeks and had to go in the toilet before checking in. I made the mistake thinking they cared and could help me. They are just box checkers. Also NO I dont have it.

I am pretty disappointed. This office had better reviews than most Neurologists in my area. So I waited 2 extra months and was willing to drive 30 extra minutes to see them. I was pleased with how quickly they got me in (almost no wait time). And the faculty was friendly. Dr. Groves was pleasant. But I felt like he only spent about 5 minutes talking to me. He asked a couple questions, I was told to get blood work and see a PT and come back in 2 months to see his PA. That was it.There was no explanation about what he is looking for with the Blood work, what he is hoping the PT will accomplish, how often to see the PT, what his initial diagnosis or thoughts were on my headaches.I asked if the Blood work was done as part of the visit and Dr. Groves said yes and then he left. The nurse then gave me a piece of paper and said I needed to go find somewhere to get it done. So that’s a completely separate doctors visit to schedule and pay for. She said I could go to the building next door to do it. I walked over there only to find they were already closed.Also, the nurse was very sweet and friendly but said she was sending me to a PT about 30 minutes away from me. When I asked why so far away she said because she hadn’t looked for a PT closer to where I lived and was just sending me to one she knew they worked with... After I asked she said she’d look for one closer to me.Anyway, it all happened so quickly and they sent me on my way. I felt like I didn’t have time to slow down and ask for more of an explanation or diagnosis. Bummed I waited this long and drove out of my way for that kind of a visit.But Heather Beards (the PA) has gotten great reviews so maybe I’ll keep my appointment for 2 months from now and hope round 2 is better.

I cant say enough great things about Vanessa Beard! She genuinely listens, cares & really thinks about the best treatment options for me. She has given us samples of very expensive medicines to try first. I always feel her & her medical assistant are trying their best, always to help me feel better. (Being treated for a Traumatic brain injury)

My wife has received excellent care at the office of Dr. Groves! The doctor really listened and noticed a “problem” that required additional attention. Vanessa has provided ongoing care and contact that has left us both reassured that Diana has finally found a neurological practice that knows what they are doing... and do so with consistent and professional care. Additionally, the office staff is also wonderful- from giving directions when my wife could not find the office to in office service. All around wonderful folks!

I see Vanessa Beard, PAC at Revere Health Neurology in Draper. I have violent episodes of vertigo attacks that are so horrid, I end up having panic attacks and going to the ER to stop the projectile vomiting, stop the spinning and get anti- nausea meds and fluids. Ive had 9 this year and 8 last year. So I was referred to Vanessa and started seeing her in September of 2020. After an MRI and an MRA concluded my brain was okay, I then started having monthly injections of a medication for migraines. It was sort of an experiment, but, I have not had a vertigo attack since I started with the injections. Im not promised that I wont have another attack, but if so, less intense. Vanessa is extremely caring and understanding of my condition and is taking very good care of me. I feel as though I can relax a little and not be so fearful of that next attack. She listens, she cares, she’s extremely knowledgeable and I know is there for me! I dont feel like Im a number and “times up.” I love her! I am in good hands❤️

Generally with any neurology practice it takes quite a while before you can get an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to get my first visit quickly.with the physician .The rest of my appointments have been with Vanessa Beard, PA. She is fabulous!She is thorough, professional, personal, caring, doesnt make me ever feel rushed. She is very bright and competent. Most importantly, I know I can trust her and this practice.Everything runs smoothly - that is directly because of the MA manager, Valerie! Im giving this point of view as a patient and retired RN. Ive been seeing and visiting with Vanessa Beard, Dr Groves PA. She has been very accommodating and listens to my concerns and explains things so its easy to understand.

Venessa Beard was very congenial and friendly. She was attentive to my concerns, listened to me carefully and answered my questions. She took her time and did not give the impression that she was done and needed to get me out the door. She was delightful to talk to and looked me in the eye when communicating.

I have had migraines for over 20 years. My niece has had similar issues and had good results with Revere Neurology. If you have struggled with migraines and tried multiple medications and treatments, please consider new injections with Revere Neurology. They have worked wonders with me and might help you as well. I have always had a good experience at my appointments with Vanessa Beard and her nursing staff. I usually dont have a long wait time in waiting room/patient room. She writes things down for me to take home on a sticky note just in case. (I always need it) She listens to me looks me in the eyes.

Dr Groves and Vanessa Beard have been so great to recommend and try different treatments to help with my migraines. After being told by another neurologist that migraines were untreatable and that Vestibular Migraine was not a diagnosable condition, I was very discouraged. At Revere Health Neurology they have treated Vestibular Migraine before, and they have stuck with me until we have found the right medications and treatments to greatly reduce my migraine symptoms. Both Dr Groves and Vanessa Beard are very knowledgeable, they show genuine concern and care for me, both have always taken the time to answer my questions, and they are thorough in their explanations of my condition and treatments. So, I received this text about this review, and I was surprised because I was supposed to have an appt via telephone, and then never got to talk to the dr because I guess I didn’t have the latest update on my phone, and so I never got to talk to the dr. And, I hope they don’t charge me for this visit, because she actually could have talked to me on FaceTime and it would have worked fine.

I have a rare neurological disorder and I have been to Maaany Neurologist trying to find a place that was educated enough to handle my case, compassionate, kind and, above all thorough. Staff was very nice but unfortunately I felt as if my experience was rushed and unimportant to the Neurologist. I use revere health for most everything health related because I love the Provo staff, but unfortunately this was a different experience for me. We discussed my concerns for less than 5 minutes and he referred me to 4 different testing institutions. I went in for a simple issue and felt completely unheard and just a task to the doctor. I think 3 stars is a good representation of the device because it wasn’t anything memorable.

Pros and Cons. Pros: Very nice, pleasant office staff. Dr. Groves did kindly answer all my many Many questions. He was more thorough than the previous doctors I’ve been to in recent weeks, meaning he didn’t solely prescribe medication and send me on my way, he also ordered blood tests and a referral for physical therapy.Cons: The right off the bat Migraine medication may have been jumping to conclusions, rather than waiting for blood work results and potential benefit of physical therapy after say 1-2 sessions. I do appreciate the effort to alleviate symptoms quickly, rather than wait. But with Super Expensive meds like Emgality, it would have been nice to investigate insurance coverage first. Especially since the shots did absolutely nothing as far as helping my headache/migraines.

Found that Dr. Groves cared about my migraines and finding a way to fix it. My mother felt that he was dismissive of my hearing lose being a factor. The first appointment with Vanessa i felt that she wanted the medicine to be failing and that she wanted to put me on different or additional meds. Vanessa kept addressing my migraines as headaches. My mother liked vanessa. Vanessa made me not want to come back ever. I only go in now for my appointment to re evaluate my meds and get another 6 mounth refill. I alway schedule this appointment to be with DR. Groves. I highly recommend DR. Groves. I do not recommend Vanessa unless you want to have to fight to stay on the meds that are working for you.

Vanessa really listens and does her absolute best to find relief for the chronic painful migraines I get almost daily. Dr. Groves doesn’t have the absolute best bedside manner but he is very intelligent and is straight to the point which is what I do appreciate.

I just saw Dr. Groves as a new patient for my migraines. I showed up early for my appointment thinking I would have to fill out paperwork, but they brought me back early! The office was really small but decorated for the holidays. Dr. Groves listened and then got straight to the point. Which I really appreciated because I was nervous. Im thinking about having my mom go here for her migraine headaches.

Very friendly staff, they really care about their patients and you can feel it! So easy to get ahold of them and they always call back quickly. Vanessa and Dr. Groves are both so nice.

I had a seizure in their office, 2 more that landed me in the ER, and countless others after a brain injury, and I later found out that none of the doctors in this office put that information in my chart. They didnt believe it was necessary to chart my seizures. I also found out that they were refusing to chart many of my symptoms, because they couldnt understand why I would be having them after my brain injury. I was told that everything was in my head, emotionally based, and made up. After having a fMRI, elsewhere, it was discovered that my seizures and other TBI symptoms were actually medical and very serious. I needed MEDICAL treatment, but Dr. Beard actually laughed at the brain scans and told me they couldnt possible be right. She actually walked out of the room while telling me that there was no treatment possible for me other than therapy (which I never did actually need) and that I was never going to get any better - except perhaps with time. I had BRAIN SCANS that showed exactly where the damage was to my brain and what part of my brain was causing my seizures. She refused to admit she was wrong and insisted that the scans must be wrong. Please dont go here. Both doctors will ignore symptoms and try to fit you into a diagnosis they want to give you. They will NOT look for whats really going on or for any real solution to heal you.

What a joke. They take forever to call you back. They never get anything done on time. They are never prepared to see you when you come. When you schedule an appt, you are directed to a huge call center for all Revere health clinics. Half the time they schedule your appt wrong and act like it’s your fault. They have extreme difficulty keeping track of things since notes and records are all jumbled up within their giant system. It is an absolute joke that they are allowed to treat their patients this way. I have given them several chances, hoping it was just a coincidence that I’ve been having bad experiences with Revere health, especially at this location. Go anywhere else and you’ll be better off!! I will be finding another doctor.

This is my 3rd or 4th time seeing Vanessa but those were in the Provo location. This is the first time in the Draper location. I had to line up 2 different baby sitters to get here and drove almost 45 min, when I showed up the horrible front desk girl told me I violated the late rule and had to reschedule. I broke down in tears and begged her to just ask and she walked around the corner and came back saying unfortunately you broke our policy. So I asked if I could explain it to the Dr and she said no the only way I could see the Dr was to reschedule. Vanessa has never been mean or rude so I cannot believe she would act like this. Many people had to rearrange their schedules at work to help me make this appointment so no I cant just reschedule. I was a few mins late. Now I get to be the front desks joke for the next few weeks. I will never come here again. I have worked as at the front desk of a few doctors and I NEVER EVER again NEVER EVER had one of my Drs refuse to see a patient no matter the circumstance.
