The saliva collection system for COVID-19 testing has really been a game changer, when you have to be tested two times a week I cant imagine having to use the swabs. Super impressive engineering and manufacturing teams that specialize in making the seemingly impossible, possible!

Spectrum Solutions has been an amazing experience. There is many opportunities for growth. I really enjoy working here all of the management team Ive came across has been very kind and helpful I am sure the rest of the team is the same.

The only good thing I can say about working there was the schedule and the pay. I would absolutely Not recommend anyone working there. The management is poorly trained. Bullying occurs frequently. Only a handful of people received special privileges.

This place is the worst place I worked for! All management is so unprofessional they don’t care about the people that work there they never answer to the question you have. I try calling several time and they literally leave me on hold and then hang up. Supposedly I went out for COVID for over a month because I just kept coming back “positive” their tests aren’t 100% accurate I went and got tested 2 times at another clinic and came back negative on both when theirs just kept coming back positive it’s so unfair. Had to use all my PTO all my because they don’t accept other tests that’s not theirs. How em I suppose to cover other emergency’s I get latter on? This place just sucks and don’t care.

This was actually a fun place to work. Thank you Spectrum for everything.

The only good things about working here was a handful of people on the weekend day shift and the leadership shown by Fabio and Leoum. Everything else is a joke.

Great Place to work at. Fabio is such a great Supervisor. If you have an opportunity to work here do not think twice. You will love it !!!!

It is a great place to work but the employees here a rude ignorant and dont have respect for other new employees in their workers that work here dont put the product drops on the floor in sanitise area they put back on the production floor and goes out the door into the public or pop the even know that some of the stuff have fallen on the floor new one on to assembly line. And working for this company is a language barrier a lot of people here dont speak English in its hard to communicate.

They only care about money and not the great Employees that should be taken care of. Will push you to your limits and toss you to the curb for the next one.

As a former supplier and current Spectrum team member, Ive always had great things to say about Spectrum, its leadership, and reputation. Great products and people!

Maliciously slow and EXTREMLY dimwitted. Took 5 hours up until they were ready to go home to put in a couple pallets that were ready nothing is organized. Then to top it off the manager starts arguing with me that I only need three placards and I have to explain to him a truck is a box and it has four sides.

I would like to work there but they have spoken so badly about Tania and another person named Sarahi that you dont know what it is like because human resources does nothing to offer a good working environment.

I worked here for about 4 months and I left because I was being harassed by the supervisor named Tania , and the team lead named sarahi. They are so unprofessional and treat others with no respect. Supervisors wouldn’t wear face mask after being told multiple times. I had a life threatening emergency and the team lead told me I couldn’t miss work after I told her the situation I was in. I had to talk to a manager about the situation to get the day off.

I tried to contact Kelvin but he did not take any responsibility and still charge money my account 4 months already , How can I do it. I want to cancel because i stop my business since pandemic start .

What a product!! Im so glad that I havent had to take a different type of test, like a nasopharyngeal swab, which looks very intrusive. This saliva test is going to change the market!

Wonderful place

This place was my first place of work. It was recommended to me by a relative who has worked here for years. I just have to say that it has been a great experience. From the human resources team who are always ready to help. This is my supervisor and team leader who have offered great support to me and my co-workers so that we can be successful within the company.

The worst place I have ever worked, terrible management. There is a lot of disorder. Distancing measures are not taken. You do not have the right to breaks, the vast majority of managers and supervisors do not know how to handle personnel. And if you are not in the group of them they do not pay attention to you, there is a lot of conflict of interest because many relatives work in the same department or the friend of the friend, there is no impartiality or professional ethics

Spectrum Solutions is a great place to work. They are all very professional and help their employees as much as they can. Unfortunately I had to go out of state for personal reasons. I recommend Spectrum Solutions to all my family and friends when they are looking for work.

I write because I saw comments, and if it is the truth there is no healthy distance because of the covid, everyone works almost on top of others, they all believe they are bosses, managers have their preferences They work in the same winery the same family the uncle, brother, dad, mom etcunethical in a company. Seeing the amount of negative comments I decided to also speak, the work environment in this company is deficient, the supervisors, especially Tania, allow abuses by other employees that the vast majority are Friends because this company is full of recommended from the recommended, the office of Human resources does nothing, the assistant, a lady named Jenifer, is the most despicable thing there can be, she does everything reluctantly, they never give a solution to anything, the supervisors do not put order, they allow themselves to be bought by the food that others bring them employees. This company is a good company, but the management is lousy from human resources down. The work environment is the worst,
