I know Ashby Home Health Care for quite a while I must say from the shower Aid, Carmen who has been very consistent and and very professional couldnt ask for better person. The rest of the team is professional but really caring the PT is very beneficial to me. I can recommend the home health care aspect of this company wholeheartedly.

Cole was always prompt and prepared. He was pleasant and helpful in giving me the exercises needed to make a good recovery. He showed flexibility and a willingness to work around my schedule. He was positive in his attitude even when I wasnt. I would give good marks to both he and Carter!

We tried to set up home health care through Ashby and was very disappointed. Chris was unable to make our first meeting, and had to cancel on short notice. He told us that we would be contacted by another person to reschedule. We were contacted on a Sunday morning and given a few hours notice that the meeting was to take place. Such short notice did not work for us. We were told that we would be contacted Monday or Tuesday to reschedule. We were contacted Thursday by another gentleman, who was very nice, saying that Chris had told him to meet us at 3 pm. This call was at 1 pm, giving us two hours notice. I then decided that I did not want to work with this person, Chris, who conducted business this way. We will find another company to help us.

We had a caring staff and great communication after we selected Ashby for home health services for my grandfather. We look forward to the same nursing staff coming in for Hospice when we need it.

Terrible customer service. Communication is awful, caregivers showed up for only 10 or 20 minutes but were supposed to be here for an hour, lots of excuses given when caregivers didnt bother to show up at all, then they quit showing up altogether AFTER the company begged us to give them another chance. Would NOT recommend.

I have recently been the recipient of a full knee replacement and was in fear of the painful thought of rehab. My in-home physical therapist with Ashby was Carter Blackham and from our first meeting he put me at ease about the therapy that was to come. I cant say enough about what a great job Carter did, he listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained everything we were doing and why it was necessary. He was easy to talk to and did not treat me like just another patient. I always felt as though I was the only patient he had. Im not trying to kid anyone, knee replacement rehab is not fun but Carter got me where I needed to be and he did it with encouragement and knowledge and installed trust in his ability. The proof came when Carter handed me off to outpatient therapy and I went to The Orthopedic Specialty Hospital (TOSH) and my therapist there was amazed at the level of my recovery and told me that my home therapist did a great job! I cannot thank Carter Blackham enough for getting me on my feet and moving again. If the other therapists at Ashby Home Health are even half as good as Carter they have an amazing team. Thank you Ashby and more importantly, thank you Carter Blackham.
