My family member was recently interviewed and offered a job here. They were excited to work here based on other employee recommendations and a slightly higher pay rate than their previous job. They put in their 3 week notice with their previous job and we’re ready to start up with orientation with Tall Tree that had a set date. 4 days before the orientation start they received an email saying that Tall Tree had lost a large account and were not able to start orientation for an undisclosed amount of time, but no sooner than a month from now, and maybe not at all.So now my family member is out of work. Their previous employer had already replaced their position. And again, the only communication they got from Tall Tree was an email.Based on other comments it seems employees like this place to work (if those comments aren’t coerced), but clients, customers, and large accounts have huge issues with the place. They are definitely not professional in how they handle on boarding new employees and I question the stability of a company that hires people and then changes their mind mere days before their start date. Jobs and finances are bad enough during a pandemic, but to have a company make a job offer that causes you to leave other employment and then back out at the last minute seems sketchy and unethical.

Terrible place to work; creep owners

Tall Tree Administrators, Alliance for Shared Health, Fair Price Labs. I have two outstanding issues with these companies all generated from a Wellness visit this past August to the tune of $491.34. The simplest thing to say is STAY FAR AWAY from these companies.

I have $1400.00 in unpaid medical bills because this company failed to pay claims falsely stating I was inactive during time of service or when the claim was processed. My claims were repeatedly filed under an incorrect member id number which also has accounted for nonpayment of claims. I have spent many hours on the phone trying to resolve these issues. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be filing a complaint with the Utah department of labor. I have learned that my case is not unique. Others have filed similar complaints about this company.

I have worked for Tall Tree for over 6 years now and I absolutely love my job and this company! The owners are amazing and we employees are all considered family here. The atmosphere is happy and upbeat, with plenty of room for career growth. We all work together to get to the root of any problem, and implement training to be sure that the issue doesnt happen again, if necessary. I highly recommend Tall Tree!

I absolutely love working here. Management cares about the employees and they make the office environment fun. I enjoy the small office family feel and the lack of call-center time constraints. Im able to take the time I need to thoroughly address provider and member needs, which is awesome.Its refreshing to work for a company that actually cares about its clients. Id snark about the bad review from a former employee slandering the company, but I too have morals.

Great part time job, great place to work at, but the only down side to it (so far) is the long commute.

Tall Tree Administrators is a joke! I, like the other reviewer, am only giving them 1 star because I had to give them something. First off, I think its highly suspicious that the only good reviews are from employees and they are all in a 7 to 9 month time frame....almost like they had a directive to write reviews. I can attest and confirm the review from 2 years ago is still true to this day. They have not paid claims and will not return emails or phone calls. (Can someone say pattern?) Whenever Ive presented insurance cards, Ive gotten the response Hmmm, never heard of these guys, let me check.... I can only image that if its this bad on the customer/insured side, its equally bad, if not worse on the provider side. If youre considering using them for benefits, DONT!! You and/or your employees will thank you for going elsewhere.

WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!!!!! WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THEM FOR INSURANCE! THEIR EMPLOYEES WILL TELL YOU YOURE COVERED FOR THINGS WHEN YOU’RE NOT!! HAPPENED TO US ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION! HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM!! THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Tall Tree Administrators is one of the best employers. We take our work very seriously. But at the same time were understanding, kind, and compassionate towards our members.We the employees are the roots that keep Tall Tree Administrators planted.

Great customer service and over all a great team and company to work with

My advice to anyone considering working with Tall Tree in any capacity, is DONT. Tall Tree is a third party admin for medical insurance. Many of the claims they handle go unpaid for years at a time, with no follow ups to the provider or member, they refuse to cover basic medical needs if your child is born with a congenital defect, these issues are just the tip of the iceberg. I caught them engaging in the fraudulent practice of charging one member for a service to cover an over payment that was made to a provider for another member. I was fired with the explanation being that I was not a good fit. Up to this event I had received amazing praise.Damn right I was not a good fit. I have morals.

Tall Tree Administrators is an amazing place to work for. The owners truly care about their employees as well as the service they give as a company.

I have worked for doctors with insurance companies for 27 years and I can honestly say Tall Tree Administrators is the WORST Insurance company I have ever had to deal with and that is saying a lot with the insurance has changed over the years. They are very unprofessional they do not return calls they do not work with their insured patients and they do not work with the doctors. Dont ever go with Tall Tree Administrators for your coverage!!! I only gave them one star because I had to give them something!

Horrible!! No help from anyone, they just transfer you to people who dont help and never return calls. Im still waiting for invoice to be paid since 7/28/16. They inputted my date of birth wrong and also my name, would not fix. Problems, Problems and more Problems. Then they posted wrong payments and said I wasnt insured, so I had to show them payments.finally I was told in April 2017 that I was covered in Dec.2016.
