I have enjoyed my experience at Organetheory Fitness. The coaches are are great at keeping me motivated. I have a desk job and went to a gym once in a while but needed some cardio and motivation. I have found that and more with the Orangetheory Fitness classes.

I have been coming to Orangetheory for almost a month and I am obsessed! The best decision I could have made for my health. I have so much more energy throughout the day and am already seeing improvements in my strength and endurance. The coaches are all so helpful and encouraging. I’m so happy I stumbled upon this community. I truly believe this is for everyone, regardless of your current fitness health!

Have tried other locations, but this Draper gym is the best! Love the coaches and staff. They make a point of getting to know you by name and making sure you’re comfortable. Would highly recommend!

You always get in an excellent high-intensity workout in just 60 minutes. OTF Draper has helped me get back into shape in fairly quick time by going consistently for 4 or 5 weeks. And all the coaches are amazing too (especially Kim, Angie, and Natalie)!

I haven’t worked out in a long time and decided it was time to work out again. Stepping into orange theory I felt welcome and had Natty right there explaining every exercise to me and helping me understand the routines. I would highly recommend joining!

The guy attending the desk had a bad attitude. The machines and equipment were apparently clean and organized, but I didnt take the plan there since the attention was poor.

I like that I dont have to think about the workout. I just show up and do what I am told. Then again, theres support from the instructor if I need to modify the workout, ask a question or clarify a technique. I like having mini-goals to help me push myself throughout the workout.

I’ve been a member for over a year now, I’ve loved it.. for the most part. I’m always happy to tell anyone about it and what it’s taught me. The other day a friend was telling me her concerns were their policy for reserving class spots and fees for cancelling. I assured her that it wasn’t an issue and how great they are for letting you call to cancel, even if it’s right up until 5 minutes before the class starts. Life is crazy and this is a must that they understand that! Cottonwood heights is my go to gym, but I signed up for a class at Draper. Realizing I wanted to go to another class with my husband, I called to cancel and found out Draper, is not so nice. Lauren told me I needed to do it in the app or online and the threatened me with the fee for not cancelling within the 8 hours. “It’s fine this time, but keep that in mind.” Okay, Karen. We’re in a pandemic here and you’re pretty much encouraging members to show up symptomatic or not! THAT IS NOT OKAY! Besides Covid precautions right now, with the cost of the membership, they should never treat a member like that. I do not need someone to make me feel bad because I can’t make a class.

I love the team at OTF. Great workouts combined with people who take an interest in me and my fitness. Being greeted by name, having them ask about my family and keeping me in shape are just a few of the things that keep me coming back. Plus the variety of workouts push my body to respond to running, rowing and weights all in one hour!

This is the only gym that I have felt completely comfortable and not afraid to go alone. All the staff and coaches personally greet me and I feel so welcome. All the members are so kind and welcoming. The workouts are amazing!!! It’s the best thing I have experienced before! The coaches keep us engaged and working hard to get results.

OTF Draper is absolutely wonderful. While its not my home gym, I frequent their facility often and am never disappointed. Their coaches are genuine, funny, and want the best for you. They remember your name even if you arent regularly in their classes, and they are willing to know you on a personal level. The facility is sparkling clean, the staff is friendly, and they are absolutely professional. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone interested in OTF!

I love Orangetheory! I just started in January. I have never enjoyed running on a treadmill or doing weights, yet somehow I have fallen in love with these classes. The instructors get me motivated and I can accomplish more in an hour than I would on my own. I have finally found something that works for me and I am so happy!

We love this OT location. We go here every so often and the coaches and staff are amazing. The gym is a lot bigger than our home gym and it’s nice to have the extra room. If you haven’t gone to Orangetheory you need to go! We (my wife and I) have gone for over 3 years and love it.

I was a little nervous going in for the first time but the staff was so incredibly friendly. They helped make the process of a first visit seamless. I was also very impressed with coach Tinnelle. She added a lot of excitement to the class and before I knew it, it was already over. She was also very attentive and helped to convert some of the exercises to fit my specific needs! Can’t wait for more trainings.

Im so happy I walked through the doors of OTF. I found so much genuine support from everyone around me, in the workouts, and with my nutrition. The workouts are so much fun, and what I didnt expect, is that there are so many different people of all weights and abilities. It brings an energy to my day that I thought I wouldnt have again. I absolutely love that I can see my heart rate and more importantly, easily see what zone I am in. It has really helped me listen to my body and know when I can push, or when I need to back it down a bit.Cardio has always been my least favorite part of working out. I would avoid the treadmill at all costs. Now I look forward to seeing my progress each class. The stats after each workout are so great to see. It gives me a benchmark every day. I love seeing how far I have come!

I have always struggled sticking to a workout routine and finding consistency. Since my first class over two years ago, I have been hooked. All of the coaches and member consultants are so kind, take the chance to get to know you, and help you. The workouts are always different and it’s so nice getting your workout summary after each class.

Orangetheory Fitness has changed my life!! I joined three years ago and typically go four days a week. I love that I never know what to expect and each workout challenges me physically as well as mentally. The awesome coaches push me when I think I cant do another minute. The atmosphere is also a plus, love seeing friendly faces, not to mention the facility is clean!!

The trainers, music, and diverse movements keep me coming back! My wife, Mandy, and I were looking for a gym we could go to together and both get the workout we want. OT is the perfect place! If we want cardio one day or weights another, we can get it! The trainers are always upbeat, helpful and encouraging. They knew my name after day 1 and check in with me if my form needs help. I couldnt recommend OT Draper enough!

Love the coaches, it’s clean and never muggy or smelly like other gyms. The workouts are consistently challenging with options to take a lighter day if needed. Love the girls at the front desk too- they’re always happy, helpful and ready to cheer us on. It’s been a great gym for me - going on three years!

Its such a great workout. I love that I can plan an hour and get my butt kicked and move on with my day. The coaches are great and help with your form and encourage you throughout. I am not a gym person, I typically do my workouts outside but when weather doesnt permit that Orange Theory is my go to gym.

Orangetheory is absolutely amazing. I love watching myself get stronger and stronger. The best part about Orangetheory for me is being able to know at all times if I’m pushing myself hard enough by watching my heart rate. Everyone at the Draper location is so nice and helpful. Because I had gotten out of shape I was nervous about my first workout but the front desk and instructors quickly made me feel at ease!

After joining orange theory I have increased my overall health and fitness, I never thought I could run...any kind of distance, but orange theory made it possible by showing me how you can push yourself to be better!!! I ran my first 5 k and it was so fun! I finished in less than 30 min! I feel great in my body every day! Thanks orange theory

The best thing about OTF is that I can just come in and work without having to think! I don’t have to wait for equipment to be available, figure out what to do next, or try and get creative to work different muscle groups. I also love the ability to compete with myself and see what I can do on the treadmill, rowers, and weight floor. I also love the efficiency. There is absolutely no way I could replicate what I am able to do in 60 minutes at OTF with even double that time at a normal gym. For people who realize that time and health are two of our most precious commodities, there is no better option in the market than Orangetheory. Finally, I simply love the trainers! They are an amazing combination of push and positivity. Though they have high expectations, they are quick with encouragement. The strength of any organization is found in its people, and its people are what make Orangetheory strong.

I have been going to orange theory for just over a year and a half and have found that it has been an amazing tool in helping me to lose 48lbs while gaining muscle and be fit. I can now run a 10 mins mile. Which is huge and I’m working my way to a six! The team is a huge motivator and I love that they are always excited to see you!

Great gym, very friendly and helpful staff. Ashley from the front desk helped me out with a couple items today and had great costumer service. I’ve tried OTF all around the country traveling for my job and this studio in Draper is overall towards the top. Awesome instructors that know their stuff. Tennille and Kim are two of the best and I’d recommend them for a first class if your wanting to give OT a try. Thanks! -Brandon

I am obsessed with Orange Theory. I actually look forward to going, which is why I can stay consistent. I have done Crossfit and regular gyms, as well as running on my own. Nothing fits my interests and needs the way Orange Theory does. It’s fun and engaging, it’s never the same work out, and I have seen immediate results. Almost lost 10 pounds!

The trainings are good and the instructors are all really good and keep things moving. I had a good time. However, I dont agree with a 30 day cancellation policy that you cant call in to take care of. Now Im comitted to another month when I dont have time to go. This wasnt anticipated and I intended to go longer, but now Im pretty sure I wont return.

This is everything I need! The most important thing for me is that I have to schedule it into my day. That built-in accountability is what I need. Pros: Coaches are great and since the workout is led, you push yourself more than just wandering into a gym without a plan. Coaches and front desk staff are super friendly, welcoming and helpful.Cons: Classes fill up quickly - if you dont schedule a week in advance you probably wont get in. If you sign up early and forget to cancel (or cancel too late) you are charged $15 each time. Dues are really expensive! ($160/month). Heart rate monitor never worked correctly for me and since the whole workout is based on your heart rate that was a bummer (this worked fine for my husband. I think its that Im thin with low blood pressure).

I like watching my heart rate during the workout. Ive noticed I push myself harder when I know my goal is to be in the orange zone. I love the amount of enthusiasm in the class; its a judgement free zone and I feel comfortable no matter which location Im visiting.

Customer service is super bad in Orange theory fitness. They have no compassion about their fill an application 30 min before the free training class policy even coming from Orem which is a 30 min drive lol and the reason why I was choosing this location only because work. So sad :(

I have been to many fitness centers and OTF is very unique and I dont think there would be any comparisons between them mostly because of the wide variety of the combinations of exercises and i didnt saw any repetitions till now which makes us to try different things every day. The coaches are really wonderful and friendly and even though it is a group fitness, I feel this as one on one training because of the dedication and commitment of the coaches. The front staff are very wonderful and it still surprises me how can they remember each and every members name and greets when with our name we walk in. You rock !!And last but not the least, OTF really motivates me to go daily and makes me healthier and happier which makes me more active during rest of the day!!
