It is unfortunate that I am writing this but along with the other 1 star reviews about Hidden Valley Family Medicine I couldnt hold back. This office is poorly run and the desk staff needs training. So disappointed with the un-organization and poor customer service. I will never return or allow my friends and family to return. The last straw was waiting 3 weeks for my scheduled appointment only be told they didnt have it on the calendar and we would need to reschedule in a couple more weeks. Seems to be a trend here in the reviews. Schedule at your own risk and lower your expectations when you walk in the door.

I’ve been taking my mother here for a few years and recently my teenage daughter. Every visit is a great experience, you can tell these people care about their patients!

It is great to be listen to and respected for our concerns. I have seen Elizebeth Wright for many years now and I would go no where else. I have had a few odd problems and she hasnt hesitated to do what it takes to get to the bottom of it. Both my Adult children now see her as well. In times where seeing a doctor seems like talking to a wall and getting nothing but rushed general feedback, it is great to have some old fashion medical assistance.

I have been coming to this office for about two years. I have met with both Dr. Spencer Hardenbrook and Dr. Cory Rice. They and their assistants have been terrific. I feel very grateful to have been referred to them.

The front desk is always so friendly and caring for their patients. Carly H. is amazing! I have followed her from her previous location and she never fails to make sure that my family and I are well taken care of. Her assistant has always been very friendly and willing to help. What a great office and staff, thank you all from the bottom of my heart!!

Hardenbrook and Sabrina are awesome to work with. I am been coming here for a few years now and Dr Hardenbrook has been my favorite doctor.

Wow is all I can say. I’ve had some poor experiences with doctors before and it was such a breath of fresh air to have an exceptional experience with Carlie Hamilton. She was so kind and took the time to inform me of exactly what her thought process was and how she would be able to help me. I will never be able to see any other doctor again. Highly recommended!!! Side note: I hate blood draws and have been told I have terrible veins, her assistant was able to get what she needed painlessly and only one stick. I’m so grateful to both of them.

The office manager with the medium-long brown hair is horrible and should not work with patients. She is so rude that I will never be coming back to this office and I have been coming here for over a year. She will fight and argue with you and there is nothing professional about her. I really don’t feel like this office cares about their patients.

Dr. Hamilton has been my doctor for over 10 years. Shes truly the best!

I was five minutes late to my first appointment. They had me fill out all of the new patient paperwork and then asked me to wait for about twenty minutes before informing me that I would need to reschedule my visit due to being late. I may have been more understanding if the office hadnt moved my appointment to be ten minutes earlier than originally scheduled without asking if that new time actually worked for me.Outside of that, the lobby is filled with advertisements for all of the additional products that they sell. It feels less like a doctors office and more like one big sales pitch.I didnt reschedule.

This place is the best!!! I am always a bit nervous about switching doctors and also going to different doctors offices, but this place has been such a wonderful change from day one!! From the front desk reception, to the nurses and MAs, to the actual doctors...everyone I have met and interacted with here is wonderful and helpful - they actually listen and care. I am so glad I found this place, and I will continue going here.

Hidden Valley Family Medicine is fantastic! Amberly is the best nurse I have ever met! She is friendly and knowledgeable and always very kind! She goes the extra mile at all times! I was sad to leave my old doctor but Hidden Valley and Amberly have made the transition easy and very pleasant. I live in South Utah County and it is worth the drive! I cannot say enough good about them!

I called ahead to tell Dr Hardenbrook’s assistant I would be 10 min late. She said that was fine and to come in. I showed up exactly 9 min late. They gave me paperwork and took my insurance then told me 5 min later that they wouldn’t see me because I was late. I drove 40 min and called ahead and they assured me it was fine to come in then turned me away. Absolute garbage service.

My whole family sees Elizabeth Wright PA-C, and we all love her. She is knowledgeable, understanding, and actually cares about you and wants to listen to you. You can feel comfortable around her. She is fantastic. I hope she sticks around for a long time. We are lucky to have her.

I NEVER write reviews but I feel this one needs to be written, I went to Elizabeth Wright for about a year and saw no results due to her lack of knowledge of drug information. Finally gave up on going to her when I realized she was not listening to any of my concerns as a patient and how I felt. She has a very narrow mind. When I asked if she would help me do a simple genetic test for specific medications that would be the most effective after not seeing any improvements, she basically thought they were useless. She is very defensive if you ask her questions about the medicine because she simply does not know what she is doing. She would rather overprescribe a controlled substance and shove you out the door than actually help you solve a problem because she thinks she knows best. I thought I would try going to a PA but their 2 years of schooling and lack of pharmacology knowledge really shows.

I absolutely LOVE Hidden Valley Family Medicine!! They got me in quick a few years back when my regular physician couldnt. My experience with them was so wonderful that this is the only office I will go to now. The entire staff is very friendly and they treat me like family. Very professional and caring environment. Dr. Spencer Hardenbrook, Elizabeth Wright PA-C, and Amberly Brinkerhoff are amazing!!! I trust their team with the care and well-being of my entire family! I highly recommend their office for everything from day to day sick and well checks to specialized care including help with hormone balance. I love not having to schedule appointments with 3 different offices anymore. The Hidden Valley team covers all of my needs 😊

Seriously frustrated. I called Friday the 24th for an appointment with doctor I love, and the receptionist said she scheduled me for Tuesday the 28th. I went today 15 minutes early, and the receptionist couldn’t find my appointment because the lady scheduled it for the week before Tuesday the 21st. What the heck? Why would one schedule for a day that has already passed? I showed them my phone records of the call, and even that I had an appointment on my calendar on the 21st with my physical therapist at that time so I would not have scheduled that time with them. They said they would try to fit me in. I waited 45 minutes hoping, then I had to leave for my kids coming home and another appointment with a child. Now I am super angry, super sick and never want to return. I still love the doctor, but the office receptionists obviously need some help.

Love Dr. Hardenbrook and his nurse Sabrina! I can’t say enough about the attention I’ve received from both over my health and my family. Dr. Hardenbrook spends a good amount of time with us and really listens. I will be sticking with them for life!

I love everyone at Hidden Valley from the front desk to the MAs. Elizabeth Wright is the kindest, smartest PA around. She is my Doctor as well as my daughters. Spencer Hardenbrook is a great guy as well as a awesome Doctor. I send my husband and son to him and any women I know dealing with hormone issues. You will be happy you came to them.

Every other doctor weve gone to has told us that close family should be up to date with their TDAP shot - within five years - when around newborns. Dr Hardenbrook said my dad was fine with his shot in 2013. Not a fan of this advice. Whats the harm in getting the shot versus keeping my baby from getting pertussis? Thanks for your help doc.

The 2 stars is only because they got me in and I had no issues with the doctor. My only complaint is the terrible work of the prescriptions being called in.They informed me that they called them into the pharmacy while I was still in the office with them. I arrive at my pharmacy and they inform me they only received 1/2 of the prescriptions. I contact the doctors office (45 minutes after they said they sent them in) and they say there was a problem with sending the 2nd and they would send it right then.Long story short they never send the prescription and I had to call them multiple times over the course of 3 hrs that I am waiting at the pharmacy being promised they just sent it or will send it again. Confirming its the correct pharmacy and being told empty promises. Then they close and I am no longer able to get my prescription which I needed. Ended up remaining sick for a whole week after this.

Dr Hardenbrook and his staff are always so friendly. They are punctual and have time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Hardenbrook! He was recommended by a friend because he specializes in treating depression. He was incredibly caring and truly listened to me. He was also always available whenever I needed over the next month while we adjusted medicine. It was incredibly refreshing to find a doctor with such great bed side manner.

I highly recommend Dr. Hardenbrook. He is one of the most genuine caring knowledgeable doctors I have ever been to. Not only has helped me, but I recently started taking my newborn to him and he was AWESOME. He truly cares for his patients. We live about 45 min away, but the drive is completely worth it.

Dr. Hardenbrook is hands down the best! Friendly, person and very professional. Definitely a life long Dr.Oh and that Amberly lady is incredible and such a sweetheart!

My wife and I both see Elizabeth Wright (PA), and Amberlee (assistant) for our medical needs. These guys are such an awesome team. Liz takes her time and really listens. Shes interested in getting to the root of your issue. I cant envision going anywhere else.

Dr Hardenbrook is amazing!! Hes always trying different things to make sure youre getting the best overall health care. My knee was killing me and he made sure what he prescribed me was actually helping! Plus I love how he is approaching health care in general! Hes got it figured out!

I have been at the Draper location a couple times. The nurse was extremely nice and helpful, she went above and beyond to help me. Dr. Hardenbrook was very kind and understanding. Every time I call in I get nothing but GREAT service! Wait times are short and appointments are easily available. I definitely recommend it!

Had to wait 30 minutes for doctor to get in the room, 10 minutes initial checkup and a $200 bill when the front desk said it would just be the co-pay. Would not recommend! Give me a refund and Ill think about changing my review to higher star. Or just dont quote a lower price.

We be been going to Hidden Valley Medical for over 20 years. The doctors and staff are great.

I have been too so many doctors, but none of them compare to Dr. Hardenbrook and Sabrina! They are bright, you never wait, they’ll call you back and get you in if it’s urgent! Also, they work with your insurance and pharmacy! They are awesome!!

Irritated and angry. Dr. Hardenbrooks office has been zero help. Absolutely no better off after my visit. I was pushed to bill the visit through my insurance, (which is only good in if dealing with serious illness), after telling them I needed to pay cash. When I made the appointment, I told them at that time I would like blood work done. They scheduled me at 1015am After my 10 minute visit with Dr. Hardenbrook, he told me I couldnt have the blood work done there because it needs to be taken before 900am, and referred me to several hospitals.$3800.00 in fees/charges later, I can not speak to the dr. Unless I schedule another $275.00 office visit, and when I called back to review my results I was simply told I was fine and to take Vit D and check back on 6 months. Still feel horrible, i can not get anything but basic info when I call, and I am treated like a nuisance.

I was referred to Dr. Hardenbrook by a family member, and started seeing him when he joined the practice a few years ago. I can honestly say that I have never had a better family care physician. He is not only kind and personable, but he is the most knowledgeable physician I have ever been to. He listens to everything I have to say, asks clarifying questions, and then explains difficult medical concepts in a way that I can understand. Because of that he has managed to catch two different life-threatening infections when I have come in before they did any permanent damage. He follows up with me regularly, genuinely cares about my health, and only does what is absolutely necessary to insure that youre healthy, and the result is some of the greatest health care Ive ever had!

If you’re going to be in the customer service business, hire assistants that are actually good at customer service. I called Dr. Hardenbrooks office because he didn’t sign a prescription he sent in to the Pharmacy. He works at Utah Wellness ONE day a week, which is where I see him, so I didn’t want to wait until the following week to get it filled. I called his other office and talked to Sabrina, his assistant. She talked to me like I was an idiot and seemed annoyed for calling him at his other place of work. Why? Isn’t he technically my doctor too if he’s signing my prescriptions?? Fine, he can’t see my chart because it’s at the other location, but he ALREADY sent the prescription over to the Pharmacy so not sure why he’d need to see my chart. Doesn’t make sense, but maybe I’m wrong? She also told me he wouldn’t remember me because he sees SO MANY patients at Utah Wellness. I talked to him a day and a half ago. And spoke with him the week before. I guess he has a really bad memory? Dr. Hardenbrook is a good doctor, it just stinks to have to go through a rude assistant. I NEVER write bad reviews, but I’m just fed up with bad customer service. CUSTOMER SERVICE should be top priority.

This review is for Dr. Hardenbrook, as Im not familiar with the other practitioners at Hidden Valley. Ive seen Dr. Hardenbrook on numerous occasions over the past year, and his approach to my overall health and wellness is unsurpassed by any other family medicine doctor I have visited. I never felt rushed during my appointment, and he took time to listen carefully to everything I had to say. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a doctor who is highly intelligent and compassionate.

Liz Wright and Amberlee are like the Dynamic- Duo. I feel as if they really try and solve the problem instead of treating the symptom. They both have excellent bedside manors and i never fell rushed. I wont go anywhere else.

Dr Hardenbrook has been phenomenal in resolving a number of health issues Ive had. His straightforward yet compassionate approach is exactly what I need to get on the right track to better help. With his guidance my health concerns have gone away and Im much healthier now than I was before our first visit. I cannot recommend Dr Hardenbrook enough! A++

Met with me 45 min late, prescribed two prescriptions never sent them over when I called they said to check the pharmacy, they didnt have them so I called the MA no reply, said they would get an appointment to set up CT Scans never did. Useless services here.

Dr. Hardenbrook has been my family physician for over 2 years. During that time both my wife and I have had various medical issues that have come up. Each time he has taken time to listen to our concerns and correctly diagnose the problems we were experiencing. I attribute his success to his listening skills; he listens to his patients, hands down, better than any other doctor I have had. He is a consummate professional and knows what he is doing.If you are looking for a new family doctor, give Dr. Hardenbrook an opportunity to earn your business; you will not regret it.

Wow! Dr. Hardenbrook and Sabrina are remarkable! They’ve solved medical problems other doctors and assistants would still be working on today! They are always booked up but when ive had an urgent matters their incredible teamwork literally saves my life!’

I had heard negative comments about this clinic in the past, but recently had a friend recommend that I give it a try because of a new family medicine provider named Dr. Hardenbrook who, in her words, was amazing. I hesitantly decided to take her advice and boy am I grateful! I have never had better care from any provider in the past. I have had good doctors but have never felt like they were as competent and thoughtful as he is. Dr. Hardenbrook has always listened to my many concerns about my health and medications that I had questioned, and has always given me accurate answers. Although his office is out of my way it is worth the long drive. My husband and children have switched to him also. Very Satisfied!!!

Dr. Hardenbrook is a joke. I went in for serious sleeping issues and wrist pain. I wasnt even in there for 20 minutes and was charged 200 dollars for him to prescribe me yoga 3 times a week. Didnt refer me to a physical therapist or give me specific exercises to try. Also the receptionists were not attentive and unfriendly. I will never recommend him.

Dr. Hardenbrooke is the bomb. He is the most personable and kind doctor, and he really really goes out of his way to do what he can to help you. I just got done with an appointment and he spent 15 minutes googling and researching for me the ability to charge a specific desire of mine to my HSA. He totally spent way more time with me than he needed to, and was so cool and kind about it. He goes above and beyond! I will take my family for him for as long as he practices! Hidden Valley is also such a nice, clean, neat facility and the staff are all super friendly. Big fan of this place!

Dr. Hardenbrook is hands down the best family Doctor I have ever been to. I was referred to him by a friend of mine. He is very knowledgable, but what I liked most about Dr. Hardenbrook was his ability to get to know me and really treat my needs at a very personal level. As long as I live in Utah I will stay with him. Well worth my current 40 minute commute. Highly recommended.

My girls and I switched from an amazing doctor at the IMC clinic in West Jordan to Dr. Hardenbrook at Hidden Valley because we could never get in to our doctor and when we did, we were rushed through our visit. After expressing my frustration about this, I was recommended to Dr. Hardenbrook at Hidden Valley because he doesnt stack his clients as closely together so you get the care you needed. He is awesome! He is super knowledgeable and takes care of my girls and me really well. I can always get a timely appointment and even after he addresses my initial concerns he asks what else he can help me with.

I dont recommended visiting this office, especially with Dr. Hardenbrook or Jasmine. Theyre both in genuine and they do not follow up with you when they say they will. Theyre impossible to get ahold, do not return calls and make excuses for their inability to be caring physicians. I made the mistake of recommending this office to my sister and friend, they both have had negative experiences similar to this.

I am a patient of Dr Hardenbrook. My two sons and daughter also see Dr Hardenbrook. He consistently takes time to LISTEN and to ask questions. We never feel rushed or unimportant. He gives us his upmost attention and care. He is thoughtful in his assessment, careful to avoid unnecessary and costly testing yet he will work to get to the root of the issue. I have been impressed with his knowledge and sincerity. My teen son is comfortable with Dr. Hardenbrook which I feel is very important in a doctor/ patient relationship where trust is necessary.I find he is easy to talk to, easy to understand in his explanations and his staff is helpful and accommodating.

Before I switched to Dr. Hardenbrook I was having trouble getting in to see my Diabetic doctor even the same week I called. At Hidden Valley Family medicine I get in the same day to see Dr. Hardenbrook or one of his associates at the practice. Ive gotten the most loving, compassionate care which is so important when youre in your late 60s and theres a lot to be scared about with your health. Since seeing Dr. Hardenbrook Ive gotten off half the medications I was on and I feel SO much better. He and his MA Jasmine are fantastic and take such good care of me. Dr. Hardenbrook even gives me a hug when I see him. Hes the best.

We saw Dr. Hardenbrook after my daughters pediatrician couldnt help us find the right thing to treat her constantly itchy-sneezy nose. He listened intently to what we had tried and what her symptoms were and recommended a different and more effective nose spray AND demonstrated how to use it. Did you know there is a wrong way and a right way to use a nose spray? Each time weve seen Dr. Hardenbrook, he goes the extra mile to make sure your problem has a solution. Love Dr. Hardenbrook!

I was recommended by a friend to see Dr Hardenbrook. After seeing Dr Hardenbrook I was so grateful I made an appointment with him. My family practice doctor in Provo was not nearing as compassionate compared to Dr Hardenbrook. He was listening to my concerns and helped me through my illness and now I am much healed because of him.He is very intelligent and as soon as I told him my symptoms, he knew exactly what the diagnoses was (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) and knew how to treat it. After 2-3 weeks of the exercises he recommended, it was completely resolved! Thanks Dr Hardenbrook! You are fantastic!
