I’m a fan! Such a great experience for my son with an injured foot. The family plan is the best deal around and saved us. I loved the front desk girl, the medical assistant and the dr too. She answered questions, took time and had great bedside manner.

I really like coming to this location. I find that they are very tentative to my health. Good service from the doctors and the nurses. The front desk are super kind. I would recommend this to anyone.

Such a convenient and smooth process. Friendly staff provided upfront cost of visit and how long it would take. We were in and out with X-rays in 30 minutes.

Came for a rapid Covid test, took exactly 2 hours and 25 min for someone to come out to the car to swab. Then another 40 min for a result. The lady came out, who’s not a doctor, and said “you’re positive, social distance, bye”. Worst medical service ever. Could’ve swabbed me right away and had a doc call me later. Initially I was told about 50-60 min wait, was over 3 hours. I am a member of this clinic, NO MORE!

I chose this place due to close proximity to my house. I have a regular Family doctor but did not feel up to driving. Whatever experiences I have had with urgent care facilities in the past, this far surpasses any. Friendly desk service, short wait! I went for an odd ball type issue that I guessed to be tick bite related. The nurse and physician both took time and listened etc. Lab was good as well. Highly recommend based on today!

My past experiences at other urgent cares have been bland... these people were fantastic. Everyone was kind and attentive and I got in and out in a short amount of time. They also charged me a lot less than I was expecting

From check-in to check-out everything was fantastic. Friendly staff and providers. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. What more could you ask?

I spend 3 hours outside in my car to get covid test. The lady on the phone checked me and said that the waiting time about from 15 minutes to 1 hour. Then I saw how the stuff take the lunch time and doctor leave the medallus clinic. And after all they forgot about me. Finally the lady come out to swipe for covid and I was waiting another 40 minutes. During of the waiting they check my fever I was about 103.7 they told me they will check again but never did and never gave me a Tylenol to help reduce the fever. In this case I canceled my member with urgent care and will find other place with more care about the patients.

GRETCHEN IS AMAZING!!!!!I have been dealing with some symptoms for about a month now and been meeting with different providers they would not listen to me and would be so nervous to have a conversation about my symptoms. Met with Gretchen today and she actually listened and took time to ask me questions to come up with a solution. I felt extremely comfortable.

I loved it! I felt comfortable there. The care was super respectful and great. And the doctor and nurses sneaker game was excellent. Just sayin.

I forgot that my son needed a Covid test in order to attend a school dance. I called Medallus and they were so kind and friendly and did it for me because they had some left (they wouldn’t have been able to if they were out). I was so worried he wouldn’t be able to attend one of the very few dances they had this year because of the pandemic, but I’m so grateful to everyone this evening at medallus who worked with us to get him to his dance!! Thank you!!

I was unfortunate enough to take my child there a year ago to get them checked for flu. Unbeknownst to us, it appeared later that they charged $200.00 just to walk in the door. Our bill ended up over $300. We have the best insurance with low deductibles that covered half based on the agreement with Medallus. That was not enough for Medallus so I asked if they were balance billing us and got no answer (Yet). I keep reading the owners responses to reviews like this one and he keeps blaming the insurance industry and deductibles. So what he is saying here is that no matter how outrageous the cost they charge at Medallus, he is entitled to payment from good insurance companies, as well as from you and me for as much of the deductible as needed. That, hey, if the insurance doesnt cover it thats your problem. That the insurance company is to blame, even with the best insurance he and Medalus has agreements with. Based on my personal experience this company appeared to be another medical place looking to take advantage of me. After reading other reviews, it appears many in the public feel the same way.

They are my favorite doctors I ever had they are so nice I was really scared because I have a infection in my foot and they made me feel brave.

I just had to come in here and give a huge shoutout to the Draper location! My 2 YO hit his head on the fireplace and had a huge gash on the back of his head. As a panicked mother, I ran in holding him crying... the woman at the front desk immediately assessed, giving him a head wrap and gauze to help with the bleeding. She offered to fill out my paperwork, but I told her I could do it. She was so sweet... then we got back (within 5 minutes) and the doctors and medical staff were so kind and caring with my son. My son finally fell asleep on me where the sweetest man gently, quietly and carefully cleaned his head. He was SOOO great. When he woke up, they gave him a lollipop 🍭 to keep him distracted for the staples. Everyone was honestly so great. I’m new to the area, I just googled nearest urgent care near me and there I was. I’m sure I’ll be back again being a mom of two boys, but I will always trust this office and staff. Thank you Draper team!!

Dr. Jen is probably the most down to earth, awesome doctor Ive ever met. Her nurse and staff was super awesome and helpful too.

Disappointed in the bill i received from your office. disappointed that when i call i cant even speak to an operator. was charged $100 on top of my covid test bill for what they call preventative care. it was a simple conversation where i was told that the test was probably incorrect and i should go to the U to get a more accurate test. then they billed my insurance for almost $500. thanks for nothing. I had Covid by the way.. and now i have a bill of $131 to cover. This is America. LOL

Beware. They messed up our payments and had us owing $186. Next thing I know Im being served papers to appear in court. Seriously over $186. I was never even contacted before being served paper. We will never come back thanks!As to your response, I never received one notification. My wife who I am divorcing took my daughter here. You had no problem billing my Unions insurance but never sent me anything till I was served papers. Money is not an issue for me. The issue is after legal fees the $168 turned to $688. You never even contacted me. I would have settled the matter immediately. These are not tough times for me. The tough thing is knowing to pay something you are never notified of.

When I went in for crashing on my scooter and needed stitches, they looked at my injury, and when I didnt have the right insurance they referred me to another place and didnt charge me anything! Super good people! So nice while I was there.

Absolutely horrible service and customer care, front desk lady acts like she did not finish even an elementary school. My wife came with an ear infection symptoms. She is NP and working as a nurse for a long time with basically a diagnosis. My wife mentioned that she had COVID 6 weeks ago. They sent us back to the car to perform a tele assessment. First urgent care cannot do a virtual assessment second they should understand that covid is not active after 6 weeks. I would put a 0 stars if google would allow me. Do not waste your time and go to a professional clinic. We are right now at IHC and it is completely different experience.

On Saturday, I needed to go to the urgent care for a minor medical issue. Medallus was open, and when I arrived, I was the only person waiting to be seen! Registering was so fast and efficient. I was seen immediately. The doctor prescribed the medication I needed for my condition, and I was on my way. What impressed me the most was the professionalism of the staff and the efficiency of the team, which saved me a ton of time that day with my overwhelming schedule. Thank you Medallus.

I’ve been a member of medallus for like 5 years or so. It’s been the best decision I’ve made in terms of medicine. They have been great at all the locations I’ve been to. I see some negative reviews from people, about this and that, but what in life goes perfect all the time. I’d like to ask those people if they work PERFECTLY FLAWLESS 24/7 at their job. I mean come on. Some of the personnel in the company have gone so far above and beyond it’s not even funny. It’s really appreciated. So yeah I would highly recommend them easily. Most primary care places I’ve gone to in the past seem to keep endlessly coming up with additional charges for a simple doctors office visit every time I’d pay a bill. So yeah. If you have a high deductible insurance plan do yourself a favor and get the membership here.

I had went to several urgent cares before Medallus and I wasn’t able to receive the help I needed. On the other hand, the staff here treated me very well, they were caring and helpful, they gave me great advice, and told me they would always be there if I needed anything or of anything continued. I appreciate their help greatly. They helped me get the help I needed.

This clinic was amazing. The receptionist to the MA to the provider...all were excellent. I work in the medical industry and see a ton of clinics and providers. These guys are some of the best Ive seen.

Dr. Lewis is THE BEST!!! I have never felt so cared for by a doctor. I had to hold myself back from giving him the biggest bear hug he has ever received in his life! The whole staff is so wonderful and friendly. They really are there to help. I am only going to see them from now on! Thank you Medallus staff for all you have done to care for me!! Been in twice between yesterday and today. My boyfriend, and both my daughters had to be seen.. Everyone from the front desk to the back offices. They were fast and extremely friendly.Have absolutely no complaints about this clinic :)

I have been waiting here for 40 minutes for a simple drug screen test. I got here at 3 and its now 3:40 and I still have not been called back. The wait is always long here so, do not expect urgent care.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the wait time was pleasantly short. I was impressed by the new equipment in the exam and X-ray rooms and the staff’s very positive attitudes.

I dont have a primary care doctor and would rather come here. All the DRs, PAs, and NPs are very knowledgeable and seem to actually care. I never have waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. They do a very good job at blood draw here too. Would recommend.

I have only been in twice, but I am very impressed. Their prices are very reasonable and they are all so friendly, caring, patient and are eager to help in every way they are able. The doctor spent quite some time with me, and even took some advice! Not many doctors are willing to listen to the patient in that way. In fact, many dont even want to finish listening to the symptoms, as they have already come to a conclusion as to what is going on. I highly recommend this clinic.

Nearly no wait, walked in and was greeted by a kind staff that remembered me at the South Jordan location. They always get me feeling better fast so I can keep singing! Had my Medallus membership for several years now, love it. Wouldn’t go without it.

First, they bribe customers for positive reviews so keep that in mind as you read the positive reviews above. Second, the medical staff is competent and capable - this review is not aimed at them. However, the office staff is another story. Discourteous, disconnected, and incompetent. I was asked to come in for a follow-up and after paying a second office fee was roundly ignored for an hour while patients that came in after me were taken back. In a pinch, early Sunday morning for example, this is an appropriate option over an emergency room, but during the week I recommend you see your GP or neighborhood witch doctor.

I went to the Draper location last night at 7:00pm. The staff could not have treated me any better. They got me right in and were very professional. Great Care! The best part is I was out the door just 40 minutes after I walked in. What great service from a medical facility! This is were my family will be coming for now on.

Went in and was seen super quick! (Love that) I thought it might be bronchitis and had never thought it could be pneumonia. They are thorough and caring and efficient- three great traits for an after hours medical clinic!!

I came in with an awful stomach flu. They were very thorough and offered me multiple options to help me feel better. I have also taken my kids here and have great experiences. The only reason for 4 stars is the wait has been long at times, but usually less than 10 minutes

The doctors are great but the front desk is a joke. I brought my kids in and had been waiting for an hour. The receptionists friend walked in and was almost immediately taken back. It was clear that she went back before my kids and I because her friend was working the front desk.

This is my go to place when ever sick and need to see a doctor. The doctors are amazing and they care. They always prescribe exactly what I need. I highly recommend them.

I have had great experiences at this location in the past, although my last trip there was a huge disappointment. My son goes in with a terrible sore throat they swab him to check for strep and tell me its negative and its a virus and they will send off his test to get cultured. Well here we are 10 days later they never called me or anything my son is still sick, we take him to a different urgent care and guess what he has strep I call this urgent care back and ask about his culture and the nurse tells me it came back POSITIVE never did I receive a phone call or anything stating it was positive so my son has been to school and around his friends because the dr told me it was just a virus and should go away 7-10 days. I am livid at this point and all I get is oh I am sorry like its no bid deal. My son has had strep this whole time and now needs to get a shot of antibiotics. Thanks urgent care for missing something huge! Never will be back to this location.-- I work in a medical office and it is the front desks responsibility to make sure all info is correct when checking in. It has been 10 days, the culture doesnt take this long to get back and a letter should have been mailed out a week ago. This response from the owner is ridiculous and downplays the whole situation. How would you feel if this was your kid? Thank you for your fast response but this does nothing for me or make me feel better about the situation, the fact is my son has strep and going on 10 days now when it could have been treated over a week ago.

The staff was nice. They were thorough when checking my sons cough. The only issue was there is only one doctor on site. We waited almost an hour to be seen.

I absolutely love Doc Lewis, he has been on staff there since they opened. I have had many issues resolved by him. he is no nonsense and gets right to the issues. Very well staffed with professionals who are all extremely concerned and happy to listen to your concerns. Love Renee also.

I find that my Medallus membership gives me total peace of mind. I have been a member for several years and find them to be knowledgeable and professional. They treat most medical situations including xrays on the premises and will refer you to specialists if they consider it necessary. They are open every day until late which is very convenient and you dont even need an appointment.

This is the best Urgent Care hands down that I have ever visited; I came in with an infected rash from a bug bite and I was seen immediately. Brittany was very kind and concerned, making sure to review all of my information; I was seen by Deidre, the PA-C, who quickly diagnosed me, provided the necessary treatment, prescriptions, and instructions in no time at all with a wonderful and caring bedside manner.

Dr Lewis is best doctor who genuinely cares about you and goes the extra mile to explain everything. I would recommend this clinic and doctor to anyone! Excellent bedside manner its nice to know that they care

Good care, staff was very helpful and welcoming. My wait time was above average in my opinion, more than an hour in, the waiting room, plus more in patient room, but it was a busy Sunday afternoon. Not much you can do to change that

I brought my 4 month old son in to see the PA Sterling. He was great with my son. My wait was minimal and the staff was super nice. Would come back especially since we signed up for the membership. Its much cheaper than my insurance.

Great experience! Nurses and entire staff were genuinely kind and caring. They were thorough and wanted to help me figure out exactly what was wrong. Solutions were instant. Though results did not play out immediately, the staff was quick to find ways to help eliminate the pain. I left feeling content with the provided/suggested actions.

I will never go here again! I went in because of some pain in my ankle and leg. Ive had multiple sprained ankles and injuries to my ankle and know exactly what a sprained ankle feels like. This was not a sprained ankle. The female doctor (Renae) was not helpful at all. I tried to tell her I have no idea what happened, I did nothing to hurt it. Hence why I went to the experts. She kept telling me I did do something to injure it. She didnt ask where does it hurt or anything. She didnt even LOOK AT MY ANKLE. The doctor was in the room for maybe 45 seconds total! They xrayed it, and it wasnt broken... duh! The nurse gave me a huge boot and I said I would not wear it and dont want it and they gave it to me anyway. I didnt put it on once. Now I have to pay for it! Thanks. Dont go to After Hours Medical. They honestly dont care or listen to you. I went to a different doctor a week later and it was something way more serious! Wish I could have found that out at this clinic. Thanks for nothing After Hours Medical.

I took my six year old daughter in when she fell off the monkey bars and broke her arm. They were very efficient and quick. The physicians assistant and nurse practitioner were excellent and had my daughter taken care of in no time. I have also been there other times for different illnesses and they are very thorough in their approach and diagnosing whats wrong. The treatment provided has been excellent.

I had a great experience. Gabriel, the PA whom I saw, was professional, and he spotted, right on, what my problem was. I started feeling better in 24 hours. The receptionist was professional and happy as well. I really like coming to this place!

Waited over a half hour just for the receptionist to tell me the wait would be over an hour and that the doctor was not equipped to look at/treat a possible broken nose. This was not my only injury and I just wanted to be seen by a doctor but was turned away.

Called about an extreme muscle spasm and locking of my neck, the lady on the phone was very pleasant and helpful and let me know current wait times were short. Upon arriving I filled out 2 small forms, gave insurance and was called back within 5 minutes. The nurse was friendly and understanding and the doctor knew exactly what muscle was causing my problem. Without going into detail of treatment given, I am happy and satisfied with what was chosen and rate my experience highly. Prompt. Effective. Courteous.

Great urgent care facility. They were open on new years day & got us right in & even did the work of finding out which pharmacys were open for us. Very impressed!

I visited on three different occasions for a potentially dangerous infection and recieved service from different doctors, nurses, and staff on each of my visits. All of them treated me with great care, and with very short waiting time. One of the doctors even called me after they had already closed for the day to check in on me. Im cleared up now thanks to their expertise.

This is a great place so easy and fast!And there cottonballs taste good.

Nurse practitioner was no help. Acted as I was a burden and not interested in helping. Was sent home with a device to help my sprained foot with no instructions on how long to wear it or anything like that. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a real patient. As we were leaving the nurse practitioner and the assistant were staring at the security camera t.v. talking and laughing about the people who were in the waiting room, right in the middle of the office. They didnt even stop as we walked past them to leave.

Very quick and thorough. I had a sore throat, arrived shortly after 9 a.m. and waited only about 15 to see the Dr. Contacted them the following day with new symptoms and received great advice without returning.

Not acceptable to make clients wait so long.Medallus responded to my review claiming my time in clinic was 3:51 - 4:13, when my actual time in the clinic was 3:40 - 4:18. I know this because of Google Map timeline history. Nice try though Medallus -- brow beating is not the best way to treat customers.

They were awesome and took amazing care of me. Had an ankle injury and they did everything they could to keep my visit as comfortable as possible.

I’m quite late with my review but am reminded of my experience every time I drive past this location. I hope this can save someone else the grief! Went into this location having an active asthma attack. I was told to have a seat and they would be with me shortly. I restated I was having an asthma attack and was told the wait was 20 minutes. Ended up leaving. Should have just gone straight to the ER instead. 20 minutes for an asthma treatment during an asthma attack is dangerous and even deadly!

My 3 yr old son fell and cut his head last Saturday so we took him into the Draper clinic. They were GREAT!!! The staff took their time to make sure he was comfortable and understood what they were doing. The MA even let him pick out the color of coban to wrap around his head and made him feel like a ninja turtle! He loved it!!! He had to get staples in his head which can be very scary for a little one but the provider, Renee Neff, was AMAZING!! I love After Hours Medical and will ALWAYS take my family to one of their clinics!!!

I took my 1 year old son there because he was coughing and sick for 2 weeks. We were brought back quickly. Renee evaluated my son and found that he had pneumonia. He was given an antibiotic shot and medicine to take home. He was doing so much better the next day. I will definately come back with any of my family members.

Our family came here multiple times since we moved to Draper with our four kids. The service was always good, and staff is friendly. Their billing process and documentation collection process is well behind technology. 16 months after being seen, we received a collection notice from a creditor for a balance owed, after never having received notice from Medallus. The collection agency mentions Medallus attempted to once send us a bill, but it got returned due to them mis spelling our street name (which the collection company easily fixed). Despite having filled out multiple forms each time we went and having multiple contact methods on file, they sent us to collections, charged us a collection fee and then 15 months of interest on top of that. Pretty frustrating. Please improve your intake process (less paper!!) as health records can eliminate this. Also, pick up the phone and call people before sending them to collections if you have yet been able to reach them about a bill, especially when theyve been a repeat customer without any other payment problems.

Was referred to get a simple physical. The woman at the front desk was very rude, she was white with tatoos, even her colleague gave the look like whats her problem.

Medallus medical in Draper is awesome. I have been a member for almost a year, and everytime I have to come in to be seen I am treated very will with all smiles, from the beginning with the receptionists Mckenna and Chris, and all the way to the provider with Jenny, Brittney, and Brandi to the PA Sterling Goodwin and Dr. Lewis. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone.

This was my first time coming to this location, I was a walk in patient so I had a 30 minute or so wait but it was well worth it. Everyone was incredibly from the moment I walked in.

Receptionist was over the top accommodating, plus had empathy for all the sickies waiting to be seen. The PA was average, infact below avg with her swabbing technique. Im 40 years old and have had many strep (throat) and flu (nose) swabs and know theyre unpleasant. However, this PA was crazy aggressive with the nose swab that she made me bleed and I literally had to grab her arm to push her away from hurting me further.

Convenient location. Everyone who worked there was really nice. Very considerate of my daughters nervousness.
