I have never had an experience so frustrating as with Dr. Miller. He was quite rude on the initial appointment until I started to push back. I had nose surgery. My cast came off on a Wednesday night. I called Thursday morning to see if this would be an issue as it was all that was protecting my nose. No call back. Friday, I went to the assistant to take out the stints. The assistant was not sure what course of action should be but said he was sending the doctor a message asking. Monday morning, nothing still. I called the medical center and was told the DR and his assistant were off for the week. Luckily they are able to have me see another Dr. in the office. I will not see Dr Miller again!!

A very very sad experience with Dr.Miller. After two surgeries that turned out to have nothing to do with my illness, he showed no interest in digging deeper. “Just take more antibiotics!! “ When diagnosed by another ENT, in one visit, my kidneys were failing and my nose was collapsing. Fortunately doctors saved my kidneys but my nasal bridge had to be rebuilt from my rub cartilage over the past year and a half. My Illness is diagnosed most often by an ENT. Not Dr.Miller. I think Dr.Miller doesn’t feel well himself and this may add to his lack of interest in his work. I hope one day he will reach out and have this conversation with me when I am ready. This has been the most painful medical interaction in my life. Luckily I still have my life.

My 12 yr old son has had a lump under his jawline that is visible to the eye for 3 months. Antibiotics did not change the size. We have been to the general Dr twice and were referred to a specialist in our insurance network, Dr. Steve Miller. He felt around my sons neck and told us to comeback if it changes. What an insurance scam!!! Dr. Miller said a biopsy would consist of surgically removing the lump. Never did he suggest to take imagery of it for further comparison or a fluid biopsy with a syringe! We were quickly escorted out of the room without any direction toward an exit in a large maze of office. When my sons lump is still there in 3 months, are we suppose to hand this quack more money to cut him open? Good lord.

I had my deviated septum fixed by Dr. Miller. His support staff was friendly and knowledgeable. His operative nurse was thorough in calling before and after my surgery to ensure my questions were answered and I was recovering well. Dr. Miller was very experienced. He answered all my questions. The surgery was a success and I am breathing easy.

Wed seen 6 doctors in about 9 days; been through a reg Dr, urgent care who sent us to the ER who made us in patient with a neurologist who passed us to “an ENT”. So a call to our insurance brought us here to a PA(? Not dr but associate) who wanted us to see the real specialist. Most of his time was spent telling us what’d wed done wrong up to this point (sorry we didn’t know a racing heart, projectile vomiting, low bp, and no fine motor control at 27 meant we needed an ENT not the ER).He kept (bristly) repeating he wasn’t responsible for our experience so far - yes we were very concerned at costs since it was now a half dozen drs and facilities shotgunning tests (and were students!).... but we just wanted answers at this point - everyone kept doing tests and shining us on.Really Id have just been happy for some empathy but instead as I sat in the chair facing him (he stood away from us most of our visit) he accused me of video taping him. I flashed him my screen and said I was googling the big words he used since he was more interested in mitigating imagined liability than discussing treatment and diagnosis w us. He had the decency to act slightly chagrined, but not enough to apologize.PS - aid was fantastic at helping us get an appointment for the new MRI ASAP.
