I am a small business owner and set up an unique policy with Hatch Insurance that was required for a carrier partner. The carrier subsequently left the market and I no longer needed the coverage. In the rush of the busy work season I failed to notify Hatch insurance to terminate the policy at the end of the year. The policy was naturally going to cancel the end of February due to to non-payment (which I was fine with as I no longer needed it). Amanda at Hatch Insurance reached out to see if I was aware the policy was scheduled to terminate. I explained that I was aware and why I no longer needed it. No other correspondence was needed I figured, however, Amanda, WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND and sent me a retro termination form (she pre-filled) to sign and send back to her (its rare for a terminations to be retro cancelled).Not only did Amanda know the policy carrier would allow it in my case, but she provided an incredible and unexpected proactive service to save me money. Im extremely impressed and 5 stars is well deserved.
