Wife had a phone call with a Dr for a bad cough on Friday. She gave her a prescription and said if cough didnt clear up by Tuesday she should be seen. Called yesterday and left two messages trying to get seen and have not received a call back 24 hours later. Pretty poor.

My family has been with this office for over ten years now, and these past four years it seems to have gotten worst. The receptionist talks to you like they hate their job (always sounds angry) and on top of that, nobody wants to help with any medical documents! I two times I needed disability forms to be filled out, and the office either loses the forms or no communication on the status of the forms provided despite many attempts to get in contact with the nurse to find out the situation! I am transferring my family out of this practice and will not recommend anyone to this place! Its bad enough that the patient well-being is not excellent and then having to deal with this attitude and services! Cmon guys, without us you wouldnt have your jobs!The only good thing I can say is that the doctors are nice and not the staff.
