I know it sounds crazy, but my experience at Future of Dentistry, Dracut has truly been amazing! Kim at the front desk is fantastic and super helpful. Both dental assistants that worked with Dr. Austria were empathetic and calming. And, Dr. Austria… I can’t say enough about his honesty, his willingness to explain the treatment options along with the pros and cons associated with each of them, and his “chairside” manner is incredible! I already have and will continue to highly recommend Future of Dentistry!

Everyone at this office was super nice and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable receiving all of my dental needs here @ Future of Dentistry in Dracut. Kim @ the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The dental assistant Courtney did a great job doing my X-rays and making sure I felt comfortable during the procedure. Dr. Austria is very knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable as well. Also the hygienist Tanya did a super job with my cleaning! I currently just moved to dracut a year ago and was looking for a dental place who took my insurance. I requested a consultation online and the very next morning Kim called and had me set up for an appointment the same week! Ive been a patient at FOD since the Dracut offices inception, and was a patient of the previous owner. Dr. Vermette.I was a little nervous about the changing of the guard, but luckily hygienist Tanya stayed on. She was great before, and she still is great.Theres been turnaround of doctors since the change, but they have all been capable, knowledgeable and professional. And that trend seems to be leveling off.I really like FOD. Recommended.

I was very impressed with Dr. Austria. He really listened to what I wanted and needed. He explained his treatment plan for me which was tailored to my individual wants and needs. The staff, Courtney and Kim were so kind and helpful. I was very happy with the whole experience. Cant wait to get startedUpdate: Completed my treatment and Im ecstatic with my results. I got exactly what I wanted. So glad I went to Future of Dentristry. I was about to give up after going to 3 other dentists for consults where all they did was push for things I couldnt afford or want. I have no insurance and was not interested in running up an exorbitant bill. Dr. Austria actually listened to what I wanted and did not try to talk me into something I didnt. I’ve had some really negative experiences with judgmental, money hungry dentists in the past. I have only had positive experiences with every staff member here and have never once felt uncomfortable or judged. Kim is so knowledgeable and the best dental secretary I’ve ever encountered, and Dr. A and Tanya have taken such great care of me every time I’ve come in. They make an effort to explain what they’re doing and why, and go out of their way to make you feel seen and comfortable. Truly the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Thank you for taking care of my teeth and making me actually *enjoy* coming to the dentist!!

I’ve had a fear about dentistry for so long. Gave dentists several chances but no luck! So I tried Future of Dentistry, as a last resort and I’m giving them a new name “Dental Dream Team” because they truly are a dream come true. They’re compassionate about your anxieties, finances, take the time to explain everything and treat you with such greatness, like you’re a family member! Recommend them 💯. I just, as of today, had 3 root extractions, was so scared, anxious, fast beating heart but they made sure I was comfortable, completely numb and didn’t start procedure until they knew I was completely ready. I had Dr Oliver Austria for invisalign. There was an add for a free consultation online. I set an appointment, had a full consultation with x rays, advised of several options available to me and walked out without spending one penny. Dr Austria is fiercely meticulous, graduated from Tufts university and is the best of the best.

The best dental care Ive ever had!

Already in love with this office! I drive by everyday and have meant to contact them to set up an appointment as a New Patient but with Covid and just being busy, I have not gotten around to it! Due to an emergency, I left the office a message on a Sunday (Monday was a holiday) about a cracked tooth and was hoping to get in as a New Patient whenever they had time. Assuming they would not call me back any time soon, I went to the drug store, purchased some over the counter remedies in the interim and figured I would sit tight. Kim called me the very next morning despite the holiday and caught me by surprise! She booked my appointment the very next day with Dr. Austria which was shocking. Even with having a hiccup with my insurance at the moment, she offered me a New Patient special for only $69 and even text me a convenient link to pay online. She also informed me that since my insurance was retroactive, the office would assist in my being reimbursed for any out of pocket expenses. I was very impressed. The Dental Assistant was friendly, as was Dr. Austria! The office was clean, the equipment was up to date, PPE was worn, air purifier running, the exam with Dr. Austria was thorough and the resolution was a relief! So many Dentists go for the most expensive route and truthfully, he probably could have but didn’t. You can tell he was really trying to think of what was best for me, all around and long term as well. That speaks volumes for me! Upon check out, the staff informed me of a great promotion, booked my next appointment and were all very personable throughout my entire experience. This was refreshing and I encourage you to book your next appointment with Future of Dentistry. They truly have a vision of what a visit to the Dentist should be and have been able to give me a wonderful experience. I look forward to my next visit and I know you will too.

Everyone was exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable. They have solid COVID protocols so I never felt unsafe. The dentist Dr. Austria was an absolute pleasure (he has special method for numbing that I didn’t even feel) and logically explained what happened and what needed done. They also worked together seamlessly and super efficiently. Would definitely recommend!

Hi, so have a phobia of the dentist so I let Courtney know, she told me Dr Austria was gentle and she wasn’t kidding! I’ve never had an experience like this at the dentist before, he literally was the best dentist I’ve ever seen and I’m not young lol. The visit was great from start to finish! I am new to the area and needed a dentist for my regular appointments and they were able to fit me in quickly without having to wait months for an appointment. Kim at the front desk was very nice, Cori my hygienist was absolutely awesome cant recommend her enough, and Dr. Austria was very knowledgeable when I asked about Invisalign. Plus they were able to take a mold of my teeth to send out for an Invisalign quote right after my x-ray/cleaning. They were great from start to finish!

I visited this office for the first time last week. After my dentist of over 30 years retired I had to find a new dentist. FOD in Dracut was a cute, clean office. The staff were all super nice and friendly. My dental hygienist Tori was awesome! She was super pleasant and knowledgeable. I felt like she did a good job cleaning my teeth as well as explaining what she was doing. Dr. Robinson was also very pleasant and very thorough on explaining her procedures. I would definitely recommend this office to someone who is looking for a new dentist!

For the longest time we have had nothing but horrible experiences with multiple dentists, tried so many times to find a dentist we liked... well we finally found it!!! From the second you walk in the door you feel completely comfortable! Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist and the dr herself are all so friendly and welcoming. They take the time to completely explain everything and never feel rushed! I would recommend them 1,000 times over!

My dental work was extensive and throughout the procedure I always felt comfort and confidence with the outcome. Everyone in the office is pleasant, helpful and caring. I recently had to change dentists due to insurance changes. After doing some research, I settled on FOD. And Im more than happy that I did. From the initial phone call to their compassion and customer service to completing all forms online....I was impressed with my first impression of this practice. The place is so clean. I arrived for my exam/cleaning and immediately felt comfortable. Milly at the front desk was so personable and prompt. Then I met Dona, the hygienist who gave me my exam. Her approach is all scientifically based. Her theory is gentle and thorough. She checked in throughout my exam to make sure I was comfortable. I learned so much from her. I also met Tania, another hygienist. Then I met the dentist. Such a humble and conservative Dr. This place truly is the Future of Dentistry.

I decided to look for an office closer to home , after months of searching online , going through reviews etc , I finally decided to go with future of dentistry. The hours are super flexible for my family and, with late nights available . The guy at the front desk was superb in his customer service over the phone , as well as when I got to the office , they were prompt and super clean. I got a cleaning with the hygienist Victoria , she was very caring and personable, I felt very comfortable with her. She took her time with everything , and I did not feel as I was rushed through at all , she made sure she gave me her full attention. The dr was out due to being ill , so I can’t speak of him , But Im sure he’s as wonderful as his staff. Victoria walked me in , and she walked me out. Millie checked me out at the desk and she was super friendly! I will definitely be coming back , and most likely transferring my 4 kids here as well. And just to add to the awesomeness , they gave me and my husband electric sonic toothbrushes for becoming new patients !! WHO DOES THAT !?

Dr. G is a gem, truly. He explains everything he is going to do before any procedure and during it. He keeps you well informed. Hes very gentle and patient and his staff is super sweet. Millie has been very helpful in scheduling my appts and keeping me informed about insurance and billing issues. Prior to coming here, I had a few bad experiences at a previous office. I cant tell you how happy I am to say I changed dentists and came to future of dentistry. I generally hate going to the Dentist, but apparently all are not created equal. My new dentist was very personal and relatable, and used some kind of magic voodoo to get me numb for a crown without me even feeling it. The staff was also super professional and nice. Been going to the wakefield location for years! Moved up to Tewksbury 2 years ago and so happy to find out they opened up a new location in dracut. I was so ecstatic ! I was looking to get Invisalign braces in time for my wedding and shopped around for quotes around Salem NH/Chelmsford/Tewksbury/Dracut. I received quotes that were out of my budget (>$6,000) at the other locations. I went with Future of Dentistry because I was able to get Invisalign within my budget. Im so glad I went with F.U.D. because it was so easy scheduling appointments at times that were convenient for me (Thanks, Milly!) and Dr. Gilliland was great with everything (including being super informative and keeping me on track!). I also had Dr. Robinson take care of my last appointment before my retainers/wedding and she was super nice and made sure I was happy with my smile before my big day. Thanks Future of Dentistry!
