I have been so encouraged by the staff of SuperCare Health. Each person I have spoke with have gone above and beyond to make me feel better about this new medical need in my current health. Every call was more encouraging then the previous. Today speaking with a specialist on how to hook up my cpap machine and what to expect was nothing more than over the top excellence. And I so appreciate that. I was not looking Forward to the experience and in fact was avoiding it. But now I will happily give it an honest effort starting tonight and I am almost even a little excited thanks to the special care of all the helpers with SuperCare Health. Jeffrey K-R

I’ve had a few issues with this supplier such as my items taking a very long time to get to me and I end up having to purchase the items myself just to last me a week or two. Every time my order has included items that aren’t what i’ve requested. I really wish my items would come in on time and that they’d be the correct products :(

I recently was prescribed an APAP machine it arrived in a timely manner I had a phone conversation with a check to help me understand better how to use my machine I was bless that my husband already had a machine and help me there but adjusting and making things fit for the headgear they were very helpful on. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. Sometimes it takes a little bit of time to get through but they take care of a lot of people so patience is virtue and they do get back to you. All in all a good company.

Over the period of time that that it took to order the Bi Pap Machine, I spoke to some vary knowledgeable people at Super Care Health, from Jasmine who assisted in helping getting my machine ordered. To Margo who was instrumental in getting all of the components together for a complete system. To Chris who set up a phone video call , that ended being phone call , because my phone was slow on the video part , but Chris was able to go over the whole machine in great detail so that i would understand how everything worked , Great job Everyone . side note there had been a shipping issue that was taken care of by Margo.

My experience with SuperCare has been lifesaving to say the least. Im now on a Bi-Pap machine because my doctor noticed that the Cpap was not strong enough to correct my breathing. SuperCare was quick with sending out a replacement machine and set up a video call with a Respiratory Therapist for proper set up and support. Im grateful for SuperCare!

Chris called me to help me set up my Cpap. I chose not to do virtual so we did everything over the phone.He took his time to explain how to use the machine. All questions that I had he took time to explain them to me.Very nice friendly and by all means he was professional. We did laugh a little due to my humor I really enjoyed taking with Chris.I doubt if I will have any problems working the cpap if I do thats because it started tripping on its own.Thats how well Chris has explained everything to me. When I first received the machine and saw the headgear I wasnt too sure about it. After talking with Chrus Im very confident in using my machine.Thank you Chris for being exceptional!

The Lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable and patient with me . She described the theory of operation and walked me through the operation of the device and helped me set the mask. She explained how to monitor my usage and what to expect, When to order supplies and where to get cleaning supplies. This moronic outfit supplies my oxygen equipment and with that my monthly supply of cannulas & ear cushions. I have to call them EVERY month after they arrive because they NEVER ship the right thing or the correct quantity. It’s frustrating to sit on hold from 10 to 15 minutes listening to awful hold music only to get a representative on the line that you can’t understand... Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else — this would be a good place to start a company.

The young woman who gave me instructions over the phone knew her stuff. Ive had these machines before, but it was just deliver it and let me figure it out. This machine allows for feedback, and the company is accessible by phone. The machine has a modem that transmits data back to the company so you check how it, and you, are doing.

Ordering a replacement CPAP machine was fraught with REPEATED difficulties. Their staff needs significant retraining or replacement to ensure they provide complete and correct information as to what information they require. It took more than 6 weeks to get my new machine due to repeated inaccuracies! Unacceptable!Once I finally made contact with a knowledgeable person, all went well.

After dealing with this business for weeks on the phone I can truly say they are at best INEPT. They didn’t follow up with my Doctor to clarify an order. I had to coordinate everything. They are rude and difficult. They seem to have a customer as enemy culture. They didn’t call me back because they said the number they called was not in service. They had an incorrect number. I told four different people my correct number and they STILL kept calling the wrong number. I need oxygen. They are idiots and the people who answer their phones obviously HATE their jobs and the customers have to suffer. I CALLED CALIFORNIA MANGAGED CARE & let them know. I also called the insurance company.

I have been using a CPAP machine since 2012. My physician ordered a new one for me and suggested that I change providers to SuperCare Health because of their superior customer service. I can attest to that. Each represetative that I worked with was knowledgeable, frendly, and quickly handled the issue for me. Cudos. They have a wealth of information on the website and a number of videos that I watched to acquaint myself with my new machine. I am impressed with all the new technology and the system that SuperCare Health has put in place. I only wished that Id worked with them when I got my first machine back in 2012.

My dad was a bit nervous with hooking up his CPAP machine and having to have a video conference. The video conference made it nice so he could be in the comfort of his own home and practice with the machine he was going to use in the place it was going to be. He is intelligent, but not the most tech-savvy, so we called the number and they walked him through the steps to downloaded the app on my iPad and then make the video call. The young lady helping us treated my dad with dignity and respect. She made sure we had a chance to ask any question we could think of, that we felt proficient in the use of the CPAP machine, and that we didn’t feel rushed.I have not dealt with SuperCare Health in the past, but I’m glad they are the ones dealing with my dad’s care.

Lousiest medical supply company on the west coast. Can’t take orders correctly, even when it is the same thing year in and out. Can’t get supplies to you on time. These people hire unqualified personnel to man their phone banks. Managers are nonexistent and they NEVER call you back. The State of California should strip them of their contracts.

I am FORCED to continue to do business with this company because my Mom initiated contact. She is now 95. She has emphysema and COPD and on constant oxygen. Delivery of oxygen is great! However, she has a nebulizer treatment 3 times a day. SuperCareHealth CAN NOT GET IT TOGETHER as to request a new authorization before the expiration date (3 MONTH INTERVALS)! They wait for me to call and place an order (which means I need the medicine ASAP) only to be informed that I must wait for the prescription to be renewed....an additional 3-7 day process because they fax and wait-no followup if there is no response! There is no system in place for renewing prescriptions in a timely manner!?Meanwhile, the patient goes without her medication! I AM SO DONE WITH THEM!

Im not sure how they got a license. When they bought the company my sons medical supplies once came from, service went down dramatically. Doctors say they hear a lot of complaints and I implore everyone to realize this isnt a toy company; this is a company that provides medical equipment. They dont get orders right. They change the rules as they see fit, and whats convenient to them messing up at the time and just all around dont seem to know what they are doing. My son has medical needs, this is a matter of life, and they dont seem to care when they send the wrong equipment and then say we need a new prescription even though the original prescription was for the right equipment. I personally think its fraud of some sort. If you can avoid this company, please do at all cost.

This company needs to be shut down they never get the supplies right even though they have the list and then they put the blame on the warehouse. No one in any of the departments has any knowledge about what they are providing and what they are billing. Just recently my mother recieved a bill when she has 2 insurances they could easily bill both. Then they are sending her a bill for a machine we no longer use or have. I cant with these people. They are not super at all if it wasnt for the RT with the initial Y. OMG we would never have correct supplies. They were supposed to drop off a wheelchair for me it never showed up then we called they did not answer they called us but they could not answer we called them and they finally said that the wheelchair will be dropped off at midnight which is not OK I cannot walk and get into my own home which I think is absolutely ridiculous shame on super care they should know better especially for a person who has been in the hospital for two weeks shame on super care!!!!!
