Dr. Chung and his staff provide great customer service. They are always friendly and communicate every step of the way. I’ve been coming to Downey Dental Group for four years, and I’ve never had an issue. Dr. Chung also has a great sense of humor. Thank you for making my dental visits a joy!

Customer Service is exceptional. The office itself is a very clean, sterile environment. The front office is always accommodating and very pleasant. I always get nervous with dental work, the dental hygienist has the best personality to calm my nerves.

So not being at the dentist in 10 years. I was really nervous going in. And all the staff and the doctor for very helpful and patient and kind in anxiety. The procedure that I had was to extractions. It went really well no pain the doctor was very nice and asking if I had any pain, very diligent and very sensitive in the procedure. I thank God that I found a dental place as amazing as this place, and Im saying this sincerely because its the truth.

Sure friendly and welcoming staff. Francis, Fred, Joanna, Edith even the new ladies are very nice. Even when I forget my apt. they are so great at reminders and updates. Doctor Chris takes the time to explain to me when he is going and makes sure I am comfortable. Fred that’s my boy! He’s always my best ending after a long visit. Great staff very friendly and works quickly

I have been to my share of dentists. Dr.Chung is by far the most professional, personable, and understanding dentist. He even made it to the office on his day off to come finish work on my tooth. I was his only patient 😊!!!! I also have to mention how welcoming the office staff and assistants are. Make an appointment, you will be very satisfied.

Staff is super friendly, helpful and super kind and patient to everyone adults and children. They follow up and provide reminders which I’m super grateful for via text, phone, mail they make sure you schedule your check ups and do their best to remind you. They handle your mouth/teeth with gentle hands seriously!!! I have not had a bad or painful experience. I would recommend especially if you have kids. My kids are not afraid to go to the dentist because they know it will not hurt and everyone is nice.

Excellent Service! I was taken care right away and they did a throw exam. Dr. Chung was very polite and gentle when examining my teeth, as was the dental assistant. Call ahead of time, give them your insurance information. They look into your plan and give you options. The facility was very clean. Would highly recommend them.

First time going to the dentist in 5 years, I’m not originally from California so I was skeptical about getting dental work done out here! This office is friendly, patient and not to mention.. looks really clean . I got a root canal and they took care of me like I had been going there my whole life

I LOVE DOWNEY DENTAL! The facility is clean and cozy. Staff treats you like family and accommodates to your needs. Very helpful and friendly. If you make an appointment, the wait time is short. I usually wait around 5 min before being admitted to see the dentist. Dr. Myung is an amazing dentist. He does everything to make sure your procedure is easy and painless. I can tell he genuinely cares for the wellness of his patients. I feel really comfortable when he is helping me. I used to get anxiety when seeing a dentist, now I look forward to my check ups thanks to everyone at Downey dental.

Great staff. It is never fun to go to the dentist, but this dentist office makes the process more than tolerable. Staff is super friendly, they always remember my name and offer helpful (dental-related) advice. Dr. Chung is funny, friendly, and does a great job.

They are great here. All the staff, including the Dentists are very personable and professional. They work with you on everything, your schedule, your finances, your fears and anxieties. They have been serving my family for over 3 decades. I still go to them for all my dental needs.

What an Awsome group from the front desk to the awsome crew in the back. I flew in from Virgina with a broken tooth and just stopped by this dental group to see if they could assist. The not only assisted with my issue but stayed late in order to do it. Follow up was great Dr. was very concerned that I heal correctly and saw me 2 more times after the initial visit. I’ve been seeing Dr Myung for many years now and he’s always taken care of my concerns and special needs. The office is clean and tidy and Dr Myung is always so friendly! Both he and the staff take the time to get to know the patients and they always remember my name. I live in Long Beach now but I still make the drive the Downey because I don’t want to leave such great service
