I came in today and picked up a basket really thinking that would be enough…who was I kidding. This store has so many amazing options and selections. They have amazing fruits that always taste sweet and delicious! Everyone always asks me where I get the fruit for my fruit platters! Everything is very organized and the staff is fantastic, I highly recommend!

Trader Joes! Best vitamins, best coffee, milk products and not to mention the friendliest customer service in Naperville. Always CLEAN, NEAT----And most importantly sincere (old fashioned) customer driven service, always delivered with a smile. Keep up the AWESOME job...its evident that the management takes the time to create a positive experience not only for their customers but their diverse employee mix. They truly get it here!

I saw a beautiful mini purple rose at the Glen Ellyn store after I checked out and didnt feel like going back thru the check out. All night long I regretted not getting it. I was shopping with my friend and we were closer to the downers trader Joes so we stopped in to get it but they were sold out. Chris the service desk person was nice enough to call other stores and saved us a trip of driving around. The Glen Ellyn store was the only one to have any left and they only had 1. Chris asked them to hold it for me and we drove there to get it. I am so happy! Its cute and beautiful at the same time.

Trader Joe’s is really the best supermarket in US. The quality of his own brand is very good. All the staff inside are very friendly and willing to help.（I don’t know why other supermarket employees are so indifferent, especially Whole Foods.）I was very impressed when I took my one-year-old son to go shopping and cashier even asked me to help me get the items into my car. Thank you very much. Not only the items are of good quality, but your staff will always be so kind and enthusiastic. I hope such a great supermarket can continue to operate.

Typical Trader Joe’s with friendly staff, great products, great service. I choose to drive a little more from Darien to come here instead of Whole Foods due to their reasonably lower prices for the same quality products than Whole Foods.

Tonight was my first time visiting this location, the man working was extremely friendly, I worked in customer service for 15 years so this is very appreciated. I will return.

I usually get my lunch here as the office I work at is close. Everything prepackaged is always fresh! Great variety of healthy options too.

Plenty of parking lot. Located in a busy area.As usual for this chain, the selection is great, interesting, and full of surprises.Love getting the pre packaged fresh seafood, which is amazing. There are other great little things such as smoothies, tea, prosciutto and the cheese selection.Service is great and very friendly.

Nice and clean, but the store kind of small. It doesnt have that much items to choose from. Orchids and some miniature roses plants are fresh and priced right.

Its a Trader Joes and you get what you think youll get. They are very consistent across the stores, so if youve been to one you know what to expect when going to another one. Decent selection of good inside.

Everyone loves Trader Joes. Everything Ive tried is excellent. I picked up their salty chunky peanut butter❤ on our last visit & I LOVE IT!! BEST tartar sauce & Salsa❤. Their spagetti is wonderful. I usually buy Barilla & thought it was good until I tried Trader Joes.... all pasta is NOT the same...try Trader Joes. You even cook it differently❤❤❤❤❤

They had an inside out Carrot cake cookie that is to die for. I went looking for chocolate Ornaments and they were out. This was an absolutely awesome Thing To try.I also tried for the 1st time the sweet potato gnocchi. That was another excellent Purchase.I Was disappointed to find that all the chocolate covered berries and nuts are dark chocolate. I was unable to find anything in milk chocolate. The inside out carrot cake cookie took a little bit of the sting Of disappointment away. I know, drama much.

I really like this location of Trader Joe’s! Everyone is friendly and helpful when you have a question. The store is always well stocked and the prices are awesome.

Ive shopped here for years and most of the employees are nice and helpful. Lately though my items have been bagged poorly. The bread I bought was smashed by cans being placed on it and eggs were broken too. Just wish I could bag my own groceries now. Please be more careful when bagging!

This was my first visit. I bought a fruit assortment that was already ripe and sweet. I also bought Opal apples that had a very pleasant taste. Checkout was quick and easy.. I will make a return visit.

Its a great store with great employees. They are as helpful and friendly as they could be. Traders had a great employee team here. Periodically are great to. If you are a careful shooter like me, some items there are great products at bargain prices.

They had everything I went looking for! And the people that work there are so very helpful. I drove 40 minutes from the Trader Joes I usually go to because of the long line. This location had no line to get in and I couldnt be happier.

Love this place ❤. For some reason, no one seems to have Red Pepper Jelly anymore. Ive recently became a fan and have been looking all over.Trader Joes has everything.. and always new stuff to try. I found my Pepper 🌶 Jelly and bought 3 jars. Plus some new items. My favorite is dark russet potato chips 🥔 Yummy.

Crazy busy. Check out lines down the aisles. However, I was able to get the item I went in for. Cashier in my line was very fast and very efficient. If I didnt need the kimchi, I would have skipped the entire shop.

We love Trader Joe’s because we always can find a lot of staff from our country (Spain). We went there to get some Fino (a special wine from Jerez, a city from Spain) that is really hard to find otherwise. When we went to the cashier the manager won’t take our driver license because it was the paper one (we haven’t been able to renovate it because of Covid -19, it is not our fault). We gave them the option to check our ID from our country since we are not citizen and we don’t have any other option. The manager refused to do that. So basically we are in a situation where we can’t show any identification because we are international. We have never had any trouble with our ID from our country, this is the first time that somebody refuse to help in any way. We are not coming back to this Trader Joe’s. The customer service was deficient, she didn’t try to help and didn’t put any effort in our experience as a customer.Ten minutes later we went to a different Trader Joe’s very close by and they didn’t have any problem with our ID, we got our wine and now we know that Trader Joe’s is not the problem, it is the manager of this location.

Always comforting to shop at a trusted place where there wont be GMOs on their shelves and have knowledgeable, helpful staff. TJs sources their consumer goods from companies that practise fair trade, palm oil ingredients are Earth friendly and the likes of Monsanto wouldnt be found there. Check their website as things may change, but nice to know we still have a conscientious shop to go to!

Love trader joes and this store is no exception. The only think I can say, is dont shop on Saturdays unless you are coming right after they open. They frequently sell out of cult favorites on Saturdays and the parking lot fills up quickly. Besides that, love this store. I do the majority of my grocery shopping here, and always fine healthy and affordable dinner ideas as well as unique snacks.

It is hands down my fave grocery store. I have yet to find a single Trader Joe’s that I haven’t fallen in love with. Love the fresh produce and their seasonal recipes from preserves to salads and more. My go to grocery store for everything. I have found great wine finds in the store as well. A five starrer in every aspect!
