Ive been a patient here now for over 10 years. Never before have I witnessed a group of professionals who care more about their patients wellness and are simply great human beings. On top of being excellent at what they do, Dr. Dans music playlists simply cant be beat....pun intended. Also, Dr. Melissa is always willing to give an extra get it done, no excuses, and stretch motivation which helps me in my never ending search to ditch the dad bod and get fit again!

Dr. Dan is very knowledgeable and easily finds and treats my problem areas. Plus, he’s very flexible and accommodating when I need to be seen on an expedited basis.

Dr. Dan does great. I have been going in there for almost 2 years now. i started out with a pinched nerve in my neck, and when that was under control, instead of pushing for a lot of visits, Dr. Dan put me on a maintenance schedule of once every a months. I am now on a schedule of once every 2 months. He checks out how things are going, works on specific areas of discomfort, and doesnt waste his or my time.

I have been going to Concept Care since I had an accident in 1988. I was tired of taking drugs to mask the pain that I felt and they helped get me to a place that I was pain-free. Over the years I’ve had other injuries and I can depend on them to get me up and running quickly and without drugs. They are kind conscientious and thorough And genuinely care about your well-being. Drs Dan and Melissa are two amazing doctors. I wish I could give more than five stars.

I cant say enough good things about this practice! The staff is kind, dedicated, highly skilled and knowledgeable. The office is clean and professional. Dr. Melissa was a life saver helping me turn my breech baby with the Webster technique, massage and acupuncture. I always left the office free of back/hip discomfort, late into my pregnancy.

I have been a patient of Dr. Melissa for several years. I have a chronic back condition. I go for regular adjustments to stay mobile and flexible. This helps me stay away from heavy usage of medical drugs that can damage my liver. Concept Cares staff are wonderful and caring people. It is a very clean and well run place that has good social distancing practices. I would highly recommend them.

I saw Dr. Kirk at the Superior Street/Chicago location last fall for a problem with my lower back. His initial exam and questioning was thorough and he understood how important it was to me to remain active. His adjustments and advice for morning and pre-exercise stretching, helped solve the problem without busting my bank account with dozens of visits. In fact, I think I saw him only four times. He was always pleasant and professional.

Dr. Kirk listens well and addresses my issues at my visit. The staff is great. Always feel better after a visit.

Before coming to Concept Care I had frequent, debilitating migraines from any physical exercise whether it be shooting hoops or lifting weights. I have been going to Concept Care for almost a year now to treat back pain. Dr. Melissa is great as well as massage therapist. I always leave feeling amazing! Now I try to make it a monthly adjustment to keep my back from getting where it was when I started going.

Dr. Dan took care of my problems and did it without wasting my time with multiple visits.Though insurance would cover more, he doesnt worry about that, just how you are doing and what treatments work best.

Staff are all friendly and are well trained. They helped me with frozen shoulder in both arms. They are patient but firm on what needed to be done and supported me when I felt it was hard. The best.

Ive been seeing Dr. Dan Kirk for about 12 years, in health and with injury. He seems to have X-ray vision fin knowing whats wrong in the body. He has saved me a couple of times due to severe pain from a back injury. The physicians wanted to do surgery and the others give pills. I wasted much time going in circles when Dr. Dan was correct in his initial assessment. He also encourages his patients to do specific exercises at home to increase the healing time. I trust that he will always find a way to help me, as he has in the past . He is kind, compassionate and takes time to really listen to his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Dan Kirk and his entire staff at Concept Care.

Dr. Melissa is the best. I have to admit that I was not sure about visiting a chiropractor before seeing her but she has turned around my back, neck and shoulder pain so much that I strongly recommend seeing her. She has also helped greatly with headaches I was having. In addition the adjustments and PT work, she has given me great general care advice for reducing joint inflammation.

I had an appointment, but the front desk girl was so rude so I didnt reschedule. She made no attempt to make things right. I simply asked if they do confirmation calls (like every other doctor Ive ever seen). She said no, patients make appointments and then they show up as scheduled. Implying that Im ridiculous for not recalling my appointment time. Whenever she asked if I wanted to reschedule and I stated I havent looked the communication this far with the establishment so Ill look elsewhere, no apology. Just said ok have a nice day. Its a shame bc I had two friends booked for appts as well and told them to go elsewhere.

My husband and I were both skeptical regarding chiropractic care until we finally agreed to give it a try because we had run out of options. From the moment we arrived at Concept Care (approx. 3 years ago) we were welcomed by a friendly greeting from the entire staff. My husband had been experiencing back pain do to his job. Dr. Dan treated him and then showed him various exercises to do. He has not had the pain since then!Last year I came down with Bells Palsy and the left side of my face was paralyzed. The hospital staff told me that it could take several months to several years for this to go away or it may never go away. I saw Dr. Dan right away and he treated me with acupuncture and by week 2 after only 2 treatments I was as good as new! Its a sad thing not to be able to blink or smile and to be in constant pain. I am so grateful to Dr. Dan and his staff for all of their kindness, concern and help in our time need.

I have always received excellent care from the staff at Concept Care. I recently injured my neck and Dr. Dan helped alleviate the pain after one visit and was able to get me back to my normal range of motion after two visits. The staff are all so skilled and the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing.

Dr. Dan was very helpful in treating a couple of back issues I have had. Hes also provided me with exercises to prevent the recurring of the problems which have worked well. All the staff is very nice.

If you are looking for understanding and concerned care, look no farther. Help is always available. Plus the other patients are friendly too. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibro-Myalgia. I grow crystal rocks in my muscles. I get relief when my spine is adjusted and get massages.

They listen and react to your needs. Not all chiros do that.
