I called my doctors office after hours in excruciating pain and spoke with Nicole Fisher. She called me back with a complete lack of empathy and care. She told me she’s not going to have a conversation with me at 5am about my concerns. She was very defensive from the time the call begin. As the call progressed which was less than 3 minutes, I felt like I was bothering her and she wasted no time letting me know that I was. She also said she doesn’t work for my doctor which in return led her to day go to the er or wait until Monday without asking about what I’ve done already for pain or to truly assist. I do not recommend her and I hope I never have to meet her. She’s been in the medical field for too long and it it shows. Maybe she’s underpaid!
