MDI cannot be trusted with your personal medical information. They just officially notified us that they compromised our personal and medical information back in January, and that all of the medical information that they had stored is now lost. Why? Because they did not secure their network and they allowed internet thieves to install ransomware on their system. Of course, they are sorry for the inconvenience, and they offer one year of cheap credit monitoring, which is fairly worthless considering the sensitive nature of the information they allowed to be stolen. Why do businesses like this not take security seriously until there is a theft of this nature.... why.... because security costs money and reduces their profits. Their boiler plate apologies and cheap credit monitoring are no replacement for trust, and folks should be very hesitant about trusting MDI with their personal information.

This company like most, only cares about $$.Money > HealthIm 90% disabled, cant work, and they wont see me anymore do to a low balance that I cannot pay. How am I supposed to get better when I cant get scans that my doctor needs me to get.Very rude customer service, but what do you expect from young women who cant look away from their cell phone to help you for 5 seconds.

This facility is so much better than the other places I have been. It was clean, the staff was kind, courteous and professional. I will continue to use this facility and would recommend it to others.

Very clean and professional staff. The staff was very friendly and prompt. The waiting area was very quiet and the atmosphere was amazing. I would recommend anyone to go there if they are in need of MDI services.

The Office/Admin staff were unprofessional and unorganized, I went in for a scan and had to come back 2x because they didnt have the paperwork together nor the appointment time correct they issued during the prior visit.The technicians and staff actually performing the scans were professional and kind.***IF you go, make sure you CALL at least a day prior and verify EVERYTHING, BEFORE you show up.... appointment time, script, procedure authorizations,contact info ....EVERYTHING!!!!

Very unprofessional. Waited almost an hope despite making an appointment. Told the front desk about having another appt and asked for delay reasons, but they just said that there were other people already here. So why did they make the appt? And they had no clue. Think Ill go to another place next time

I was there recently for an MRI with Contrast. I was very anxious and nervous. I had a woman named Tammy who did my test. She was wonderful. Great bedside manner.

+-+-+-+- EDIT Aug 2021Below was 2 years ago. Now I needed an ultrasound. My initial rating stands - Clean, efficient, and friendly.Results posted within hours.below was 2019Needed a CT scan. My Drs office called, got an appointment right away! I also needed blood work. Went to MDI, they werent quite ready, so I left, had blood taken, came back and was called in soon after by very pleasant staffer who did the CT scan.Results were posted quickly.Clean, efficient and friendly place.

After my previous disastrous experience, this time, I was vowed by MDI. I didnt make an appt, but didnt have to wait. Additionally, they fitted me in for a mammogram, as they saw that my actual appointment was more than a month away. This greatly helped as I was not going to be available for the other appt. The people were very nice and friendly.Thank you MDI!

I use MDI whenever possible. I am so impressed with the caring and accessible radiologists there. They dont treat me like an imaging study, they treat me like a person.

They open at 7am! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Super clean+super helpful+ super friendly+super staff=SUPERior!

A few issues with scheduling where they ordered the wrong test and scheduled me for the wrong date after confirming another, technician did not verify my information. Clean facility, reasonable wait time.

I switched to MDI for insurance reasons. Its now cheaper for me to get my CT Scans here than at the hospital. As it turns out, I wish I had been coming here much sooner. The reports are much more thorough. MDI has just identified an issue that BayHealth had accidentally been overlooking for some time. In short Id recommend anyone get their imaging at MDI where they take the time to actually review the scans. The staff is extremely pleasant as well.
