I wont need these services again, but I would NOT choose this company. Payment for $700 was processed 12/10 at 11:17am, supposed to take up to 3 weeks and it took exactly a few hours over that and a few emails nudging staff to where the results were. And if you want the results expedited they want additional money, with no guarantee. Usual excuses, the holidays have slowed things down and the person is working from home (how that changes things, IDK). Who knows without the additional emails I sent, when the results would have actually been received.

Our technician, Jack, was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Excellent experience!
