Great staff. Conflicting and confusing instructions pre op. Printed instructions told me to continue my bloodthinner drug. A few days before procedure a phone call told me to stop the bloodthinner two days before. Also I was called on phone that I needed covid19 test just a few days prior to procedure. Lastly, after reading all the instructions, it was not clear where I was to go for the procedure. Bayhealth has multiple locations.

Dr. Dave is very knowledgeable, caring and dedicated professional. Nurse Barbara and office staff are very courteous and helpful. I’m pleased with the care I receive and happy for the Bayhealth merger.

Speaking for myself, my appointments are scheduled for specific times. However, if I am late, I still get billed and forced to reschedule as a way of being penalized. Yet I can be on time, or even early, and be made to wait for an hour in the examination room before even seeing the physician, and the physician doesnt get penalized at all. How exactly is that fair? Or even right? I am not happy about that, at all. And further more, when I am finally seen by the physician, I am barely even given a chance to talk, or even explain anything because I am always getting interrupted and cut off. Now I always thought that physicians were supposed to listen to there patients....Am I wrong?

Dr. Dave is very intelligent and caring. I would highly recommend him to anyone with gastro issues

Should be NO STARS! I dont normally leave reviews, but I had too. Had an appointment set up for 4 months. After being refereed by my doctor due to concerns. They wanted to change my appointment 4 weeks, before my appoint after waiting 3 months. Wanted to push it out another 3 months. I travel for work had to book flights for this appoint. They could care lease. Couldnt get a referral to another doctor or another doctor to preform the procedure. Made me feel like a number that doesnt matter. Only the money matters.
