The environment was very soothing. I walked in and it was calming from the start. Will definitely go back! Place was also clean and tidy.

I thoroughly enjoy and appreciate the ME in Dover. My favorite masseuse is Willy. He listens to my concerns and works very diligently on those areas. I feel 100% better after a session with him.

I really enjoyed my massage with Willy. He works on every inch of my body. An focuses on whatever area that needs the most attention. I feel rejuvenated every time after my massage with him.

They are not professional at ALL!I had a flat tire and called to cancel my appointment. They still charged me they stated thats the policy. NO ONE EVER went over any policy information with me when the appointment was schedule..I called to speak with a manager Cheryl and she said, she would me the owner call me back. I gave then a week to get in touch with me.. That NEVER happened.I called another Massage Envy to get the owners contact information to the Dover Delaware location. They never provided me with any information and they would help get my issues resolved.Lisa...a manager, suggested was to prepay for 12 massages. That is ridiculous! That does not resolve any issues. they also never follow up either.Very annoyed and frustrated with the whole situation!I WILL NOT PATRONIZE this franchise in the future! I will tell all the military connections I have about this terrible Franchise and not to support them!!

This was my first facial EVER, I am 37, and I felt so comfortable and happy with the results that I rescheduled before I even left. She explains every step to you, offers suggestions, and checks in for comfort frequently, but not to often. Amazing!

I should have been told that my session was going to be $115.00. I will never come back! My 1st visit was $65.00 and my 2nd jumped to 115.00 wow! I should have been told that up-front!!

I have been a member with massage envy for almost 6 years but have only gone to this location since they opened near me a year ago after multiple times of changing my therapist at the last minute or without my knowledge and now increasing there rates I am canceling my membership as it is much better to go to a private massage therapist then to over pay for what you are getting here.

Ive been coming here for a few months and I typically see Storm or Gina. They recently added facials back which is great because now I dont have to go to another location for that. Everyone at the desk is very nice and helpful. It also doesnt hurt that there is a Starbucks next door!

I received a gift card to massage envy for my birthday. I have never been so I wanted to try. I scheduled an appointment on the app, everything was accepted no issues on October 6th. Morning of October 8th I got a call/text stating I had to call to reschedule. Fine no big deal called and rescheduled for later in the day with a different person then selected. At this point its been a while since I had a massage and this was the only day to fit in my schedule. Arrived at 3:30 for my 3:45 appointment. Didnt go back until 4:15 again, I had the day off so I wasnt bothered by it. The 2 girls up front and I think the manager were very friendly and talkative. I go back for my 60 minutes booked massage talk to the gentleman for a moment, get on the table as hes in the process of the massage he makes a comment stating how tense I was in my arms. Again Ill admit I was/am, he stated If Im this tense for my entire body and due to my size I should have booked the 90 minute massage. So hold on, because Im tense and what fat? So I continue the massage thinking Im just getting in my head and overthinking it lets just move on. Until after he was done he reiterated his initial recommendation for the 90 minute massage or just focus on my back. I seriously just sat there thinking is this real right now. Im beyond embarrassed and angry. Waste of my time, waste of my gift card, and insulting. Never again

Great staff! This was my first time getting a massage and Sierra made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She talked me through it and soon I was able to actually RELAX! I will definitely be back!!

I was so excited to finally go for a prenatal massage. There was 0 pressure. I pretty much paid to get lotion rubbed on me for an hour. It was such a disappointment. I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

The lady in the front was kinda rude at first. The lady that did my “facial” was very very nice but I feel like the 100 that I spend there wasnt worth it. She only put products on my face and wipe them out btw one of them burn my skin.

Called today to make an apt for a Swedish massage spoke with manager Laura she was very unpleasant on the phone I still was trying to book an apt with the therapist Willie something told me just call Rehoboth and book there since I never had a problem with them Laura told me she was going to cancel my apt and to call Rehoboth when I told her she seemed very unpleasant. This site should really look into replacing this manager her customer service was not there.
