I have been going to Dr. Schonfield for about 30 years now. I can’t stress enough how patient and caring she is. I have been going to her since I was a teenager. She takes her time and is very through. If anything is out of the norm, she will send you to a specialist. I never seem to wait in the waiting room for more than 10 minutes. I have definitely recommended her to family and friends and they haven’t been disappointed.

The doctor is awesome no complaints there! I just could not stand the staff as well. The people who answer the phone are the worst. One time someone answered the phone and was very sweet and I’m upset I didn’t find out who that was. Other than that one of them needed to speak to my mother about an issue and because they never heard of a name like hers they immediately said they could not speak to her if she spoke no English without asking first. They just are very rude and hard to speak to. When I tried giving my information she kept cutting me off before I was done. STAFF is a ZERO for me. The doctor and nurse were awesome though! It’s too bad, they should consider a new staff because they are the first people patients will speak to. I have a family member that works at the pharmacy and the minute she saw the doctors name she knew the staff was hell to work with as well.

I think Dr. Leah Schonfield is fantastic. I couldnt be happier that she is my primary care doctor. I know she is meticulous about my health and well being.

I went in afraid it was going to be a horrible place on account of all the negative reviews but thankfully I had a great experience. From the receptionists to the nurses to my doctor, everyone treated me wonderfully. Especially the nurse Tiffany, was super sweet. Would definitely recommend!

This group is the best. Dr.Studint has help my husband thru some ruff times. The staff is friendly. We like the smaller practice, it is more personal. The office location is easy to go to with good parking.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Studint! She is professional, listens, and overall very good at what she does. However, I am giving a low rating due to the RUDE, IMPATIENT, and UNPROFESSIONAL office manager and staff. They have terrible customer service skills especially on the phone. They act like they cant be bothered and never listen to your issue. If it was not for the incredible doctor I would never return to this place. I would not be surprised if they have already driven patients away. Their office manager and staff need to learn manners, patience, and how to listen to people.

Have been going here for 16+ years. All three of my kids, my wife, and myself. Never had any issues with service or professionalism. AND, I rarely ever waited beyond my appointed time. They basically take you when you get there.

Apparently, Im not the only one amazed by the utter rudeness and sheer unprofessionalism of this office staff, particularly Mickey the office manager. Unbelievable!Ive had issues with the office staff for quite some time, partly based on the miscommunication among their staff but largely centering on their policy of requiring patients to physically come in to pick up referrals, orders for labs or imaging studies, and test results. Forget about electronic orders, this practice refuses to mail out or fax referrals, for example, or deliver by carrier pigeon or pony express. My mother needs a referral for an important appointment with a specialist next week for a potentially dangerous medical problem. When I pointed out that my mother, the patient, is 80 years old, on oxygen for COPD, can barely walk from the front door to her driveway without having to take a puff of her inhaler, and cant drive 45 minutes away to pick up a referral that other doctors offices fax or submit electronically to the specialist, Mickey s response was this: all our other patients come to pick up their referrals, so your mom can drive here to pick it up as well.Unbelievable! But consistent with the attitude Ive gotten from their office for the several years that my mother has been going to the practice.I also pointed out that my sister and I take vacation time to bring parents to their doctors appointments, and we would have to take time off to drive far away to their office to pick up a piece of paper. Again, no budging on their policy. And I was told that if I didnt like it, I shouldnt accompany my mother to her office visits anymore.Well, no problem, because we wont be bringing my mother to this office anymore.

I do not recommend this practice to anyone. First visit she commented on the dark complexion of my child and how her father must be “dark”. I felt it was offensive and insensitive, especially given the fact she knows nothing about me or my family. But even worse, my two month old daughter became incredibly sick and her condition was brushed off at two different appointments. It took me taking my daughter to the ER to figure out what was wrong. The ER recommended keeping her at the hospital given the terrible condition of her then diagnosed RSV. Lastly, the office manager felt it appropriate to speak negatively about her staff in front of me while at a visit. Do yourself a favor and do not take your children to this doctor.

Disrespectful and disgusting service, I call to ask a question and they are incredibly rude about everything! They never give you a proper answer, hang up on you randomly, and treat you like utter garbage. I suggest this place replace staff until then do not go here. Id rather be treated by a basement Doctor from a foreign county then have to persuade these people to treat me!

Disappointed by their service. They will say they dont have any openings yet the waiting room is always empty. And when they do schedule you an appointment, get ready to wait for hours to get called in. My last appointment was at 2PM and I did not get called in until 4:30, when everyone but one nurse were gone. I am sorry but their service could be improved significantly.
