Doctor was fantastic but the office staff and the paperwork secretary Dawn either need fired or re trained. Dont go here if your work expects paperwork to be filed by a certain day or if you need disability claims to be filed cause if you call too much they ignore your call by tracking your number, I called got sent to voicemail had someone in my house call they got thru and then once they told them they was calling for me they got sent to voicemail. And as far as Dawn she takes her sweet time filling out paper work and never returns calls Ive left 3 voice mails and called 7 or 8 times and have yet to hear what she sounds like nor even received a phone call back from her. I was expected back to work 2 days ago to my job but I cant return to work until the paper work is filed, and I havnt collected disability last since the fourth of November and its now the 21st because they have yet to fill out my paper work for that either. Doctors fantastic but if I were you Id go thru another office.
