The staff were friendly and professional. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire visit or experience. They all greeted me with kindness, and even with masks on we had good friendly conversations. I really enjoyed this visit. I hope all of my future visits are filled with this type of personalized customer service for my personal type (cheerful social person).

Just the atmosphere and employees will help you decide. Super friendly. I could not find one employee unhappy about their job. Ease of process and care. Only con would be pricing. First time at American Dental, and the service was great. The option to fill out forms online is very convenient. Check in was quick, by the time I sat down in the wait lobby they were calling my name. Staff was amazing, made me feel very comfortable. Everyone from the front desk to the Doctor was amazing. American Dental Care is the best! Dr. Patel did a fantastic job with my crown. The entire procedure was completely painless. I was in and out of the office in 48 minutes. The dental assistant was so nice and informative throughout the process. The office staff is always really on top of things, too. I highly recommend this dental practice. From the moment my husband and I walked through the door we were treated warmly. The staff was excellent. This was the first time I had received so many X-rays and it was with very little discomfort. We filled out our new patient paperwork on line so when we arrived we did not have to wait. We went from the waiting room to being treated in less than 10 minutes. The staff at American dental amazing. I have always had terrible experiences with the dentist, I neither come out with a lot of pain or the work I expected to be done was never completed. After six years of searching for a dentist that I am comfortable with I have found the one. American dental scene me yesterday for an emergency because my jaw was in so much pain, within an hour the doctor and hygienist explain to me what was going on in my mouth and I was scheduled the for the very next day for a deep cleaning on one side and a future cleaning for the next. So today With as bad as my mouth is I was expecting terrible pain however eight hours later I have had to take zero pain medicine and I am actually able to eat. To top off my experience I don’t think I have ever seen my teeth this white in years. I absolutely love my new dentist and hygienist, you may be a patient but they make you feel like family.

This practice is not a good fit for me. While I have no complaints about the dental care here, the atmosphere is very difficult. During my preparation for a temporary crown the dentist and her assistant chatted constantly while working on me about their weekends, their home life, other workers in this office, even zombies. I got the impression they weren’t even thinking about what they were doing. In fact, when the dentist asked a question, I had to ask “Are you talking to me?”I don’t recommend this practice if you are seeking a professional office atmosphere.

My six-year-old daughter had a dental emergency at 4:45 on a Thursday afternoon. She is established with a dentist that is 45 minutes away, so there was no way I can get her there before they closed. After a quick Google search I called American Dental Care, explain the situation, and they brought her in without hesitation. They kept the office open after their typical close time, and while my daughter was definitely anxious, they handled the situation professionally and with grace. I truly appreciate the kindness that was shown to the two of us, and I highly recommend their office for anyone needing dental care.

I had one of the best care from your staff,except there was a small problem that occurred. This was perhaps due to breakdown in communications.This time a came because I had problem with my last lower tooth that was aching badly but your officers thought I came for cleaning my tooth.I realized that they were doing What I did not come for as my tooth as aching seriously.The error was corrected very quickly and the right action was taken with speed. My 19-Aug-2021 visit to American Dental Care went very well. Staff was very efficient, professional and caring during my visit. Staff also demonstrated their ability to innovative in dealing with an issue with the suction unit malfunctioning on the day of the visit. Only reason for not a full 5 star rating on this particular visit was due to said equipment malfunction.

First appointment went good. Friendly staff, clean, and the fish are beautiful soo many fish tanks. Im glad I started coming here. The air conditioner wasnt working but it wasnt too hot and it will be fixed next week. I felt bad for the staff running around sweating they kept apologizing.

(1) the last Cleaning, in December, was scheduled for April. Your clinic staff went as professional as usual but the clerical staff that schedule appointments (in December) leaving without answering my questions about the cost of that my doctor’s recommendation about a Crown. So, I asked them to find out for me so I can save the cost before the next appointment.I called at least three different dates and asked but no one could tell me.This time, after my recent appointment, I asked the doctor’s nurse to find out what might had happened, then went out and talked to someone.So, I left knowing the cost for what the doctor has planned for the next visits. Please thank her for made my day.

Dr. Li was amazing along with the team to assist in repairing 20+ year old crowns(2) that had a lot of wear and tear along with bacteria. Doctors had a lot of patience and even rubbed my cheek when it got sore from my mouth being open for an extended period of time. What Doctor does that- Dr. Li does.

My exoerience was not good. Unjustified over billings (alleged mistakes). Appointment changes without notice. Apathetic and uninterested doc. Dentures that hurt and dont fit after 4 minths. You decided.

Not only did she explain them, she actually walked through the process on the office iPad and made phone calls back and forth for clarity! In addition, she set up my consolation for oral surgery... This week I had an appointment to have a cap glued back in place as it came of about two weeks ago. The hygienist was able to remove the cap, cleaned it, had dentist look at tooth and since there was no decay the hygienist then recemented the cap. I was in and out within 30 minutes, seen by dentist for about two minutes.

This dentist office was very great staff was fast and friendly was not long wait and was not hard get appt. the doctor only took 8 mins to extracted my tooth. This is my new dentist.

I made an appointment 2 months in advance and they canceled me without notice because they had the wrong cell phone number, even though they had 2 phone numbers and my address! Incompetent! I was told because there was no hygienist. 2 months out! Not going to a dentist that is under staffed!

The office staff at this facility is concerned with one thing and one thing only - money! I understand that they are in business to make money but they have no concept of customer service.At least twice, I have received calls in the morning from this office with a message that I need to call them back before noon that day or they would cancel my upcoming appointment.Once this was to confirm an appointment that had been confirmed previously and most recently to update insurance information. When the office manager was asked about the practice of calling people early in the day and giving them a 2-4 hour deadline to return a call, he defended the practice as necessary to fill appointment slots. I work during the day and dont regularly check phone while working. A 24 hour return call would be much more customer friendly. In addition, my original appointment was scheduled at 4:15 which the office confirmed. Subsequently, they changed the appointment to 3:30 without checking with me and the day of left a message that the appointment was at 3:15. When I called back to say I could not make a 3:15 appointments do was told the hygienist was not available at that time. The office staff needs training in good customer service practices or I anticipateThey will lose many patients!

One thing you don’t want to hear is your teeth are bad or there are not going to be able to help you, but here it’s Different!! They do step by step to help you understand to your knowledge of what’s going to happen. Being formal and professional at the same time got my attention well worth 10 stars!!! Thank you!!

1. Dental Hygenist told my wife she could not work on her teeth and see the dentist because it needed a $2400 “deep cleaning”! This was over 1 year ago. 2. Broke part of a tooth during having a filling. 3. Advised to have a root canal by a Lewes, DE dentist, recently that was a botched job and still experience discomfort. 5. Just had teeth cleaned and it was a great experience with a fantastic lady!!!

I’ve come to the conclusion that American Dental operates as a money mill more so than a dental office. Dr. Russo is a very self-assured and nice person. With that said I get the impression that he operates as just another employee. I prefer to have a personal connection with the people who are handling my medical circumstances. I would say that I’m not totally unhappy with American Dental but I’m certainly not 100% happy with them. I will probably be looking for a new dental office in the future.

Not satisfied with this place! One of my dental fillings fell and had to wait over 2 months for an appointment, the day came got there on time and they still made wait 30+ min, my first appointment they just check my teeth, on my second appointment and just got them cleaned after I told them that I needed my dental filling done, I was told that they were going to do it on the next appointment, which was about two months later, a week before my appointment they call me to cancel, had to reschedule and wait 2 more months (dental filling not fixed yet) a week before my appointment they call me to cancel AGAIN! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you’re really patient, plus they have a different dental assistant/doctor assist you every time. At least it was my case and I did not like that.

After an initial dental exam was told to schedule a root canal. I didn’t have any pain. But figured their the experts so scheduled the procedure. Worked with the dentist to schedule and get the pre determination. When I showed up for the appointment they said we can’t do this procedure.

Horrible! My 1 year old daughter was exposed to Covid and started experiencing symptoms at 2:30am! I had an appt at 8:30 that morning and had to cancel! I understand the importance of keeping appts. But under certain circumstances, such as Covid exposure you would think they would be a little more understanding! But instead they charge me $55!!! For a missed appt! but you call me the day before to move my appt time?!! I will be looking for a new dentist!

I was a little disappointed that it was not confirmed during my appointment which tooth would be worked on and what was going to be done to it. The tooth is a little uncomfortable, feeling like it isnt quite right. I need to follow-up.

I have been a patient of American Dental for many years and I have always been treated very well. Very professional staff and Dr Patel is the best!

They are all very nice. Good for basic stuff but i dont trust for anything more advanced.The con is they are always trying to upsell. The other issue is lack of information. I asked about TMJ issue. The doctor said treatment was all one price and not covered by insurance. I asked for brochure so I could research it and he said Im the brochure. Seemed shady to me. I asked the price. They said one price and then after consultation with colleagues raised the price by $300!

The Hygienist I had was polite, However I felt as though she did not clean my teeth properly, she cleaned my bottom teeth with the cleaning drill, and the pick, She flossed my bottom teeth and flossed my bridge. then proceeded to polish them. at no time did she clean my back teeth on either side upper and lower with the drill or pick.

I had a dental emergency and they were the only place that would see me without having been an established patient. They saw me right away when I got there and made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable!! The staff was very helpful and I will definitely be going back as an “established” patient! Recommend to everyone!!

If there is a minus zero rating, thats what I would give but I have to be ok with 1 star.On June 3, 2021, I came in for my appointment to have a filling on my teeth. I was ushered in the room, and soon after the dentist came to Inject me with the numbing solution and then she took off somewhere. Now I am a reasonable person and completely understands how doctors office operates, they make you play this waiting game and you are a captive participant and so I was left sitting in the chair only to wait and wait and wait some more. Meanwhile, my mouth is totally numb. After waiting for 2 hours, I have had enough. No one showed up to notify me that this dentist had taken another patient next room. Not one of their staffs had informed me that I might end up waiting for a while because of another patient needed immediate attention. I am assuming that this was the case but I remembered how to spell the word assume And so I patiently waited because I keep hoping that the next foot steps that I hear right outside my door would be the doctor coming in to finally get my fillings done. And did I say that my mouth is very numb? At this point I have had enough I got up seeing red and ready to spit out nails and called someone informing her of my anger. This doctor immediately came out and all she can say is I’m sorry and if I want to reschedule. REALLY?It is so disappointing to me that I was treated the way I was treated because I have been coming to this office for at least a couple of years now. This Dentist and the assistant were very unprofessional and their actions are unacceptable. Now mind you they are just too efficient in sending out their bills. To begin with, I am a borderline diabetic and at that point I was feeling hungry.My appointment is at 10:45 and it was now approaching 12:45 and starting to feel a hypoglycemic attack is slowly creeping in. This event could have ended up very badly and resulted in legal actions.
