I have been a patient since 2003 and today I have decided to find another office. For the record: I LOVE DOCTOR VARUGHESE!!! His staff leaves something to be desired. Today was the last day of mishaps, mess ups, and malarkey! This staff is rude, condescending, and lack any level of professionalism or customer service. There needs to be an entire staff change because the doctor is one of the best around! He is knowledgeable, he tries to offer alternatives before offering surgery or pills as options. He is very upfront and tries to support patients into their best selves. This staff causes headaches and never follows up to correct their mistakes. I have had enough and it’s time to move on to another physician whose staff mirrors their efforts.

I wouldn’t even give them one star. I scheduled a new patient appointment due to my PCP always being booked. While making the appointment, I informed the front desk staff of the medication I am prescribed. I get to my appointment 30 minutes early, left work for the appointment, paid my copay. I was triaged by an extremely nice young woman(African American) that was caring and listened to me also SHE made suggestions for medication changes. I’m in the room for thirty minutes to then have a woman come in and tell me he won’t see me or prescribe the medicine I take which I have friends that are his patients on this medicine. I was told to decide if I wanted to see him still or not, I decided I would wait and still see him. Then the same nurse came in and informed me that he would not be seeing me at all. By far the rudest nurse (Caucasian woman) I have ever experienced in my life. Her demeanor was belittling and not caring. She made me feel like I was absolute scum of the earth for literally no reason whatsoever besides the medication I have been on for years. I am not a person looking to find a “pill mill” doctor as described in the previous comments, but someone looking to establish with a doctor that can see me when I’m sick and refill my medication as needed. I wouldn’t recommend this office to my worst enemy.

Although the receptionist Job has many task, we too need patience with care. If U never done the job U wouldnt know! My advice is do your best to make it better by having flowers waiting for services thats designed for U & others! Ive seen worse! Receptions with 3 in front & nothing gets done in a timely manner then the doctor is laxing & quick to forget your name until U show true colors! Meanwhile U paying them even if someone has Medicaid or medicare. There are ways to disagree! Understand theres more than just U to get service. Patience helps to avoid stress! Humans do make errors! Yahweh is perfect! Peace & Love!

They are extremely friendly. Receptionist is polite and helpful. Nurse listen to and informs doctor with all your concerns. She is always friendly and makes you feel comfortable and that you are actually being heard. Doctor Varugese is the nicest doctor that I have ever met. Not a bad thing could be said about the man.

This is My 1st experience but i must agree with everyone the Dr seems not to care about your well being at all i bern disabled since 2001 he didnt want to listen or help he criticized me and was bery rood obnoxiously arrogant and didnt seem to be professional Ive been to plenty doctors over the years of my treatments and forvmy health hands down bad service frim the get i should of know receptionists was roid when i made appt i asked a question and she said no not next to ENT its by pharmacy so ill try one more again dont want to say this but maybe he picks and chooses whom he wants to treat good blantly rood

Horrible service. I have been going here a few years. It has always been terrible. No communication, long waits, they dont call you back.. just all around terrible! Things recently started to get better with new staff. But today I got a phone call from them telling me my prescription was ready, took off of work to go get it, only to find out they locked the doors early! You would think the lady who called me today could have mentioned they were closing early. So aggravating to do your part and they dont do thiers. I am just tired of this place and ready to switch doctors. I have had enough. Dont waste your time here, you will be disappointed!

Dr Varaguase has been my PCP for 14 years. He is the best.

June 13, 2016 I made 3 attempts @ speaking with someone only to be left on hold for 15min. I finally called again when asked if i could hold i said no because i have been on hold for 15min the receptionist said loudly your gonna have to hold im checking patients in she then clicked off the phone. Honestly i dont come as often because i cant stand the customer service up front, but i love my doctor & i always refer people a lot of my family come here. The rest of the staff are pleasant they just need to replace the receptionist or give her some customer service training. There are more people who complain in the waiting room but no one goes online & post it.

I have always received great care from doctor V.He has treated my whole family.

This is the worst Doctors office I have ever seen! Just trying to get an appointment is an act of congress. Either you cant get through or you are put on hold and they dont come back to you. If you can manage to get in, the wait time is ridiculous! They book two + patients at 15 minute intervals. I will never go here again and you shouldnt either.

This is a pill mill all he cares about is money not the health of his patients.

I wouldn’t take a pet rat here let alone a human . These people are not professional and they are extremely rude . There billing associate was insanely rude and shhh’d me on the phone and spoke to me like I’m a child . If you want to visit somewhere that doesn’t have your best interest in your health or your pocket book then go here .

A doctor that listens to his patients and advises care based on the patients needs, desires and beliefs.

Set up an appointment only to have them call the day before and tell me I have to reschedule it. Very aggravating. I will reschedule, with another doctor
