For over 15 YEARS i had lived with chronic pain in my lower back, sacral, and hip area and tried yoga, strengthening exercises, and a variety of chiropractors and massage therapists on and off to try to resolve the issue. I had pretty much resigned myself to the pain but it had gotten so bad that I realized that it was only going to get worse.... and I DID NOT want to have to go the route of hip surgery in my elder years. So I gave a last ditch effort by turning to Dr. Caitlin.After JUST 2 WEEKS of working with her Ive gotten a huge taste of what it feels like to live pain free. She held the space, listened, then really spent time assessing and addressing the issue. As she worked she answered my incessant questions, explained her findings, worked gently but effectively to adjust, and gave me helpful exercises to do at home.Ive been a bodyworker for over 20 years and I have to say her skills and intuitive sense of the body are IMPRESSIVE to say the least. HIGHLY recommend.
