I was having a hard time breathing with heart racing at times. Was put on heart minitor for 30 days by Dr Lall. After 76 days still have heard nothing from him or his staff. Made appt with Dr. Smith. After a 65 minutes waiting he finally came in. He reviewed heat monitor and said doesnt look bad. No suggestions on fixing my problems, which I still have today. So please do not waste your time or money.

After an hour long visit to the Dr...(actually the nurse) I was sent home with the MCOT heart monitor all in the boxes the kit came in. The nurse only applied the patch on my chest and told me to hook this up and charge my phone that came with the kit. I am a stroke victim and didnt understand anything about this kit therefore was unable to connect the monitor properly. I should have never left the Drs office without having them connect all the leads that go to the kit. Arent they the medical professionals that I needed in order to correctly monitor MY HEART? Why would any medical professional send a STROKE patient home without detailed, explicit instructions on setting this kit up???

Well where should I start, I can say the staff was great but the Doctors here did me no justice. I needed to have a procedure done before the end of the year and because the Doctors at this facility would not give me an opportunity to make a tentative appointment I missed my deadline for that appointment. I want to say that I had performed 1 of the 2 stress tests and I passed this test ( and the 2nd test I also passed ). I can not recommend this facility because of the Doctors not working with the patients and the other Doctors, I have and will be taking my business elsewhere because of the Doctors.

DR Lall gets 5 stars. Im taking away 1 star because the office staff should do a better job at calling patients to get holter monitors instead of having the patient call to get scheduled as its like pulling teeth to get in touch with someone on the phone. Im currently on hold now. Ive been calling off and on for the past week since I saw Dr. Lall . He suggested i have it done because i had some concerns and just want to be sure. He said his staff would take care of it but they told me to call back. Which makes no sense. ( the checkout lady at the kennestone location told me this) My main office is douglasville

Thanks to the staff and front office very nice young lady Jordan and Dr Lall was very helpful when explaining the medication I was taking ,and the procedures to come. Im already knowing that Doctor Desai left this practice in good hands. Thanks 👍

Dr. Sanjay Lall did not reveal that the procedures he recommended were not classified as preventative. Now I am stuck with a bill for $985.31. I feel as if I was taken advantage of by those who swore an oath to help me in my time of need. I will not use nor recommend Piedmont Healthcare ever again.

The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. I was expecting to have Dr Desai but learned that he retired. I was in need of a cardiologist quick. I called friday and made an appointment for the following Wednesday, which was the first day they were open because of Christmas. I had an ekg, ultrasound, stress test and sent me home with a heart monitor all in one visit. This was very helpful because I needed these tests done so I could return back to work. Dr Lall wasted no time once my test results came in to fill out all of my return to work forms for disability and for my DOT clearance. Dr Lall and all of his staff were friendly and effective in there profession.
