The Doctors and Staff are outstanding, professional, and personable. My issue was well cared for and healed quickly. The only complaint is the same as most medical facilities, the appointment time is never adhered to. My appointment was at opening time, when I arrived several people were waiting at the door and were taken in order of arrival which meant my appointment just disappeared.Suggest taking those with appointments ahead of walki-in except for emergency of course.

Dr Collier, Brooke and the entire staff are great! Dr Collier spent time with me and made sure all my questions were answered. Brooke worked with me to get the proper measurements of my foot and helped me pick out the best shoes for my diabetic feet. Thank you so much for your care and following up with me. You guys are the best!

In May I scheduled an appointment for July as that was as soon as a new patient could get in. My appt was for July 20 at 8:10 AM. When I arrived I checked in, turned in my paperwork and then sat in the waiting room for almost an hour before the front desk receptionist came over to tell me they didnt have an appointment for me and were trying to work me in. She stated it had happened a lot to new patients lately and they didnt know what was going on. I understand computer issues and glitches but to let me sit there that long knowing the issue immediately and not let me know not considerate and a big waste of my time. They then told me they could NOT work me in and Id have to come back another day. I was floored. Im sorry, but if you know your system messed up the appt I think the least you can do is work the appt in somehow. I was told Id be called by the end of the day to reschedule for another day as of now I still have not received a call. Incredibly poor customer service on all fronts. *Full disclaimer this is not a 1 star review on the doctor, but the staff. The Doctor may not even know what happened and may be wonderful, but it was handled poorly by the staff on numerous fronts.

Office staff sent my paperwork in the mail. I filled it out and returned to them while my husband and I traveled.. I arrived at the office early, and I only waited about 5 minutes. The receptionist had my paperwork ready, and i went on back. Nurses and assistants were friendly and gave me a smile in the halls. The young man had trouble getting my B/P since he couldn’t get the wrap to hold on my skinny arm. He was very patient as he did get a good reading. He did my x Ray also, and he was very courteous and professional. 5 stars to him also! Dr. Collier was just as kind and professional as she was 10 years ago when I last saw her. She gave my injection in my bunion, which I hope lasts 10 years from the last one. Dr. Collier’s office is very beautiful and spacious. The last time I saw her, the office was on Honeysuckle Avenue. I was out within 40 minutes to go about my day. It was an ideal doctor’s visit.

Dr. Collier is awesome! I had horrible ingrown toenails due to psoriasis. She got me in to her office in a timely manner and performed the excisions and now I am pain free with beautiful toenails again.😊

My 13 yo son had an ingrown toenail that was causing him a lot of pain. After calling around EVERYWHERE, no one would see him for weeks. I called Alabama South Family Podiatry and they were able to make arrangements so I had an appointment for the next day. The staff was very professional and polite as well as quick to fix my sons toenail. Im very grateful for the effort they made to help us.

Very nice facility and courteous staff. I had somewhat of a long wait, but everyone was apologetic. I will definitely go back when necessary and recommend to others. Dr. Roman was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining treatment for my ailment.

The Doctor was grace she help me with my feet. But when it comes to getting the Inserts made for my shoes... they made the cast of my feet and told me the Inserts would be in in 8 weeks. 10 weeks later I get a letter in the mail tell me the they broke the cast of my feet and needed me to call. So I call them and told I had to come back in to have the cast made again and someone would call me and make the appointment. Two weeks late on call and no appointment. Had to get my money back.

Dr. Collier and her staff are very professional, polite, knowledgeable, friendly and straight to the point and I like that keep it up the good work and recommend her services to anybody with feet problems.

Very pleasant 1st visit. My last Dr had a cold, almost rude staff and I felt like a number to everyone. At Dr. Is office, I was offered a procedure that with no down time and much less expensive. Since I was self pay, that was much appreciated. He didnt have to do that. I trust them and have happily found a new podiatrist.

First visit, Dr. Collier took the time necessary to thoroughly explain all procedures and answer my questions in a manner that was understood by myself and my wife. We did not feel as the appointment was rushed, although our visit was over an hour beyond the scheduled appointment time. Very nice facility, pleasant staff.

My appointment was at 10am but eventhough I waited for about an hour for the doctor to come in I was never left in limbo. They apologized and offered me some water. Dr. Ivankiv and his staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. The doctor took his time with examination and explanation of my problem, detailing all available remedies. He talked me through the treatment as it was being done. Much better than a prior experience with a different podiatrist.

First time visitor to AL S. Family Podiatry and I chose them based on their google reviews, but after going 2 times I see why they get high remarks! From the first time I called I could tell I was in good hands. The young lady who answered the phone was genuinely concerned for my issue and found me an appointment quickly b/c walking was getting difficult. She listened and put me with Dr. Syrus, who turned out to be a great fit for me and my issue. All the staff I encountered were sweet and genuinely cared about my issue. They have a beautiful facility and it is easily accessible with minimal traffic and lots of parking. They even had free wifi! Anytime I have feet issues this will be my first source for getting help!

We had a good visit. Short wait. The only thing i would recommend is name tags. No one wore a name tag.

My nickname for Dr. Whitney Syrus is now ”Dr. NoPain”. Having never seen a podiatrist before, I was apprehensive. I thought that they’d examine, diagnose and SCHEDULE a solution (procedure). Nope- Dr. Syrus dove right in with minor surgery to ameliorate my malady. I value efficiency and competency. Alabama South Podiatry effusively demonstrates that.

Dr. Collier and staff were very efficient and kind during the stressful pandemic.

Saw me on time, were quick and efficient. Only problem was the wait on the appointment. took three weeks to get in. I realize doctors are busy but having to walk on your pain for three more weeks was a bit much, but it is what is. Now that I have been seen I am glad to be getting something done to start the healing process.

I had two appointments and still have the same problem that I had when I went to her. I need at risk nail care, but never received it because they said that she needed specific paperwork to do the nails. Well, I am the patient and I wasnt given the paperwork and neither was my doctor. So I drove an hour away through a storm to be mistreated. I felt that the staff knew in advance what was going on but I will never go to this doctor again 😔😞.

My feet havent felt this great in years! I dont know why I waited so long to get them seen about. Ive been telling all my coworkers who work on concrete all day like I do to go to this place like I did!

Where can I start ? Im the kind of person that lets no one touch my feet . Until I came here . They did an excellent job , I had spurs on both feet and have had for Id say 30 years that had got so painful I had to do something . I didnt feel a thing while he removed them and I havent had any more pain what so ever with them . I highly recommend them . Doctor was great and so was his assistant who keep me calm the whole time . Thanks again for the great work yall have doon with my feet . I now have Happy Feet again .

My husband and I are planning a trip abroad that entails a lot of walking, and he had a very sore infected ingrown toenail. After calling several places in both Enterprise and Dothan, ASFP worked to get him in quickly. The staff were helpful and courteous, and Dr. Ivankev was great! He performed minor surgery swiftly and expertly. The office is clean, well-lighted, and very attractive. The restrooms are spotless. All in all, a totally satisfactory visit!

I have had two appointments with Diane Collier. I have attempted to have two additional appointments, but due to the tremendous wait time, I had to leave the office w/o being seen both times. The first time I waited for 45 minutes and there was still several people ahead of me. Today I waited for 35 minutes and asked to speak with someone. Another patient came over while I was speaking with the Dr and said she had been there for 2 hours and no one came out to speak with her to let her know what was happening.She was completely aware of the back log over the last several weeks due to a new computer software system they had installed. Rather than call patients and let them know, or perhaps schedule some distance between the patients, the scheduling was not changed. I would NOT RECOMMEND seeing any Dr that shows this kind of lack of consideration for their patients.

30 years ago severe trauma to my foot required surgery. I have lived with that pain. Plantar fasciitis was diagnosed by a local orthopedic group who couldnt help. She has worked with me and I am 100% improved.

Brought my 85 year old Mother to see Dr. Collier for problems with her feet. Office is brand new and looks nice. We had all paperwork filled out in advance, and a 4:15 appointment time; assumed it would be short wait. My Mom was thirsty, no water fountain of any type for my Mom. Staff would not even offer her a drink of water from a paper cup. I was afraid to leave, fearing she would be called back and I would not be there to assist my Mom. 55 minutes later, they took us back to see the dr. in the exam room. Dr. Collier was nice enough, but never addressed the fact she was the doctor in to see my Mom. She cut my Moms skin while trimming her toenails. Her eyes were very red, indicating she was very tired from too long hours and overworking. I think she should cut back on amount of clients, get some much needed rest, and for Gods sake, get some type of water for your patients!!

Arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment. I was the only person there. I waited appx. 1/2 of an hour before telling the receptionish that the people I was with had to pick a child back in Enterprise in 2 hours.I waited another 30 min. then left. I not only never saw the doctor, I was not even called to an appointment room.

I was very pleased with my treatment and with the staff. I am doing very well and have not had to return.
