At one time service here was great. Recently it has gone down hill. My prescriptions were called in by the doctor on Thursday. I checked on Friday to see if the were ready. Was told they won’t be ready for a half hour. I asked when they were called in by the doctor and was told they weren’t called in until Friday at 9:30 am. When I callback at 3:30 pm was told was not ready for an hour. I again asked when it was called in and was told 2:30 pm. Someone lied

I tried to order a cake for my boss and was hung up on 7 times within 15 minutes. And when I asked to speak to the manager on duty they decided to hang up on me again. I’ve worked with Publix for 8 years. I know how the system works. I’ve always talked about how amazing Publix is and how wonderful staffed they are. But I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!! If I could give them ZERO stars I would. They don’t deserve 1 star

I have rarely been able to get a new prescription the same day I went to the doctor. Even if I call the pharmacy after leaving the doctor and asking how long it will take to fill the prescription, they tell me it will take 1 to 2 hours, but 4 hours later its not ready to pickup, and I have to wait until the next day to get it.

My experience the last few visits has been to be generally ignored at the counter for a few minutes before being acknowledged, and then a few more minutes before someone helps.This last time I went to pick up 2 prescriptions. I had received a text message about an hour and a half before that a prescription was ready, so I assumed they would both be ready. After I was finally waited on, she only had 1 prescription so I asked about the other one, to which she replied It hasnt come through. I thought that was strange as they should have both been ordered from the Drs office at the same time, but I said Id go home and call the doctor. When I arrived home 15 minutes later I received a text stating that I had another prescription ready at the Publix pharmacy, so the order apparently had come through and she either didnt know how to check or didnt bother.Im going to look for a better pharmacy.

Everytime I go to this publix I am greeted with the kindest smiles and the customer service is outstanding!! My kids love going with me because the checkout people never fail to say hello and offer them a balloon!! Oh and the SUSHI is phenomenal... Blows all the other actual sushi restaurants away!!! Thanks again for making my experience completely and 100% enjoyable!!

Updating this now. This is the fourth time I’ve seen associates in the pharmacy using masks incorrectly/not wearing them period. Hold your associates accountable, Publix. I’m tired of asking medical professionals to be medically safe with people’s meds.

Used to be pretty good but last few times has been not very good service. Way too long to get script and girl at drive through shuts off microphone and walks away when I was still talking about script

Can never speak with someone in Pharmacy. They seem to turn off the phones. Very dissatisfied with their service.

Have suffered with this pharmacy for 3 years, Im done, horrible service, scripts never on time, usually some missing, I will not use Publix Pharmacy ever again, moving my scripts.

They lack customer service, 5 people behind the counter and not a one knows what they are doing. They couldnt find my medicine and said they were not filling any of my other medicines that day. I will be taking my business to the family owned pharmacy. I use to get my scripts at the pharmacy in Florida and was always welcomed and only had to wait 10 minutes max for a script. Publix is suppose to be friendly but not this one. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. To treat people so rudely is not acceptable. I will never walk into your store again and neither will my family, you just lost a total of four people from my family alone as you messed up their meds to and treated them rudely.

Every time I’m there. All employees speak, asking me if if I’ve found everything I needed. Always helpful, ready to help me with anything!

When we first started using Publix Pharmacy,it was great. In recent months Ive wanted to pull my hair out. Customer service could use some education on how to treat their customers. What knows? Maybe one day they will. But for now, I will be looking into other pharmacies, including small hometown owned pharms. I do hope they work out their associate problems soon though.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. The pharmacist and techs at this location failed to fill my Rx for the correct qty, gave me a few different reasons for why, and caused me to have to contact my physician and insurance company several different times over the span of 2 weeks. The main issue; however, is the pharmacist hung up on me twice. He was unprofessional and so rude that I had to report him.

They always ignore me when I go. I have to wait such a long time for someone to acknowledge me. Never coming back!

The worst pharmacy ever. Such a long wait to actually fill your prescription. Then another long wait to actually pay for it. Learned my lesson and Ill never ever get my prescription filled here. Rude pharmacy workers. The rest of the store employees and managers make up for their sorry excuse for a pharmacy.

Always a horrible wait. First called in prescription then not ready an hour and half later. Second come to pick it up that afternoon after work, only to wait 25 mins for it. All with 5 people working in the pharmacy. Time to find a new pharmacy.

I have been using this pharmacy since they opened to get my meds my daughters meds and also my mothers and each time they continue to get worse. They never have it ready when they say they will then after you have already sat in their drive thru for 30 minutes they will ask you to go to the end of the line again as yours isnt ready yet. I went to pick up one for my daughter on Dec 12th and was suppose to be 2 bottles. When the girl working gave it to me I said there is suppose to be 2. Well she acted totally dumb and stood and looked at the computer for a few minutes then said her insurance would only pay for one. This is not the first time we have got this medicine and they have to get a prior authority from insurance to get it. ShI told her what she needed to do and she said oh ok I will put in for it. Today I called and guess the girl just stood in my face and lied because it wasnt done. Will be so happy when they open the new pharmacy on the Southside as they will definitely have all our business. Im done with PubliX and their rude employees.

Im not giving this any stars it made me check one to post the dr called in my meds to publix at cottonwood corners about 2 pm today i got to publix about 2.30 and was told it would be about 40 minutes so i said ill be back in a little while to get it i get back at 5.30 pm 3 hours later wait behind 3 other cars for my turn in the drive thur i was waited on by Erin H.who ask for my name then walked away and was gone for quite a few mintues when she returned it was to ask me to drive around the building and get back in line as another car was now behind me and i ask is my meds not ready she we are finishing yours up now so if you will just drive around and come back so i said i left here 3 hours ago being told my meds would be ready in fourty minutes what happened to that she shugged her shoulders and said we got busy and i said ok so if i was was waiting in the parking lot all this time i would still be waiting she said i dont know and i said well im not moving she said well we are working on yours now i said i have a problem with them not being ready after 3 hours she laughed turned off her speaker and walked away so to publix i know losing my business will not make one difference in your pay check you will make the same without my help but it does make a difference to me that i have a choice to go else where and i plan on doing so tomorrow morning to the people i made wait behind me im sorry it wasnt my choice i would rather my meds been ready after 3 hours to the young lady who waited on me you need to practice ypur customer skills or continue to lose publix one more customer here and there till it does make a difference and your jobless you may find then who pays you is the customers and before you laugh and walk away you remember that so with all that being said i will not take a spot in your drive thur again and i hope publix begins to act like more than a fast food drive thur for the customers they keep
