I saw Miss Jamison and had issues with medication and told her that it wasnt working so she just gives me another pill. I tell her its still not working and I want to try new medication and she gives me a stronger dosage. I finally tell her either she trys new medication or I leave and she got rude with me. Highly do not recommend. This medication made my symptoms worse and she did not work with me like she said she would. I had high hopes for her.

Ive been going to Ruthanne Wilkes for several years now. Ive been to several psychiatrists over the past 15 years, and she is the only one that I feel like has actually listened to me and showed any kind of concern. Shes the only one that heard my cry for help even when my family and friends couldnt. Shes a God send for me and she will be for you too.

Emily and Ruthanne are two of the nicest people I have ever met. I have been using Emily for years. She is easy to talk to, doesnt judge you, and has great advice. Ruthanne is great with children. She is nonjudgmental and offers great advice before shoving pills down their throat. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Showed up for an appointment, we are in the middle of dealing with a pandemic, social distancing and a mask order has been put in place by the governor of Alabama. The front seat girl approached our vehicle, no mask, not social distancing, I witnessed a man and children enter the building no masks, along with several other people entered, yet no masks. I inquired to the front desk clerk when she returned to my vehicle to pick up the paperwork we filled out, why no one is wearing a mask or socialDistancing?! Her excuse was the man with the children are the owners. My opinion doesn’t matter, everyone should be showing and following and abiding by the laws and orders put in place to keep us all safe. Literally the only one wearing a mask was the lady/therapist my daughter saw. She at least had on a mask and stayed a good distance from the vehicle. My other issue is they kept us waiting in the vehicle to get a referral of which could have been obtained prior to the appointment. I was literally called everyday by this clinic prior to our first appointment to remind me of the appointment. The owner and front seat staff really needs to get a better system put in place for their patients showing up for their appointments and not leaving people sitting in their cars for over an hour and half. I had a baby and a toddler in the vehicle and had to wait the entire time in the car. Clearly the owner doesn’t really care about the safety and welfare of the patients and people coming to his facility if no one but the one physiatrist we saw is willing to practice social distancing and wearing a mask.

Unlike the last two ladies (both of which literally only have bad reviews, guess some people can never be happy), I didnt have any issues masks being worn, social distancing, or attitude from any of the staff.
