Had a wonderful first session of beginners yoga yesterday! Nichole is so kind and a great teacher. The interior of the studio is very calming and the session itself was simple enough to follow along with for a beginner with some challenges to encourage learning. My husband went along with me and loved the session too! So happy to have found this studio in Dothan. I will be back!

I have been doing vibration therapy on a regular basis for 3 months now and the cumulative effects are really noticeable. A therapy session is relaxing and meditative. Jason helps you find the perfect position for your session for comfort. My sleep has improved, my overall mood, my outlook, pain in joints completely gone after a session. If I am going through something tough I always book a session and it helps me through it. I would recommend strongly you try it for yourself.

Ive consistently taken Yoga classes at The Nature Gallery for going on 2 years now. I even participated in their first Peaceful Warrior Teaching Training Series, which was an incredible and life-changing experience that I recommend to everyone! They offer a variety of classes for different yoga styles, and various class times to meet most anyones schedule. The teachers, and all the staff for that matter, are awesome! I cant say enough good things about The Nature Gallery!

The atmosphere is serene.. I had a massage by Jason. I could not walk without pain when I went to him. Every muscle in my lower legs where locked up. Jason did myofascial methods on my legs and I felt and feel so much better. Thank you Jason. Thank you for your passion.

Jason is an expert. From the initial evaluation to the individualized myofascial release care plan, everything is CUSTOM. I’ve had massages throughout my life but this an experience that is both relaxing and deeply therapeutic. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Just experienced Vibrational Sound Therapy with Singing Bowls with Jason Watford....WOW !!! I went in stressed and left feeling peaceful and at the same time energized, the sounds from the bowls resonated with my soul and the vibrations from the bowls seemed to know what my body needed and wanted !!!! I am visiting from out of town and decided to take the Saturday Foster Flow class....so glad I did, it was fantastic!!! Everyone was so friendly, the teacher was great and I enjoyed the class. Definitely recommend this place, it will be my go to when I visit Dothan again!

I was visiting Dothan for work and had the opportunity to join a couple of yoga classes and get a massage. It was absolutely fantastic! I loved everyone there, the yoga classes with James and Dianna were amazing and incredibly unintimidating for someone who isnt in the best shape, and the massage with Rebecca was perfect for working out the stress and muscle tension from traveling (I wish she lived closer to me!!). I highly recommend this place and will definitely be stopping in on my next trip to the area.

The Nature Gallery offers only the best in everything they do. I would recommend them to anyone.
