Came to Dr T for a true consultative approach about some areas on my face I was concerned about. He offered me several options and when it came down to the procedure, he was gentle with the needle. His staff is polite and professional. Great job! See you gain in 3 months !

Been trying to figure out a way to express to this team how impressed and grateful I am of them. So I decided to leave a review. Truly impressive work that this doctor does. He is so good that I considered driving four hours when I thought I was going to live close enough after receiving a job elsewhere. Really great prices also. Just great!

Dr. Thompson was amazing! The office clean, tidy, and cute. His staff was so amazing. The assistant held my hand during the procedure and assured me of any post op complications. Poor girl, I squeezed the heck out of her hand; I wish I remembered her name. Can’t wait to go back!

Called 3 weeks ago and I was told I would get a return phone call. I still havent heard from them. When your business is based on clients/patients you think they would be glad to welcome you.

Dr Thomson has been my doctor for many years. He has worked on numerous parts of my body. I’ve had success every time!!! I highly recommend!!!!

I went back in April for my first visit to Southeastern Institute and everyone was so nice and welcoming. My second visit was in August and I was treated as family or friends Id had my whole life. Dr. Thompson went above and beyond just giving me botox injections. While waiting for the Dr. Thompson I had mentioned to Kristie his nurse about an issue my teenage son was having with folliculitis. How I felt my sons doctor wasnt going about his plan of care in a positive form. Never running a culture on the area of concern. Over prescribing him antibiotics for over 6 month period. I felt after having him on a bacterial and fungal antibiotic at the same time made him sense when they didnt know which form of infection it was to begin with. Building up a tolerance to antibiotics and causing risk of not killing off infections later on. After my procedure, Dr. Thompson and Kristin listened to me explain the issue my son was having, plan of care receiving at his PCP, my concerns and listened with such attentiveness. Gave his recommendation and took time to email me information on how to find resolution to the core issue. You get amazing procedures done for very good prices. Caring staff who truly go out of there way for their patients. Want you to feel and look your healthiest! I look forward to going and getting stuck with needles from the feeling they give you while there. Totally recommend!

Okay, so I am writing this review with many things in mind. I have been a patient of Dr. Thompson and had a few procedures done over the course of one year so this isnt based on one experience or to bash anyone. This is to allow people to make an informed decision.I saw Dr. Thompson over a year ago when I went in for fillers. I had Juvederm in a couple of areas and also had plasma fillers.PRICES: Great prices and specials as an incentive to get more patients (revenue) in the door. Practice gets more revenue-patients gets a great deal= WIN/WIN.BEDSIDE MANNER: Dr. Thompson and his staff really are nice and compassionate providers. Dr. Thompson was detail oriented the first time, but the most recent time I saw him which was about a month ago, he was not as detail oriented and did not give me the same attention as before. Not sure why, but it was in and out this time.SKILLS: Dr. Thompson is not a plastic surgeon. He admitted when I first went to him over a year ago that he was fairly new to injectables. I can see that he offers low prices to get more people in the door and thus the more practice he gets, he becomes a more skilled injector.I was not satisfied with the way Dr. Thompson injected the different areas on my face. The area that he injected were obviously uneven. I understand that exact symmetry is impossible and can even provide an unattractive result, however this was an unattractive asymmetry that I was left with. Dr. Thompson did attempt to correct it, but that meant more time going back and more money spent on additional product. Also, Dr. Thompson was not able to properly inject filler underneath the eye. I was left with obvious lumps and areas that looked darker than before being injected by him. After researching, I learned that he most likely did not use the best technique for that area and did not use the best type of filler for that area. I had to get those dissolved; which he did take the cost of the filler dissolver, but I think that is only fair since it was not my mistake. However, I was not reimbursed for the cost of the filler and he did not offer to redo at his own cost. While I understand that he wants to keep cost down, that is not the greatest business practice. However, Dr. Thompson does really seem to be a nice guy so I let it go.Fast forward to a year later, I thought well maybe he has improved and he is offering an awesome Botox?Dysport deal. His medspa is nice and his staff is fabulous. I really wanted to give it a second chance so I thought lets give it another try. I went in asking my area to be injected so that I could address some fine lines and crows feet as well as eyebrows that were a bit droopy and uneven. He came in and had me do that usual scowling of the face, squinting, etc. He injected me, said we are here if you need anything more, and left the room. So I went home and waited the appropriate time for the Dysport to kick in . My eyebrows are so uneven that it is upsetting. One eyebrow is much higher than the other. Now, I could call him and set another appointment so that I can get injected more, but I do not think that would be the best option. If in a year, his skills have not improved and I have to keep spending more money when the procedure should have been done correctly the first time, it wont be any better if I go in again. I have just decided to look for a more experienced provider.Maybe one day he will be better. I think he is a nice person and Im sure that he is great at pain management, but as in injector, there are better people out there that will give good results. It is not worth getting a discount on injectables only to end up spending more time and money by the time that the corrections are done. I would just like to give an honest review so that both potential patients as well as Dr. Thompson can have feedback and move forward as deemed necessary.

I have struggled with my health for years (about 7 years now) even before finally being diagnosed with Dysautonomia (Hyperandrenergic Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) and now Fibromyalgia. I’m really not sure if the type of Dysautonomia is correct but I’m still trying to get to the bottom of that. But anyway, current lab work revealed hormonal imbalances as suspected. I have a lot going on but let me tell you I’m so thankful for Dr. Thompson at Southeastern Institute of Restorative Medicine. The only doctor I’ve encountered that actually cares and listens to his patients. The only one who goes above and beyond to help and wants you to get your life back. I’ve been speechless ever since I met him, him and his staff have truly blown me away.

Went in today (10-30-18) for a procedure. Dr. Thompson and his staff are very nice and friendly. I was nervous about the procedure but Dr. Thompsons mannerisms put me at ease. Also, thank you Bailey and Kristie for answering all my questions.

I had the pleasure of getting a great facial from an experienced skin estictian named MJ,friendly ,and knowledgeable my skin was smooth as silk when done, comfortable,pleasant atmosphere,all personnel are great especially Kristy👍👍
