The professionals at Baumanns Home Medical give the best and friendliest service of virtually any business I have ever used. They respond quickly and courteously and are always looking for solutions. This type of service is a shining example of what makes the free market system of America great. I can usually get any service need handled more quickly by these local professionals than I could sign on to some nameless, faceless, website and stumble through the endless possibilities of products. Absolutely unresponsive. New CPAP machine stopped working and we have called them a dozen times. Weve left message after message. No response whatsoever. Perhaps theyve gone out of business.

Very unorganized folders on desk tops messy file system lady was nice took my info insurance signed paper work didnt receive call like she said I would stopped in again week later after shuffling threw files couldnt find my folder couldnt look me up in computer finally found my paper work in mess on side of desk then told me my supplies where mailed have them by wends a week later same thing computer was down who are you let me get your number. Will call never got call. Terrible service.. Dont go here miss managed company needs to be better organized couldnt use computers or find files. Never got my supplies as I was told they where mailed never got a call back. Horrible horrible horrible service!!!
