My appointment wS for 2.30 at 3.45 I still have not saw a doctor can hear a bunch of people running their mouths

I followed my cardiologist to this practice and from the first appointment to the very last (will never go back) has been a hassle. I was scheduled for several tests and had to call after weeks to find out when they where to be scheduled. Had to call after weeks of each test to get results. The results where lost 3 out of 4 times and they had to research to find them The results where read from the nurse as normal over the phone and final copy showed otherwise. They then called me to come in to go over abnormal results with an available appointment time that was in flexible. I took off work and when I showed up for the appointment they had scheduled me on a day that my Dr was at a different location. To add insult to injury when the receptionist stood up to go get a nurse her scrub bottoms where so low an her hips that two inches of her g-string was showing ( very classy) ....never never again

Disappointed in the level of care without mentioning a specific provider. I think the doctors are knowledgeable however they lack quality and concern for some patients maybe because their business is gangbusters. Theres a silver lining though because we were lucky to find an amazing cardiologist around the corner.

First rate care, very professional but also they have a personal touch that is lacking in many specialist offices.

Dr. Meunch is a great Doctor. Appointments are usually pretty fast and reliable. Staff is always good to me. They always take care of me. Will not go anywhere else.

They do me right. Though usually busy, Im usually in and out in under an hour. Im well pleased with the care and tracking they provide.

Not happy with the service had to call back after left app to get med refill after he said they call it in had to cal back after a week to see about an app they suppose to set up but havent yet
